Though my experience with my current vehicle has been far below satisfactory, I must say, my Advisor, Ben Simpson has made things a lot smoother than expected. The few times I ve worked with him, he s been very diligent about following up with consistent communication and providing routine updates with regard to the status of my vehicle. Ben has exhibited excellent customer service, going above and beyond to ensure I am satisfied upon leaving. Of course, when it comes to certain things involving the maintenance of my car, many things are out of his control. However, he continues to put forth every effort to ameliorate the issue within his scope. Stellar customer service is close to rare these days, so it s refreshing when people like Ben come along. Thank you again, Ben, for your kindness and support. Keep up the great work!

I ve been busy lately and called East Bay BMW & MINI on short notice to see if they could do my service the day of my call. The person who answered was polite and squeezed me in for the same day in the early afternoon. When I arrived, my service advisor (William Walker) greeted me and went over what needed to be done.He was courteous and professional and I was told they would work on it shortly and expected to be done within 90 minutes. Not only did they exceed my expectations (texted and came to get me within 60-75 min) but I had a thorough explanation of the status of the car. My MINI was cleaned up inside and out. Thank you William for the outstanding service and taking the time to go over everything. I ll definitely return again.

I've been going to East Bay BMW for a while now, I bought a few cars from them and lately all my services are done through them. My service advisor, Bruce Wong is great! He's prompt, professional and attentive with all your needs and concern. I highly recommend East Bay BMW and especially Bruce Wong.

I visited East Bay BMW for some parts for my newly bought 2008 m3. I left with an oil change due to there great and fair pricing.My service advisor was Ben Simpson who was very knowledgeable and transparent on the whole process. I was treated like family and got the upmost honest care from the service department. I'm usually hesitate to get dealerships to work on my car but here I had no doubt on honest work being done. If I can give 10 stars I would in a heart beat.

I hadn t taken my car into the dealership for service since the warranty ran out a few years ago. I kind of dreaded it, to be honest, because the last time was kind of frustrating. None the less, I took it back because I was getting a chassis code that I was unable to diagnose on my own. I also had a lingering issues that they were unable to diagnose the last time I brought it in (while still under warranty). I was randomly assigned Ben as my service advisor and I have to say that he did a stellar job looking out for my interest. That started with the care he put into understanding the issues and the empathy he showed in the process. It continued through the diagnostic process when the initial review wasn t quite nailing the problem. He engaged the shop foreman, who is also stellar by the way, and we quickly got to the root of the issues. He and the foreman helped me understand what was really going on, the options available, and the associated risks. Based on those discussions, I chose to fix one of the problems and let the other one wait for a while. I really appreciate the honest assessments and both of their integrity in helping me choose the right path.

If you want to buy a car buy with one of the best teams in the bay you need to get your BMW there.... they are soooooo nice and professional, they really resolve problems /questions or kindly give you best choices, in my own experience I definitely happy and to be honest, to get the time to type this... I have to be really pleased, Mr David in financial and warranty department recently work with me, I ask for a telephone and he actually call for me and resolve the situation, then call me to see if was resolved and actually it was, the tecnitian call me after he talking to him just to give me the date to change my windshield... East Bay BMW TEEN are just high standards !
