The pros first-1. They did a fabulous job on the repair work on my VW Atlas. There we re multiple sections that had some scratches and dents because a limb of the tree fell on my cars. The roof was replaced and Hood and other Panels were repaired and painted. The windscreen was also replaced because it had cracked and broken. The new paint blends seamlessly with the car and I have no complaints.2. They provided me a rental car for the last one week.The cons:1. The initial estimate of repair was 1 month but I hit my car back after 2 months and 1 week. They sensed my frustration towards the end and were courteous to offer me a rental for the last one week.2. There were a few shards of glass on the passenger seat and in the center console. I strongly believe that this should have been taken care of. Not only because it s dangerous but also because they charged labor for glass cleanup on the bill. I m taking out one star because of this reason. We were in a car accident and the bumper on our truck was cracked. We called out ins and randomly chose Chilton Auto Body. They were great. We got the truck to them the next morning. Angelica went through the damage with us and explained what needed to be done to repair it. We got the estimate within a few hours and even though they had to order the part, it was done earlier than expected. We got the truck back sparkling clean and the new bumper looks great. Would go back to Chilton for any car repair issues.

Had my Tesla model 3 repaired. I searched many different body shop on yelp/Google and finally decided to go with CARSTAR in Pleasanton.On my first visit, I met Sean and he carefully looked in damaged area and explained me what all they need to do. He told me that they need to order few parts. I was given an option to leave car or keep it until part arrived. I decided to keep it as car was drive-able.They called me when part arrived and asked me to bring car. This time i met Angelica. She inspected all corners of cars in detail, explained whole process again and gave 1 week time estimate to replace damage parts, paint, wash, polish etc etc. They even took care of some scratches I had from past (extra care). In that week, they kept me up to date with text messages.I got my car back on time (i have heard bad stories from other users dealing with Tesla shops, But mine was very pleasant).I was quite happy with finishing they did and will highly recommend them. I was amazed at the work they did. The paint matches perfect. The gapping between body parts is perfect. Looks like nothing every happened. I would definitely bring any car to them. Anyone I show it to can't tell what was actually replaced on the front end. Being BMW certified shop. Every replacement part came oem from BMW. Absolute amazing service from the whole team! They made the whole process easy for me and were quick to receive the part and make the repair. The cherry on top for me was that they cleaned my car for me! It looked almost new! Amazing job on replacing the front bumper, thank you!

Very poor services by Chilton, Angelica was the agent and couldn't help much. They scheduled our appointment after ordering all the part and informed us that we will have a car ready. When they started working on the car, didn't touch the car for 2 days and said we had other cars ahead of you. It took almost 2 weeks to fix the car. RUDE AND RUTHLESS SHOP.

My car was damaged by a flying tire in the freeway. I was referred to this place. I was amazed with the outcome of my vehicle. Good as New. The Staff were very kind, professional and on point on the service. They are very honest and i got my car fixed 3 days before the expected date. Amazing service. Courteous staff. Reasonable rates. Highly recommended.Had a minor fender bender. The team took really good care of me and came back with a reasonable quote to replace the rear bumper. My car is 14 years old and I didn t feel like I needed to replace and re-paint the bumper to make it look new ...and my insurance wasn t covering anything so it was all going to be out of pocket!Rico worked with me (much lower cost option) to just pop the bumper back in place and buff out the paint.When I showed up to pickup the car, not only did it look pretty good, Rico didn t even charge me anything! I have to say I have never had better service. Thanks Rico and the Chilton team!

The staff here is very courteous and professional. I received an appointment the next day through my car insurance for a ~$2,000 repair from a crash. The work was excellent and it looks fantastic! I received regular text and phone updates about when the parts came in and when the car would be ready. Shawn was especially helpful and had no problem ordering me OEM (Honda) parts instead of after-market/third party parts. Luis was also very helpful as well. Both of them were top-notch employees!!! Then they didn't even charge me the extra money for these OEM (original equipment manufacturer) parts, which my insurance was NOT going to cover. I will not go anywhere else for auto body work if I need any in the future and I highly recommend Chilton Auto Body in Pleasanton! My car looks better than new! I was in my first accident ever and it was with my Rav4 Prime plug-in hybrid. Unfortunately, it was a massive - a 7 car pile-up, which resulted in 3 different insurance claims and massive damage. I was so lost and didn t know what to do, but Sean at Chilton took care of it all. There s an enterprise around the corner for easy car rentals, a car retailer across the street, and they took my car on Day1 so I could just drive a rental for the 3 months. I m so grateful for Chilton, their work was impeccable, and I recommended them 100%.

This was an approved shop from my insurance network. My experience was great, my truck looks awesome after repairs to the rear bumper. In-time service. They assigned one guy to me and he was helpful and thorough with his inspection of the damage. He followed up regularly and finally the repair Chilton Auto Body did was good. I wish they had drop-off service and the turn around was a bit faster.

This is a top of the line auto body shop with great quality customer service. Always heard about over radio, but also from word of mouth which is best. My truck was in and out of the shop earlier than expected with five star quality work done. If you ever need a good auto body shop dont hesitate to call Chilton Auto Body in Pleasanton, Ca. And talk to Rico. They will give you a honest and fair price quote and there work is second to none.

Top quality shop with excellent customer service. My adjuster keeps me updated and I got my aftermarket parts reimbursed. Everyone is really nice and by far best body shop I've been to.
