Came here the first time in 2022, and back again in 2024. Super fast service, and always friendly and helpful coming here. They make everything so simple. And they even said my dog can come stay in the lobby. Dog friendly?? What more could you ask for! Definitely coming back next time I need a smog check.

I had a fantastic experience with my vehicle's smog check at this shop. I arrived around 10 AM and was pleasantly surprised to be in and out in less than 10 minutes, despite there being two cars ahead of me. The entrance to the smog shop is at the back, and there are clear signs along the road directing you. Upon arrival, you simply park your vehicle facing the shop and wait to be called in by the mechanic.Inside, the office/waiting room is adorned with plenty of vintage items, which adds a unique and cool atmosphere to the place. The lady behind the counter was incredibly helpful and friendly. She even reminded me about their online coupon, which was much appreciated.One thing to note is that if your smog check requires a STAR Station, there's an additional $20 fee, regardless of whether you have the coupon or not. For my 2013 sedan, I was charged $59.95, with the coupon, which I found reasonable.Overall, I highly recommend this shop to anyone in need of a smog check, whether it's at a STAR Station or not. The efficient service, friendly staff, and cool ambiance make it a top choice in my book.

Be aware of fine print in the coupon. They charge a lot more if you are directed to a star certified station in DMV. Read the fine print before you go.Reply to owners comment: The estimate is not provided until I pulled my car into the workshop and the mechanic started working on my car. Until that time I was made to wait in the car and not in your office. It was too late by the time I signed the estimate. I thought it is not fair to walk away after they start working on the car. It was my fault that I didn t read the fine print.

The smog check was quick. There was almost no waiting time. There were basically two cars ahead of mine which took about 30 minutes. They had coupon. I had to pay exactly same amount as they advertised. No trick. No game. I was happy to be here.

Please note that the parking is around the back and not as Google Maps suggests. They are pretty quick once you get your car in. But sometimes you have to wait a bit due to high traffic!Quick, friendly and overall excellent price

I am very thankful for this business! They were able to fit me in at the end of the day, and were prompt, professional, and kind. I'll be coming back here, definitely. They also have an adorable air conditioned waiting/sitting area: very cute retro automotive theme.

Owners were very friendly with the smog check - had a small hiccup with the DMV servers, but nothing that they could control. Honored the online coupon, no problem. Would recommend for getting smog check done.

This is quite expensive.. I moved from NJ recently. In order to register it for California I went to this shop for smog test. I cecked the bill they charged me extra $20 for out of state for no reason. Not sure how does it matter for smog test if it is instate or outstate. Only for 5 min task they billed me 70 dollars.. where the smog test and certificate is for $38 but on top of that they added extra $20 for out of state and $10 for hybrid car. They are adding meaning less extra fee for no reason..
