Tim, Megan, and Robert from the Thompsons Auto Group were nothing short of amazing during my recent transaction with them! They value your time and energy as a customer and made the entire process as smooth as possible! The level of customer service I received was unrivaled in all of my years of purchasing cars here in NorCal. Also, loved the fact that I got to support a local and family-owned business. Would highly recommend them for all of your automotive needs!

We purchased a new Toyota from Thompsons Auto & Truck Centers last night and we were blown away by the positive experience, so much so that I felt compelled to write this review to tell everyone what we experienced.I have very high standards and expectations, but they truly exceeded our expectations.There was no pressure like you normally experience when buying a car. Frankly I put buying a car right up there with going to the dentist and I hate going to the dentist. Our experience last night was very pleasant.If you haven t checked out Thompsons, you are missing out. I live in Roseville, and Placerville is a good 45 minute drive, but it s worth it.

My mom's 2006 Toyota rav4 was in for a re call on rear tie rods and let's just say the tried to charge my mom for a freaking re call they are supposed to fix for free!!!!! Absolutely felt so bad for my mom luckily I wasn't there but my mom told me everything and she is the sweetest person alive. They will try and get every nickel and dime from you PERIOD.
