I first met Tony (son of the owner) many years ago after an accident. He convinced me then that B&S Hacienda is a trustworthy, honest company who delivers above and beyond customer expectations. Most recently, James and the B&S Hacienda Team in Pleasanton took great care of two of my vehicles. I recommend them for any vehicle repair, they are true professionals.

I found B & S Hacienda Auto Body (California Ave) Pleasanton location to be staffed with well trained and professional auto body technicians. James prepared my estimate promptly and work began on the scheduled day I brought it in. The job was completed ahead of schedule and they matched the paint perfectly. I highly recommend this shop for all collision and paint repair work.

Very good shop with great employees and competitive pricing! I brought in my Civic to have it repainted to blue and opted to only have the exterior resprayed (no door jambs or under the hood) as well as had some dents removed. The total was approximately $1600 and took about a week. They also gave me a bottle of touch up paint to take with me.Overall I like the shop and would come back for body work.

**** Miracle **** Auto Body in Pleasanton is the original restoration shop**** that worked on the Edsel! Jeff Jacobson did a fantastic job and he AND HIS TEAM HAVE RETIRED. I know nothing about B & S Hacienda Auto Body of Pleasanton and DO NOT ENDORSE this establishment! This is a sneaky way of taking over my review. Proceed with CAUTION! Original post - - - The Edsel is in the shop for some new paint. Jeff has made sure that the original color will be matched to perfection. I like that there will be no surprises when the car is finished other than pure - PERFECTION ! Thank you to all... And, as an update... The Edsel is everything that I expected. No surprises here other than it s more perfect than I could have imagined! It s amazing - thanks to all so much!

Jeff knows what he's doing and is incredibly punctual in his work. I dropped off a classic car in need of substantial body work and a new paint job. I was quoted 9 weeks. 100% on time delivery and the paint is perfect.

Presented Jeff with a real challenge.....my 2000 Chevy Cargo Express Van with my company's 18 year old deteriorated adhesive vinyl lettering on both sides and the back and pealing paint all over. His guys prepped it beautifully and applied a better than factory paint job that just looks great. This is a true Miracle! Thank you all.Ed Shehorn

Jeff, the owner is a real stand-up guy and I respect that. A rarity these days. My paint job wasn't unfortunately done right and he took care of it, no questions asked, no pleading, no arguments whatsoever !! Highly recommend this business - we sometimes fail to do a perfect job but how we handle it matters a lot. 5 stars to Jeff !!

This place is awful!!! Run for the hills. Terrible work. I gave my son a paint job for his 21st Bday and they ruined his car. Three bubbles on the hood scoop, over spray on all his black rubber. He brought it back once and still not right. Today he brought it back for second time and they actually tried to blame it on him saying'I just wanted to go the cheaper route and save you money". Since when do you NOT taped off for any paint job!!! I would have give NO stars if that were an option. Look elsewhere! totally dissatisfied!!!!Mary N.

These guys are awesome. They have done work on a few family restoration cars. Great work....honest and straightforward. Jay the manager makes this place. Gladly recommend them.

I had my truck painted there about 9 months ago. A very fair price and an absolutely amazing result. Would highly recommend.

My car looked like new. A year later when the hood was hit on the freeway by flying concrete from a cement mixer Miracle was able to repair and repaint just the hood and the car looks like it did after the whole paint job.

They were good communicators, but when I got my truck back the hood wouldn't close and they blamed it on a Rivian issue. When Rivian came out to fix it they found the body shop had broken a clip which was causing interference with the safety sensors. Rivian also had to re-mount the bumper which B&S hadn't properly installed. I wouldn't go back to them if I could help it.
