I brought my BMW X5 to B&S Hacienda and my experience was excellent. April and the team were very professional and always kept me up to date on the status of my X5. When I picked up my car the repairs were seamless and it looked like it was brand new again. Thank you B&S for the great service!

Keenan was always so responsive and kept me throughly updated throughout the process. I was waiting over a week for an estimate at another body shop. Keenan asked me to come in on a Thursday and the next day not only did he have the estimate but he also ordered the parts. He was completely transparent through the process and explained what was happening at every step with timelines. If I ever have to take my Rivian to a body shop again I won't have to think twice about where I am going! Thank you Keenan and team for the great service!

We brought in our Tesla model three to get a minor accident done as it turns out it had involved more than cosmetic issues with the car, Keenan and Tony of B & S hacienda look deeper in the car and found out there more internal damages and took their time and making sure our car is at its 100%. We have always got updated on the status of the car. They also arrange for a rental car for us and made sure, our car was 100% ready it was picked up. We will continue to use your body shop And refer you guys to our friends and family thank you very much for the excellent service

Wow, my second time dealing with B&S Hacienda - the first was at San Ramon location - and the experience couldn't have been better. Starting with my service advisor Claudia who was keeping me up to date and providing reassurances when the insurance got difficult to work with, to the shop estimator Kashka who was there to relentlessly negotiate with the insurance to fully cover the repair costs and answer my very technical questions and finally service technicians who did beautiful job so that it looks like it just left the showroom floor. Truly a five star experience that customers expect and deserve!

Keenan was on point with communicating updates about my car. I had weekly updates and my vehicle was ready ahead of the time quoted. It looks like the dent never happened and paint blended perfectly. I m super happy to have my car back and would definitely use B & S again. Hopefully I won t need to!

Through a string of bad luck / bad timing, I had to visit B&S Hacienda 3 times in the past 5 years. Rear bumper was hit on 2 different occasions, and my hood was keyed. The stellar team at B&S always does a great job in making my car look new again. Can't say enough good things about them!

I had a great experience with B&S Hacienda Auto Body and I cannot say enough how pleased I am with the work they have done and the progress I went through with them from the first phone call all the way to picking up my car! If you are looking for a body shop for a repair for your car do not hesitate and contact them immediately!From the very first call to inquire about timing, process and their availability they have been very professional and very helpful and very patient with me. They gave me good information over the phone for the timeline and their availability and they setup an in person check on my car to be able to give me a better estimate. They were very responsive and fast and I really appreciated to see the progress moving quickly. They directly worked with my insurance and luckily everything on both sides went smoothly. Through out the entire process I have received text updates, they have also immediately responded to my questions and requests whenever I had one.At the very end, they did a fantastic job with the body repair on my Tesla, and it was within the estimated delivery time and cost. The car was very clean and shiny when I got it back and they even charged it! Above and beyond!!! Thank you Keenan and everyone at B&S Hacienda Auto Body for the fantastic work you have done! Took my Rivian here to repair the windows after a break in. Keenan was very friendly and helpful. The service was great and they dealt with my insurance. The new windows look great! Highly recommend this place!

They did a great job on my Model 3 repair. Could not even tell the car had been repaired once it was done. Keenan was on top of providing me updates throughout the process. Amazing Staff! I constantly got Updates on my vehicle, and I didn't deal much with the insurance! They took good care on dealing with repairs and insurance! Definitely recommend! Keena was responsive every week and kept me up to date on the delays from Tesla with back ordered parts. He was also willing to work with me within the constraint of my wedding to make sure one way or another, my car would make it back to me on time for that. Highly recommend due to excellent customer service and work!

Best place for my BMW and Lexus to look brand new again. They work well with Allstate and coordinates with Lexus to fix my 2021 ES350 and maker her look brand new. Great paint match up and you can see any discoloration plus they had Lexus fix the computer and sensors so life is good.

Absolutely INCREDIBLE work. I have to say that B&S Hacienda will definitely take care of you and make sure your car is 100% at the end of the day.They stuck with me for months while I hassled with Kemper insurance to get my claim together and to get money sent to the body shop. Nothing but excellent communication and incredible servicee.Im seriously blown away. My car looks better now than it ever did.If I could give more than 5 stars I would!Huge shoutout to the entire team but big thanks to Hayli, TIm, Alfred and all of B&S You all did an outstanding job and regardless of how long it took (because parts availability is terrible not B&S s fault whatsoever).Seriously cannot rave enough about how amazing my experience was.Thank you for taking such good care of my car and me.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Auto detailing, Auto maintenance

My truck was wrecked, they fixed my truck back to perfect, they always communicated what they were working on and where they were at. They had my truck 3 months and I knew every move. Today I had a little scratch that they buffed out right then. 2 different incidences. Hayli and the whole team are just amazing at B&S Hacienda.
