Fast, efficient oil change. Great customer service. My car had a rat's nest under the hood and I was so grateful for them vacuuming it out and checking all the wires at no extra charge. Love the free car wash, too.

Very unhappy! I paid for an oil change and they did not do it, although they told me that they did it. I am very disappointed. Please see picture. That is how a brand new oil looks like after I got home. I am very, very mad about this. I know how my diesel pickup behaves when it is due for an oil change and, as I was very suspicious about, I checked it. And voila! Very sad.

Splasherville Express Carwash was a very pleasant surprise! I was greeted by a warm smile and helpful attendant. When they have you pull up they basically pre wash your car and work on stubborn areas, then you go through the automatic wash to complete the job and you come out dry. And the price is more than reasonable. Very quick and efficient. I will be going again and will recommend them to family and friends.

Well my dealership recommends having my car service there for a Lube oil filter it is hard to get a decent appointment and I prefer to go here. The staff is very friendly professional and knowledgeable. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. #supportlocalbusiness

They were amazing. Great group of young men, that get customer service. The young man explained all the work and gave me an estimate prior to actually doing it. Highly recommend and will be back.

For the most part this is an excellent place to go for car cleaning. Ive always been quite happy with the service. This time I was alittle bit disappointed. I had quite a few burrs and stickers in the cargo area and was charged extra for their removal but didn't get that service. Everywhere but the back of my SUV, with the back seat down, I have a large dog, was immaculate but the cargo area looked like they didn't even try. It wasn't until I went to load groceries in the back, that I realized it. I dont think it was communicated to the inside cleaners that I had been charged extra for that service. And my bad for not checking it before I left. Im sure if I had brought that to their attention it would have been resolved. However they need to improve additional charge communications.

They don't actually offer the services they say they do. I drove down from Pollock pines to get my truck washed and they refused to clean the inside because it was "too slow" so they weren't offering the service. Maybe it wouldn't be too slow if you offered the services you say you do. You are slow on a Saturday afternoon does say a thing. I mentioned this to two people who immediately responded that they "do that all the time". So me and apparently several other people will no longer be going there and wasting our gas. Seems like a vicious cycle. Good luck staying in business with the total lack of reliability.

There was a young man (African American) there today who went way above and beyond to pre-wash/prepare my car before it went through the auto car wash. He did such an EXCELLENT job!! My car had tons of dried on debris from the trees and the rain over the weekend. It made sure it ALL came off. Hope he's there next time, too!!

My husband took my car to get a full service car wash, not only was it fast, it was thorough! My car looks brand new inside and out and that s saying a lot because I drive around my yellow lab and toddler! The dog hair was completely gone, the windows no longer had little finger prints or prints from my dog! Very much worth the $45. We will be going back soon to keep it looking like this!

Well, I paid $45 to have my car washed and cleaned inside and out.The car wash machine left several dirty areas around my car that I had to ask repeatedly for the men to clean.The inside cleaning job was lacking in several areas.I had to ask once again for the men to clean the inside doors, the windows, the door jams and for the tires to be dressed up.They spent most of their time cleaning up what they missed.I was very disappointed with this car wash and will not be returning .I represent approximately 300 people in our community and would not recommend them to this location for a car wash. Splasherville car wash failed miserably.

I use the laser car Wash which is really good but the atmosphere was a little dirty trash cans or filled up debris everywhere

Very convenient, never need to leave your car for oil change. The staff were very friendly and professional. I would recommend if you need an oil change (that includes car wash) with reasonable prices, this place is for you.

Bought a full service plus extra gift card for my daughter. I paid extra specifically for vacuuming. They told her too late and after they ran the card that they were understaffed so she just got a wash. Which means her balance won't cover much of anything if she goes back.This is how they pad the services and milk more money as she will have to pay the difference for what I originally bought card for.Beware..just clean your car yourself for a few quarters at the car washServices: Auto detailing, Auto interior vacuuming

This place is awesome! They do a fantastic job and pay attention to the detail making sure my car was perfectly clean, inside and out. I wont take my Mercedes anywhere else.

Just visited this car wash for the first time. The staff member who set me up was so friendly and awesome! I also really appreciated them manually brushing my car down before entering the automated section. The price point is also better than any car washes I ve been to around Sacramento and the Merced area. Thanks Splasherville!

First time at this car wash. Absolutely fabulous for an express wash! The young man who sprayed down the car at the beginning was very thorough and polite. Nice to see someone take pride in his job!

They changed my oil. I was told they would top off all fluids but didn't fill my coolant. Thankfully I checked before a road trip because my reservoir was bone dry.

WARNING! This place specializes in oil changes yet can not perform oil changes correctly. Multiple times, oil spilling out all over my driveway. No help from splasherville to fix their mistakes. Installing aftermarket plugs because they loose the original. Stripping threads. I ve repaved my driveway twice due to splasherville. Do not go here. You will be highly disappointed

Service is quick and responsive. If you need an oil change or some other work done you get a free car wash. I had my 2000 Dodge detailed. It was a mess before I drove in. Only waited 10 minutes account other customers ahead. $40 and it now is presentable to ride in.

Great service and prices. Drove in from Eastern Nevada with a more than dirty car. Lots of kids handprints, footprints and whatever else. Called ahead and was told just come in. These guys were friendly, professional and my car looks great for a great price. Highly recommend this business.

The workers here are always amazing and they give you a free car wash with the oil change. I've been going here for many years and they always get me in and out within 15-20 minutes. Cheaper than jiffy lube and very helpful, as well as informative.

I would like to recognize Rafael for above and beyond customer service and an incredible owner driven successful small business. I also own a small myself I know how difficult it is to make sure everything runs smoothly and also as a consumer how rare it is to find an owner that truly cares and wants to do everything he can to run a great business! Also every time I see him he has a smile on his face and he just put you in a great mood it's like the Starbucks of car washes!

Splasherville I always get my oil changed here, also for the company vehicles. They are fast efficient and always very friendly. And you get a free car wash with an oil change. I've also used their detailing and have been very very happy with it.
