Smog check took a very reasonable 30min on a Wednesday at 11am. Easy! Asif was super friendly and efficient. He even took the time to advise me on how to keep my car in great shape, completely separate from any repair work he would do. I'll definitely be back the next time I need anything.

One guy there was very nice and accommodating. But the guy who actually worked on my car is a CROOK! Tried to charge me $300 for a tune-up he pretended to do, and kept emphasing hiw he only takes cash. The $300 figure was totally made up because when I complained about being charge for what seemed like nothing, amd I told him what another mechanic told me, he eventually said he would not charge me for the labor, only the parts. Amazing how quickly he changed his tune once he found out I had already obtained some info on my vehicle before bringing it to him.The final red flag that ensured to me this guy is a complete HACK and a SCHEISTER, is that he refused to give me the itemized receipt, which was the only receipts they have. Therefore, I just never received a receipt from these people.DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU ALREADY HAVE AN IDEA OF WHAT'S WRONG! THE MECHANIC IS A COMPLETE LIAR AND AN OBVIOUS CROOK!!Service: Auto engine tuning

Will give a 5 star. Not from this state out here for work. Had some issues with my truck. And a very good idea of what it was. Walked in was greeted and asked questions. We talked. Left the truck with them. Few hours later an incoming call was ringing. Answered the call. Was told the full issue at hand. One of them I had no clue. But the other's were known. The stated vehicle above was not to be expected to be done until the following day. Not the case. It was completed just around the closing time for the shop (not store). I elected to obtain my truck the following day as was discussed previously. The cost professional manor and quick service. I would recommend them to anyone, traveler's or local.

Negligent Oil change in Reno at BigO left me stranded in Pleasanton 200 or so miles later. Big O in Pleasanton didn t care and everyone was heading home . Flat bed picked up car and I spotted hopyard auto repair while in transit. The mechanics recognized I as from out of town and triaged us as priority. Identified the damaged O ring on filter put in wrong at Big O as root cause . Re did the oil change and degreased the bottom of the vehicle. They did great and wish they were more local . I d use them every time .Service: Oil change

Came for an oil change, got advice to replace the battery for 'only' $230. Had the battery tested at Autozone, tested 'good 92%'. No need to say more I guess.Ow, nearly forgot we have no complaints about the oil change...

This is exactly what you want out of an auto repair shop. Honest, great price, and clear explanations of the repair required (why and how). My particular issue required a couple of follow up visits where Asif provided further advice and assistance with the matter. Highly recommend this shop for anyone who needs auto repair in the area.Update: Car is no longer over-heating. Thanks for your patience and diligent work gentleman.

I went here because they were cheap. But they first replaced my struts with the wrong ones. Then argued about it, until I called the strut manufacturer (KYB) about it and proved that they were wrong. They had used front struts for a 6-cylinder Camry but mine is a 4-cylinder. Then I had to bring my car to the dealer to have the alignment done because this place doesn't do alignments and the dealer discovered that one of the CV joints were ripped, which cost me an additional $800. I had noticed the tilt to the car and mentioned it to the owner, before I brought it to the dealer but he said there was nothing wrong. After having to bicker with him about the previous problem I decided to pay the CV joint bill and cut my losses by never going back. What a nightmare.

Needed to get my sons 1995 GMC truck smoged. They worked me in between appoints. Very professional. Prompt and excellent service. Highly recommend. They kept me informed allng the way

Rude customer service. They wouldn t honor the discounted coupon or Yelp price for smog checks. False advertisement. Can t trust this business.

My boyfriend and I took our car here for repair, the check engine light was on. They turned it off and returned the car to us like they checked it, which they didn't. I would not reccomend services here
