We purchased a truck with Vlad about 8 months ago, he always has a smile on his face and is so so helpful. Whenever we go in for routine maintenance, he always makes sure to say hi and that we re taken care of. Great service and just friendly positive service.

The dealership's service is really great.But I have one question.Since I use it as a work vehicle, I never have to put anyone in the back seat.3 weeks ago, I sat down with my family and the seat belt did not work.I asked for an engine oil change and repair and was told to pay $702.65.Is there any solution?Please give me your opinion.

This is our first American made car purchase. Sales person was knowledgeable, patient and the entire purchasing process was seamless. Makes us rethink our current brand loyalty with BMW. If Cadillac had an electric sedan we would purchase one.

I have been thoroughly pleased with the service I've received from Dublin GMC! My salesperson, Faisal, has been attentive to every one of my requests and has kept me updated on every step through this process. I am in the market for a GMC AT4 and was going to buy at 1500 but decided on a 2500. After talking with Mohamed and General Manager Joe Mesa, I ordered a truck hoping to get it in a couple of months (this is what I was told).Joe has been great in walking me through the process, helping me build my truck and making adjustments after the truck was ordered. I'm looking forward to purchasing a vehicle from this dealership as they are not robbing their customers with stupid markups on their vehicles. They're an honorable dealership.

My experience was great! Tavis Campbell was a great salesman to me and my family in purchasing my first ever Truck. I'd been in the market for about 4 months, and me and my wifethat day happened to be on the internet searching truck inventory. Dublin had what we were looking for, so I sent a message regarding a model of truck and it's availability. Tavis was the representative that responded, and I'm glad he did. He was very professional, attentive, and honest with me. He made the process of purchasing a vehicle from the beginning to end as easy as I could've asked. I had been looking for a new GMC Yukon for several weeks. J.T. at Dublin GMC was finding candidates, but not the EXACT option list I wanted which was quite unique. After I happened to found a vehicle fit (which was @160 miles away), J.T. made the deal happen in record time. What is even more commendable, the entire process was done through email/text/phone, and at a fair price. J.T. could have blown me off as a tire-kicker, and sight unseen at that. Instead, he worked to make it happen, at all times even on his days off, making trips into the dealership to arrange financing, etc. After the vehicle was delivered to Dublin GMC and detailed, J.T. and Dublin GMC delivered it to me in Palo Alto. I give J.T.a twelve out of ten rating!

They always have the parts available that I need and the staff is very helpful. We use this location a lot for my regular 9-5 job since they always have the necessary parts in stock. Call ahead and they will have the part that you need ready to be picked up.

Buying experience 5 star. JT (John Teixeira) provided exceptional service and his years of experience made buying process even easier.I was looking for new truck and found exact model in Dublin GMC. I contact dealership about the truck and the price they offered was the best available in the market. Kudos to JT (John Teixeira) who help me to walk through the process from beginning to end.One star for service department. For All services upto 24000 Miles I used to go to this dealership, hoping that they will not try to rip off my pockets since I bought truck from their dealership but I was wrong. One service advisor charge double the amount by just adding same service twice on invoice. Beware all going to this dealership for vehicle maintenance, pay attention to the invoice when you check in your vehicle and never hesitate to ask questions if something you don't understand on invoice and held them accountable for unethical business practices.

My experience with Dublin GMC has been an ongoing frustration. I purchased my first new vehicle 30,000 miles ago. My overall purchasing experience was great. However, I have maintained service on my vehicle as required for every service and I haven t had nothing but bad experience with every service. The service riders have been decent except for lack of communication. Actually, my last visit with Jessica was probably the best communication I ve had since GMC has started using Text as a way to communicate with your service writer.Every service visit I have had they ve return my vehicle without informing me that they accidentally damaged my vehicle, while being serviced.Last Friday I turned my truck in for a 30,000 mile service. Jessica was the first service writer to ever informed me that they scratched my bumper. The other times they damaged my vehicle I had to find out while inspecting my vehicle upon pick up.My experience with the service department has changed the way I feel about my vehicle. This is the second time they ve taken my car to the body shop.

*update to original post The dealership fixed my dash and it turned out great. Giving 4 stars instead of 5 because of the headache and time it took to get my dash repaired. If that experience was better I would give them 5 stars. They were friendly to work with and helped me find the truck I wanted. original post My sales experience was good. However, when I received the truck (bought out of town and had it delivered) I noticed the dash was scratched. 5 months later my dash is still not repaired and the dealership continues to give me the runaround. Very frustrating customer experience. Does not make me want to purchase from them again.

