Let me start by saying what a GREAT experience I just had here. Darrell helped me out today with a warranty exchange, which he made that process seamless, but furthermore his kind/positive attitude and solid character is what made today such a good experience. A lot of auto parts stores are employed with individuals who are simply waiting for their shift to end and have zero interest in helping or with the customers in general ; that was not the case with Darrell. I m very grateful for his incredible customer service and for the connection we shared If you re wondering where to shop for parts, I HIGHLY recommend visiting AutoZone on Santa Rita Rd in Dublin.

From the moment I walked into the store to purchase some batteries for my car keys, these two welcomed me warmly and inquired how they could assist me. They went above and beyond by not only helping me replace the batteries but also ensuring they worked flawlessly. What touched me most was their personal connection; they asked about my well-being and assured me that anytime I needed help or support with car tools, I could reach out to them. From the minute I walked in AutoZone I was given excellent customer service. Davon, Wyatt and Alex were superb. I needed a bulb for my headlight. I was so impressed that the boys even installed it for me with a smile. I highly recommend this AutoZone in Pleasanton.

I had great customer service! Zacky helped direct me to the compatible windshield wipers to my car and even had to look in the back for me. He also help me to the install my wiper blades ! 10/10 would recommend!

By far dealt with the most incompetent employee there named Juanita. Stood around on her phone, I asked for help multiple times and would point into a direction leading me to what I wasn t looking for. I d come back to ask for actual help and would walk away while being on her phone. I ve dealt with her a few times now, but this was the straw that broke the camels back.Why are you working in customer service if you re just going to sit around and not help customers?!

Remember: most of the people behind the counter aren't mechanics and their only experience is fixing their own car and you don't even know that they fixed it right. My father owned an auto parts store and machine shop and I've made my share of mistakes. I come in knowing exactly what I want to buy and what it should look like, etc. Most of the parts you can buy at an AutoZone are relatively cheap, new, Chinese parts - don't expect OEM quality.

David and team were tremendous in helping sovle a somewhat complicated headlight problem, they understood that I can't drive without it, went above and beyond to get them installed. Amazing customer service and expert knowledge

Terrible customer service . Doesn t know what they are doing. A new employee did a mistake on the computer and get mad at me and was very rude. The manager tried to help in solving his problem and he is still very rude to me even I was very professional with him.

Bryant, was a huge help! Went in to get his opinion on my headlights that were going out. He also helped put a new battery in my key fob that was tedious to do. Great customer service !!!

Visited the store on 1/17/23 around 6PM and the employee was FaceTiming friends while working the front counter. When asked to rent a loan a tool, I was told that he "had checked the back and it was not in stock." Strange considering I didn't even specify which brake tool I was looking to rent. I left the store and checked the store inventory in the parking lot on my phone only to see that it was in stock at that location. Thanks for nothing AutoZone you have lost a long time customer to Orielly's and NAPA.

Took forever to get checked out with just one item. Counter people apparently cannot do more than one thing at a time. Poor service at best.

They had the battery I needed and I didn t have to drive around to find it. Staff was friendly and helpful, even offered to change the battery for me. Too bad my car was dead in the garage or I might have taken them up on the offer.
