Major malfunctions check and engine light Diagnostic sOn my 1st visit I was very impressed by the care for my situation broke down. And almost at closing time they got my car up and running. With a few changes to the cars computer. I don t suggest you come at the end of the day it s rude but it s nice knowing they take care of those who depend on them.

Since Tony sold the business a year or two ago this place has become a joke. The father and son duo argue in front of customers, and the the son is unbelievably incompetent and dishonest. Have been bringing my Vanagon to BP for 20 years. When Tony left i was very disappointed and skeptical of new ownership but I have had 4 interactions with Bill now and all have been extremely positive. They are patient and honest about work. They are happy to answer all my question. Tony was great but certainly feel as if my van is still in excellent hands. I was recommended this shop by a fellow VW lover, but I found out the hard way that The old owner Tony was the best and the new owners have a lot to learn when it come to customer service.I thought I had a rear main seal leak and set up a time to have the work done. I am NOT the expert so when it turned out that that my issue was in fact the axle boots leaking I was a little surprised. I was more that happy to pay to have repaired, my issue was THEY should have known that was the issue before pulling my engine and charging me 600 dollars. They also stated that that they refilled my transmission with 31 ounces of fluid,?That was just a lie because I only drove the car 15 miles to them from my home And the transmission was full because I filled it. Also the owner asked what I paid for my bug since it was a recent purchase, thinking that was a little strange, I answered anyway, he then suggested that I paid to much because the vehicle has some body work?Wow, so I have owned and worked on my own cars for more than 40 years and know a lot of what is right and wrong when it comes to mechanics.I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THESE GUYS AGAIN.

Tony is the man!The sign says Beetle Power, but he's happy to work on a variety of makes. I've taken my Subaru to him several times. Give him a call and ask.Very knowledgeable, experienced and fair. He will explain to you your cars problem and his solution in its entirety.And if you're lucky, he'll have his Baja Bug parked out front:D

Tony is a great honest mechanic, he won't bs you. I have taken my Baja bug to him and he's very reasonable with his prices.

I was here this morning for Oil change, He took 4 hours to do and charged $110.00 for Oil service. I do not see customer oriented and discriminated me.I am going to complain county tomorrow for high charges during this pandemic.He did not give me a quote before the service which is a kind cheating and illegal.

Tony is the best mechanic around If you have an old school VW. He is friendly and honest about his work.

Took my Square back that I inherited from my dad to these guys and they were great! Got me back in on the road in no time. I'll definitely be bringing my baby back.

He has been my family mechanic for 10 years Super honest guy and you probably won't find any other type of mechanic work like Tony does.