Thank You, Dublin Buick GMC! When I decided to buy a car, I was dreading the experience. Instead I was pleasantly surprised and feel like I got exactly what I wanted. JT, the salesman who assisted me in my selection, was professional, courteous, and respectful. He showed me only what I wanted, walked me through the process without pressure, and gave me every opportunity to ask questions and didn't laugh when I told him I had to speak to my wife before I made a purchase. Joe Mesa, the Sales Manager, described all my options and helped me select the best one for financing my new car. John Cooper (I hope I got that name right) was competent, professional, and respected my wishes when we did the paperwork.I hope anyone who wants to buy a new car will give this team a try. They are truly a class act!

Sales very good (as expected) but the after sales service is atrocious. Have had 2 service appointments here and am trying to make a third (don't know why I bother) for an add-on subscription service called Auto Butler that they managed to sell to me when I made the initial purchase. Both of the first 2 appointments they had the car first thing in the morning with the explicit agreement that they would get everything sorted (1st appointment included 1st service) and both times they have called me in the late afternoon telling me that something had gone wrong and if they could have the car for another day. Feels like the after service subscription is of very low priority because it doesn't generate any revenue and I would quite frankly steer clear of this place if you like to have a trusted and genuine after sales service.[Update] 3rd time lucky and not sure if this review and the manager's intervention had anything to do with it but this time it went flawlessly and communication and service was excellent. I'll leave the ratings at 2 stars for this time around and will post another review with updated stars after my next visit which will be for a full service.......until then :)

*UPDATE* Ernie, their service manager called to make things right! Thanks, Ernie!Dropped my car off for an air conditioner diagnosis. This was the 3rd try after 2 other independent shops. Long story short, it was there for 6 days before they could finally give me the cause and provide an estimate. After declining the repair (not willing to sink 4k added to the 2k I've already sunk in), I picked up my car. Sadly, they didn'trefill the freon they used to diagnose the problem so that was upsetting.

Dropped off our 2022 Yukon Denali Monday, June 19th. There was a knocking noise in the motor. We were advised that we needed to wait for some sort of authorization from GMC to complete a diagnosis of the car, as they thought it could be a lifter issue in the motor, but "they were not sure". Here it is Thursday and we still do not have any update.My wife called the dealership twice, I called twice and nobody has returned our call. I was even "hung up" on by somebody in service. I even called the General Manager, Joe Mesa and left him a message. We have yet to hear anything back.I will update this message when I hear something back, however as of now into the first year of owning our Yukon Denali, that was last serviced 2 months ago by this dealership is just sitting and waiting for it to be fixed.UPDATE 06/23/2023GM Joe Mesa called me soon after I posted this. We spoke and he assured me that our Yukon would be taken care of. My wife and I went to the dealership and retrieved a rental vehicle (Acadia, cloth interior) not comparable to the Denali, but will do for now.Was told we would be contacted with the diagnosis of the vehicle early next week.Will update this review again to reflect that.Update 7/11/2023Advised that the issue for our car was a "mis-aligned" crank shaft. This subsequently wore out the bearings that caused the "knocking" in the motor. We are waiting for the part to arrive (7/12) and then installed. Not sure what other damage was caused by the bearings while loose in the motor (metal shavings?). We are hoping to get our vehicle back by end of week.Update 9/20After an exhausting back and forth with GMC, we ended up having to get a brand new motor installed. The Yukon Denali was deemed a "lemon". Once we did get our Yukon back, the A/C went out and had to go back to the dealership. Now we get to go back and forth with GMC and GMC Finance on next steps.My wife did call and leave a message for Joe with GMC Dublin. To inquire about possibly completing a trade in, as that is what this dealership participates in with lemon law GMC's. This was a few weeks ago. He has not returned her call. We will be going to Lehmers in Concord, for our next deal.Update 09/25Joe called my wife and explained the process. I appreciate the communication regarding our Yukon Denali, which was a lemon.

I tried for days to communicate with the service department. I wanted to confirm my parts were ordered and at the dealership in time for the service appointment. I tried for days, many phone calls over and over. I never got a hold of them, they never called me back. I went to my appointment and they had no clue about my parts. I wasted a whole day just to be told I would have to come back another time. I could not believe how difficult it was to just get someone on the phone. I expressed my difficulties with everyone I dealt with and no one had an answer for me. I wasn't even offered anything special on my service as far as pricing in leu of my time wasted and horrible experience. I hope this helps and I hope this can be fixed for future customers.
