Great customer service, very organized and clean shop. They repaired a few items on our SUV, most notably fixing our rear hatch door. Not sure how we survived our road trips and grocery runs having to hold up the rear door manually every time, but I was so so happy to have it fully functioning again! We were in and out of the shop in a timely manner. Thank you again, California Collision for all your help!

I had a bus in Walnut Creek give me a kiss and I thought it wasn t much since I have my truck paint protected filmed. These guys took the time to inspect and they found some serious damages. I was always informed on the status of my repairs and got my Duramax back looking like new. Actually came back better than when I purchased off the dealer. California Collision is no joke and it s very obvious they take pride in their work.

I got into a car accident in Feb. 2023 and decided to take my car to California Collision after seeing the outstanding reviews they had on Yelp. After a full assessment was done, my insurance company decided to deem the car totaled and offered me a settlement. Unfortunately, they thought the storage fee was excessive even though it was comparable to other auto body shops around the area and they wouldn t pay the required disassembly fee that was needed to make a full assessment of the damages to my car. I decided to take my insurance company to court and in the end I won the case. George, the owner of California Collision was so helpful as he was with me every step of the way, and came with me to the hearing to provide the evidence that the storage fee was not excessive and an itemized list of the required work that was necessary to inspect my car for internal damage. Thank you so much for going above and beyond exceptional service. Even though I didn t end up getting my car fixed, California Collision will always be my go to for all my future car repairs because of the high level of care and thoroughness they shown me.

This review is long overdue! We had our 2019 Honda Accord taken in to have an accident to the front end of our bumper and quarter panel repaired back at the end of December and we could not be any happier with how great the car came back to us... looks like nothing ever happened to the car!I am especially leaving this review to let everyone know how great our contact person Giovanni was! He is very polite and very knowledgeable! He went above and beyond everything that he said he would in regard to not only our car but with working with our insurance company, and then some. Whatever we needed and requested, he was able to do for us, happily! Giovanni kept us updated often with the progress of our car's repair - he is very articulate and very detail oriented, and you can really see he loves what he does! For customers like my husband and me who appreciate these qualities in someone you're working with, he is your guy! I've probably contacted him more times than anyone can guess while our car was at the shop but he never once sounded like we were bothering him. Furthermore, we got our car back when he said we would.Thank you, California Collision! And thank you, Giovanni!

The gentleman who worked for my car collision evaluation is: Mr. Giovanni Osorio. He is such a great car collision professional, super efficient, dedicated, nice and right to the point. Had a very positive experience working with George and his staff while we had our mini van repaired. They explained the process and how the insurance works with them on getting it all done correctly. They had our van back on the road and returned back to its original condition on time and even followed up with us a few days later to see how everything felt and was operating.I will be referring them to anyone in need of a company that takes pride in its work and treats its customers like family.

My wife's suv was broken into, leaving a broken back window panel. Called up George, and not only did his crew do an amazing job replacing it, but they did it in only a few hours, and drove us to an amazing breakfast spot while we were waiting.Amazing quality, competitive pricing, and the service was outstanding.

Fortunately I haven't needed their service but every time I've sent a client to them, my clients always rave about the friendly service and detail of their work. Hands down the best customer service!I took my SUV to California Collision because of all the positive reviews and rating, I wasn't disappointed.Klebber was my point of contact, he reached out when to bring my vehicle in once the parts were ordered, made sure I was provided a ride back home and once completed I didn't have to worry about getting a ride there, all was taken care of.I am very happy with the repairs and warranty provided. This review is late, but well-deserved! I was in an accident with my Audi Etron back in May and there was extensive damage to the rear. California Collision did a fantastic job repairing my car and even helped get me a rental car via the at-fault driver's insurance - and it was a Mercedes :) Went above and beyond!

Our BMW was involved in a parking lot incident. I wanted to find a reputable shop to do the repairs and came across California Collision and their great reviews. I decided to bring in our car for an estimate.I was introduced to Klebber who was very professional and polite. He took the time to explain the process of what they do in regards to the repairs and how they handle communications with the insurance company.I did not feel rushed at any point nor did he come off "pushy" or trying to upsell you. He did provide me a recommendation of a deep estimate service where they remove parts to document any hidden damage to the car. They itemize and take pictures of the damages as proof so it can all be provided to the insurance company in the initial estimate. This prevents time being wasted with revisions and going back and forth with the insurance company.He did say it was optional but I felt it made sense as I wanted to get my car back as soon as possible. The price for this service is a few hundred dollars but it's refunded back to you at the end of the body repair job. It proved to be money well spent and was worth it as the claim got settle pretty quickly.I was given a tour of the shop and the current repairs they were working on. I was also introduced to other team members such as Giovanni who also displayed the same great attitude each time I called or came by the shop.They offered me a shuttle service after I dropped off my car and also to the shop when the car was ready for pick up. This made the experience much more convenient for me and helped reduced some stress.Overall, the repair work came out great and within the expected timeframe. Communication was excellent throughout. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend California Collision in the future.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

California Collision kept me updated and in the loop at each step of the process and provided a thorough walk through of all work performed when I picked up the vehicle. Go. Here.California Collision is hands down the place to get your vehicle back in shape. Klebber, Giovanni and crew are top notch. These dudes go above and beyond. During the estimate they cover the damage and explain to you exactly the steps they ll take for the repair, covering any concerns, whether it s insurance, repair routes and the like. Once the vehicle is in their hands they send you text updates throughout the repair process.While it might not be the case for everyone, considering part availability, my truck was ready a week before it was scheduled to be. And the original schedule date was already just a few weeks! When I came to pick it up it was washed and polished. Could ve confused it for fresh off the lot.Honestly, the customer service is bar none. They re responsive, friendly and want to help ensure you re taken care of. All businesses should operate this seamlessly.I can t say enough, I would ship my vehicle from overseas if I had to just to work with this team again.

Just got my car back from California Collision. This is the 3rd time I have had someone hit my parked unoccupied car and every time the team at California Collision has done a fantastic job repairing my vehicle.Their service is great, they picked up my car from my home and delivered it back when it was done. This was the best experience I had with a car repair and, unfortunately, I've had a lot of those. I was helped by Giovanni on my 2015 Toyota Corolla. He was very communicative during the whole process, his rough estimate of the final costs ended up being exactly what I had to pay and he found the most cost effective parts. I told him I'd be moving and needed the car done fairly quickly and he was very accommodating with getting my car finished before I had to move to a new state. On top of all of this, he had great energy and conversation. I could not recommend them more.
