Definitely has a dated, retired mechanic's auto parts store feel on the inside but never disappoints when i need something for my vehicle. Excellent service!

Never spending money at a NAPA shop again if I can avoid it. I went in today and asked for very specific headlight bulbs for my car, explaining the specific year and model multiple times. I was assured multiple times that what they were selling me would fit my car. Of course the receipt says final sale etc because they re bulbs which I totally understand. I get home and of course they re not the right bulb I need once I try to install them. Next time I ll do more research online on my own before buying anything but with that said, you d think I could at least get the parts I need after explaining it at length to the parts team at the store.

I needed to pick up a gas can and they were extremely helpful and even checked up on me to make sure that I was able to do what I needed to do. Highly recommend these guys

I am a weekend mechanic and need help/advice sometimes. I have found the staff at this store to be very helpful with information and advice. They insure I do not leave the store with the wrong part. Most pleased with their service

Not worthy of any stars. I don't usually write but interaction with this store is far from the others listed below. Staff was disrespectful & unhelpful to my husband, unable to explain a discrepancy in prices that I paid & they charged. Don't understand the disparity in experience but completely left unhappy with their service.

Guys are supper nice and helpful. I bought a cargo net that someone had taken all the hooks out of the box. They took it back and got me a new one delivered the next. Also gave my grandson a Napa Parts soccer ball for the trouble

This is a great place if you are looking for 'out of the ordinary' parts.The staff know their stuff and aren't surprised when you ask for a part for a 40's or 50's car. They will take time to help you find what you are looking for. Of course, you can buy oil or polish from a number of places, but when you need an exhaust gasket for a 48 Dodge, you can come here and not get laughed at.

This is a great auto parts store. If you like getting parts from people that know what the heck they are talking about and can look up parts without a computer because they can use their brain... you found a good store. Very helpful were they able to get me what I needed and get me out the door in no time. Great place to shop.

Had the Engine check lights on. Auto zone and 3 Others talked about charging for just checking the reason for the check light and that too in 2 or 3 days .But Thanks a ton to Greg from NAPA,Stanley Blvd.Polite ,straight to point asked me to bring my car over. Did the checkup in few minutes and suggested what was wrong all for free. Greg also opened and showed what went wrong and suggested a good service center,who were also honest. I would definitely recommend these people and this NAPA ,absolutely impressive and Honest and polite with expert level knowledge ,Thanks a Lot.

Don't know what this other guy is talking about, but I've been doing business with these guys since I first started driving about 10 years ago. I've never been let down once. There have been Multiple instances where I have taken my vehicle to 3 different mechanics and they couldn't figure out what's wrong with the car and upon taking it to Terry and Aaron they knew what it was right away. Not only do they know what it is when others were clueless, they show me with my own eyes what is going on under the hood if I ask them too. I.E. squeeze a hose to show me where the leak is or physically show me that the axles are shot. Don't know any other retail parts companies that have as much experience as these guys. Most are guys at an auto zone that just got hired and know jack-c$@&. If you want guys that actually know what they are doing, seriously trust me, they are the real deal. Don't listen to this other guy, he looks like a d-bag and is certainly not the guy I'm going to listen to about anything about cars.

Packed parts store. They have just about everything you need. If by some chance they dont have it, they can find it, have it made, and more. Terry is a wealth of knowledge and has sources beyond anyone else. He goes above and beyond for all his customers!

Doesn't know their own website deals. I had to pull out my own phone to show them because they wouldn't look it up. And didn't even call when my special order came in.

Good customer service and basic auto parts are available for quick shopping. It is expensive though.

Best auto parts store in Pleasanton. I bought the wrong sized wiper blades from them like an idiot and they exchanged them for the right blades no questions asked.
