I reached out looking for 2021 highlander. Mr. Bill got back to me regarding what they have available. Sent me photos and assured me he was going to put the car aside for me to come and see. That day I went to Elk Grove Toyota before meeting up with Mr.Bill, was offered a good price but decided to go meet Mr.Bill first before actually making a decision. Since he was so amazing via text & emails. I dropped by just to take a look at the car (since I truly wanted a silver or moon dusk color car) but his amazing customer service & good negotiating tack ticks. I drove off with my toyota 2021 highlander!I originally wanted the color silver (which elk grove Toyota has instock) but couldn t pass up on the offer because he was absolutely amazing and very detailed. & offered a good price as well. I Highly recommend to look for Mr.Bill!

Not that anyone wants to go to a dealership for service, right?! They have a great waiting area with coffee, and other beverages and snacks. The service is top notch and the reps keep you updated.

We purchased purchased our 2019 Toyota camry se from thompson's toyota, the sales man David somberg was very helpful and got us into what wanted. Thank you again thompsons toyota! Highly recommend thompsons.
