Reached out to him about an EQE suv and he was very responsive and got the purchase process started within 15 minutes.We were done with the whole process from stepping in the dealership to getting our keys and driving off within an hour. Can't begin to express how absolutely professional and accommodating our service has always been with MB of Pleasanton. I know that once I schedule my appointment for service I am in good hands. Lance has been our service advisor for many years and each time we are treated like we are his first and newest clients. He keeps me posted on status and updates on our service. I have to do my best to not "shop" while I am making my visits as I love the shiny and newest cars in the dealership. I love my E63S and its because of the amazing service that I keep it and know if I have to make a change it will definitely be with MB of Pleasanton. Thank you for all you do!

Reached out to the dealer by phone and talked to Nari. She was super sweet and very tentative to my questions and concerns from the beginning. I was looking to trade in my Tesla Model 3 for an EQB. I let her know that my schedule is very busy as I only have 1 day off for this month. She understood the assignment and went with it .We continued to text and basically went through the process of trading in my vehicle for an EQB 300 ALL thru texting.The following day, Nari continued to help me even though it was her day off. She then set me up to come in later that day to meet with Stephen to get my new car .Stephen was busy with a customer, but he was still able to answer a few of my last-minute questions when I was on my way to the dealer . (Thank you, Stephen !)Once he showed me the car (EQB 300 4MATIC), we took it for a quick test drive. Since it was Valentine's day, and it was around 5:30pm when I arrived, Stephen was very quick to make sure everything is set up for a smooth and quick process to trade my Model 3 in and get this new EQB car.To sum it up: this was the EASIEST and SMOOTHEST process I ever experienced with a car dealer since my last time purchasing/leasing a car at a dealer that's not Tesla (as you know you have to order the car online and pick it up at a service center with Tesla, the car usually won't be sitting at a lot like most of dealers). I went from talking on the phone on Tuesday, to coming in on Wednesday night (Valentine's day) and drove home with my new EQB 300 4MATIC with a pretty good deal on the monthly lease payment (less than $400, thanks to Sami ).Thank you so much, NARI and STEPHEN, for helping me and allowing me to give myself a "gift" on this pass Valentine's Day

Lance in Fleet service has been my GO TO GUY for over 10 years now! Interaction with him has been STELLAR in all regards to making sure my Sprinter work van and now my new Metris work van get the issue solved promptly! His all business focus on whatever I throw at him when issues arise has kept me and our company s fleet of vehicles on the road. My wife originally wanted to experience the new 2024 E-Class, but after test drive, she took a fancy to the EQE again. The sales manager Stephen Lao was very patient in arranging and explaining it to her. Finally, she bought the EQE-350. There was no forced sales during the purchase process, and the price was very reasonable. Service attitude is very friendly. Great dealership Mercedes-Benz of Pleasanton.

Everyone was very nice and helpful we traveled 1.45 minutes from Sacramento and he held the truck for us, my wife and I only spent about 3 hours there that was impressive highly recommend them. After a sales rep at a MB dealership in another city failed twice to place the order for our sprinter van, I called MB of Pleasanton and was transferred to Antonio, who immediately began working with me. This was on a Saturday (our original dealership sales rep was unavailable on Saturdays which was very inconvenient!) and by Tuesday Antonio was prepared to place our order. MB Pleasanton also offered us a much better deal that included the exact build we wanted than the prior dealership. From beginning to end of the process Antonio provided excellent customer service, including updates on the build process timeline. When we picked our van up, Antonio made sure that this experience was expedited and fun. I highly recommend MB at Pleasanton and especially recommend working with Antonio!

I tried to purchase fully loaded Sprinter from several dealers in Southland. I was told no inventories were available and waiting time for a new Sprinter 4-6 months. I found Antonio Banales, salesman for Mercedes of Pleasanton on FB site. One phone call and I was promised a new van withing a month. As it tun out I got it within two weeks. During that time Antonio stayed in touch with me using texting, email and personal phone calls. No pressure , only concerns about my wishes as to additional equipment and packages. Same was when I travel to dealer for a van pick up. All formalities were done within couple hours and I was on the way back home.Antonio, I do appreciate yours and your sales manager Sami professional engagement in this (my) endeavor. Thank you.

Never had such a problem handing over $70K for a vehicle in my life. Negotiated a price for a van on the lot. I'm out of state, and the first surprise was that they had a 10 day hold on the vehicle after payment. No dealer I know of operates a business this way, but whatever. Second surprise, which I'm pretty sure is illegal, is that they stated they not only had to collect CA sales tax in full, but also sales tax of the state I live as well. I said that is not accurate as per my local DMV, and they said they have a "company" handle that and that's what they said. Asked the name of the company, and apparently they don't speak to customers and wouldn't disclose the name of said company. I'm sure that's a scam and they would 100% pocket the additional money since there is no way to prove it would be sent to another state. No wonder their reviews suck. Just add this one to the list. Stay away.Edit: After seeing your response I feel the need to clarify the situation. Your price was no better than several other dealers around the country. The particular van was attractive for the options and availability, though I found a nicer one on the east coast at a better price, with no sales tax games since they were actually educated on the process and not attempting to charge DOUBLE sales tax which would never be required in any state or jurisdiction. It is now in my driveway. They made the money you didn't simply because they weren't trying to scam a customer and provided good customer service, something you need to be trained on based on your numerous terrible reviews. Yes, I was offered to wire money. While I didn't decline, it was a less attractive option since I'd be paying for a van before even seeing it. Not sure who sends $70K directly to you before buying something in person. Didn't have that problem with the van I just bought. Landed at the airport, they picked me up, and I drove my new van home. It's amazing how easy this process can be if you are one of the better dealers in the country. My main reason for posting this review is to prevent another customer from being scammed by your place, since paying double sales tax is never required in any situation. Just to assure myself, I called CDTFA in your state to verify the process for collecting sales tax for an out of state sale. YOU ARE UNDER NO OBLIGATION TO COLLECT SALES TAX FOR ANOTHER STATE. Just wanted to make sure you understood that. If your "titling company" is telling you that is the proper process, you should find another company that isn't breaking the law. You should also disclose the name of the company for complete transparency. Proper procedure, verified by your governmental agency, is to collect CA sales tax. That's it. Your job is done. Your legal obligation is fulfilled. From there, MY obligation is to take the sales tax form showing I paid CA sales tax, and have IL verify that and deduct that tax from what I would owe in IL, which is actually a few percentage points less, which I know I wouldn't get back, but that was OK with me. Therefore my tax bill would only be for one state, not two. THAT is proper and legal procedure, for every state, including yours. Nice try citing an obligation to collect another $5K in "tax" that would end up in your pocket. If only I had the time to file a formal complaint with CDTFA. I'm sure they'd be interested to perform an audit on past double sales tax charges and where they ended up, because you aren't remitting them back to IL. I suggest you change your policies before somebody winds up in jail, or your dealership is hit with substantial fines and penalties for breaking the law. Here is a pic of my new van from the other dealer, which I couldn't be happier having gone with them instead of this crooked place.
