They did such a good job on repairing my car. They know what they are doing. The staff were so friendly too! And they gave me updates on progress. Got my car back a day earlier than their estimated time. I hope to never come back obviously but if ever I need to, I'll always choose them. Highly recommend!

Recently, I was rear-ended on the highway, but you'd never notice it. That's because Chilton rebuilt my car to look as if it never happened. From the beginning, Chilton was informative and supportive, and they repaired my vehicle in under two weeks! I even had it inspected by my dealer after getting a tune-up, and they complimented the work as 'fantastic quality'. Thanks for making a bad situation as painless as possible because of your great work, Chilton.

First time I have filed a claim and worked with CARSTAR Chilton and I had a really good experience working with them. I am hoping I do not need to but if I do need any work on my car, I will definitely work with them again! I like how seamless the process was and kept me informed/updated throughout the whole process and I got my car back well before the estimated date. The car looks and feels like a brand new car. Thank you Luis and team!!

I really appreciate the excellent customer service, very friendly staff, great workmanship of Carstar Chilton Autobody of Pleasanton. Yorlin has been very welcoming, very helpful and pleasant even over the phone from day 1 and much friendlier in person.Thanks to Luis for coordinating promptly with the insurance company.Kudos to Luis and Yorlin for giving me the best customer experience ever!

Got our Tesla fixed over there for the accident of running into a deer. They sent us timely updates about the progress and when to expect the completion. Very professional.

This is long overdue. I have had my car repaired by Chilton on 3 separate occasions and each time the service, turnaround, and communication has been excellent. They work on many Tesla's so they understand the special care needed around the battery.I highly recommend Chilton to anyone. We had an excellent experience with Chilton Auto body. We dropped off our vehicle for some rear end repairs and were amazed to have it back within 2 days. Rico was super friendly and professional as he walked us through the process. He also updated us along the way. The repairs were more than we expected. They used OEM parts which was important to us and the paint work was a perfect match. Our Outback looks like we just drove it off the show room floor. For us, it's a recommend. I hate leaving negative reviews but I just felt totally neglected and brushed aside by this shop. I reached out to Chilton because I was referred to this shop by Tesla. The responsiveness of the team here is pretty bad. After nearing a month of trying to get my windshield replaced, Rico kept making the excuse that he didn t know which windshield was the correct one for my vehicle. I was able to find this info with a 5 minute call to Tesla Service. To this date, I still don t have a response from Rico. I would not recommend this shop and I m personally reaching out to Tesla to make sure it doesn t keep referring people to Chilton. There are a lot better shops out there.

Chilton Auto body was great, Ranielle took us in right away for a repair to my wife's new Volvo which had damage to the lower part of the door. They were fast friendly and the work is impeccable, I highly recommend them!

Just took my grand daughters car in for an estimate on a minor problem and in 15 minutes they fixed at no charge. Second time I have used them and they are just the best. This was in the Pleasonton shop

Had a scratch on a bumper. Fixed in 2 days after parts was ordered and arrived. Sometimes you have to wait to be served even if you scheduled estimate on calendar, through their website.
