If I could give 0 stars I would... had multiple issues with this business and they were unwilling to work with me to ensure my trailer and truck worked properly. I was not allowed to leave my truck with the horse trailer (which is why it was there in the first place... the connection wasn't working). After I left with my truck, the problem was not fixed and I took it elsewhere. I paid over $1000 to get my truck and trailer fixed and it still didn't work right nor where they willing to refund my money or pay for the repairs that needed to be done after they worked on it. NEVER GOING BACK!!!

Noah and Mike went above and beyond for me while I was having issues with installing my hitch to tow a U-Haul. Definitely go here over anyone else!

Do not purchase a trailer from them, the owner is rude and she is not helpful at all. Broken marker light (didn t notice during inspection, however that s on me. I know better to not take the loaders word for it) Missing DMV information and now has turned into a big ordeal.I did my part and gave them money and they left me with a sitting trailer and now multiple trips to the DMV.Save yourself the time and just go down the hill because this company doesn t take care of locals.

The people here have great knowledge on trailers and have been extremely helpful to my husband on trailer issues and giving him information and guidance on how to fix issues. Reasonable cost for parts. They have a care for customers that is rarely seen today.

I was shopping for a Rack-It lumber rack in the Portland, OR area and it was not going well. I called Rack-it and they recomended a local shop and at first it sounded like this guy was going to be helpful, but was I disapointed. I ended up talking to Lisa, the owner of Vintage Transport and she was great! She was very helpful, and she was willing to see if I could get some custom options on the lumber rack. She called Rack-It and personally made sure the upgrade could be done and she even emailed diagrams of the rack with the custom parts to make sure it was correct. When I arrived to get the rack, it was correct and everything I was hoping for. It was also nearly $800.00 cheaper that what the local guy quoted and that was without the custom upgrades.Lisa was great to deal with and she knows her business!!

Great folks and great service. I rented a U-Haul car tow dolly from them and they were very helpful. I was missing an item they felt I needed so they loaned it to me with the promise I return it with the trailer. I have shopped there before and am very happy to recommend them for any trailer or U-Haul needs.

The restoration of my 16 ft utility was done well. I'm happy with their work . Heres my problem.. TheFemale owner has a bit of a mouth on her.Finial bill was nickel and penny add ons. Petty.. I'm sure I will never go back. Don't ever pee on my leg and tell me it's raining.

Always a great experience at Vintage Transport / U-Haul / Line-X! I have been a loyal customer for over a decade and without fail, these folks always come through! They have Line-X'd many vehicles and some custom projects for me, sold and installed a retractable bed cover, happily assisted with many tow accessories, and have rented me many U-Haul's over the years. It is a "Stand up place" with "Stand up folks"!

I just got a new truck and was in need of a shell, lumber rack, and a bed slide. Got them all in one spot, and installedService couldn't have been better. They made it all so easy and at a great price. I will use them again.

Very unhappy with the results. My truck was not fixed of the leak. Charged me double of the quote and wanted more payment to "fix" it .
