Highly recommend Thompsons Toyota! I had a leaking oil filter after my service there and called when I was in town (I m an hour away) and Hunter was able to fit my truck in right away to correct the problem. He even had my fuel topped off for the inconvenience! Both interactions I ve had here have been great! I highly recommend Hunter & The Thompsons Toyota Team to all my friends and family! Will be back again for my future service needs.

I went here December 12, 2023 for an oil change. I had 10 am appointment. When I arrived I gave a copy of email coupon from the Service Manager. It was for $59.85 oil change. I gave this to the person checking in my RAV4. He stated that coupon would be added added. So my final price should have been $59.95 plus tax. But when I finally got my RAV4. I had to pay full price of $83.05. This not worse part of this oil change. I was told my car should be ready in one hour. I told him I plan to be in waiting room. I was informed was it is ready we will tell you. After one hour most other people in the waiting room had gone. So I went out see if I saw my car where they parked completed cars. I checked three different times. No one was even at the service desk. It was over 2 hours when I checked for the 4th time. The car still was not in sight near where completed cars were parked. I walked in. Looked around the service desk and saw my keys and receipt tag. I told the nearest service worker these were my keys. Can I get my car. After about another 10 minutes my car was rung up for $83.05 not $59.95. My coupon was not honored and payed full price. I was in the waiting room over 2 hours and no one there ever informed me that my car was ready. This was very poor service. I have been coming here for years and my last name is even Thompson. The name of place. It seems. There is no good reason why I was never informed in the waiting room my car was completed. If I didn t go looking around and find my keys siting on the desk. I don t think they ever would of told me the car was done. They did not honor my $59.95 coupon either. I will no longer go there for any type service. This was poor service no matter what type business. I will not return and hopefully this review will make others aware of Thompson s Toyota Service Department. It rates 1 out 5 stars. Poor service. I will not return to this place.

I used to go here all the time but I m just too disappointed this time to go back again. I took my car in a few months ago for a brake issue and their solution was to replace all my brake drums because they were warped, which was very expensive. As soon as I started driving home I felt the issue was still there. I finally took my car to a different shop yesterday and they told me whoever worked on it last time didn t even bother to take my brakes apart to find the problem because it was a very obvious issue that only cost $120 repair. And the guys here also broke my fob key and didn t offer to replace it which just makes me sad.Sorry guys but I m bummed, I waisted a lot of money.Service: Brake service & repair

I had dealings with Austin, very professional and a great personality, extremely nice and considerate. This place also has great facilities and accommodations. They definitely have my business.

The service appt I went to was great. They found a hint that my water pump was going out and they fixed it under warranty. The technician saved me a bad situation if it had gone out.
