great paint. If you're planning on painting wait until one of their 30 or even 40% off sales. I got their emerald top of the line paint for about $48 a gallon. The young lady behind the counter was very friendly and had my 10 gallons of paint ready in about 15 minutes. She even helped carry them to my car.

Wonderful customer service at the Placerville store. Super helpful in all aspects from picking out colors to preparing my order. The staff even helped me carry everything to my car. Friendly and helpful!

I love this store. I have been going to the Placerville Sherwin Williams store for 15 years. They are always helpful and this visit was no different. I have some antique chairs with some minor damage and their expert advice helped me find the right product to match and fix the problem. Plus the quality of their products is top notch. Highly recommend.

After going to Home Depot to try and have them match the paint in home we recently purchased, and having the paint not matching I decided to give Sherwin-Willams a try. I have to tell you was really impressed. Not only did they match the paint on the first try, they spent the time to give me tips on how to touch up the pain, how to even out the sheen if the new paint was more shiny than the paint a few years old. They are truly experts who care about customer service. For paint, I will never go back to Home Depot again.

I needed just a quart of paint for my house because of a remodel and I didn t know the color name and brought in a vent for color match. Courtney helped me and made a perfect match. Thank you Courtney!

I sent my wife to find colors for our new house. She had colors from another manufacturer that she liked and wanted sample to try on the wall. The KID at the counter said they don't do samples and gave her a couple color cards. He didn't even look to cross reference the colors. He told my wife to go to Lowes if she wanted samples.. KID was rude and unhelpful.Needless to say they won't be getting my money and I still have a whole house to paint.......

I appreciate that all of the staff in this store wear masks and I feel safe when buying paint and supplies and this establishment. I wanted to give 4 stars, but apparently the review won't print unless I give 5 stars.

I appreciate their knowledge and expertise, in addition to their high-quality paint. I initially went to a big box store in town, but then listened to a friend who's a retired professional painter who strongly recommended going to Sherwin Williams instead, and I can see why.

Very nice folks selling a good product in a store that's not overrun with people. First time we ordered curbside and second time ordered online. Both worked great.

That their customer service in Plasterville is really good. You re very helpful in choosing the type of pains in the colors for the paint. Great was suggestion help on equipment to apply materials and paint. Never of had a problem and always great customer service at the Plasterville Sherwin

Better product for a lower price. I have applied SuperDeck Waterborne fornula exterior deck stain to my redwood deck twice since summer 2015. Both applications blistered badly after heavy rain storms within a year of application. Both time I used Sherwin-Williams deck cleaner, then sanded the surface, and applied the product in a thin layer, in the shade at temperatures of about 80 F. During my last visit to your store, I was told that I must use a sealer stripper before each re-application. I was sold a gallon of SuperDeck at the sale price. I have used Flood and Pittsburg Paints Sunproof waterborne sealers many times without blistering or using strippers first. My deck is 1500 sq feet and a lot of work for resealing. I am no longer willing to use Superdeck considering it's poor performance and high price.

USED 2 GO HERE ALL THE TIME UNTIL.HOME DEPOT OPENED,- NOW GET SAME GOOD STUFF 4 ALOT LESS MONEY, PLUS CAN PICK UP OTHER SUPPLIES WHILE THERE SO NOT RUNNING FROM STORE 2 STORE, WITH GAS SO HIGH THIS IS A GIANT STEP 4 ME

Exceptional paint. After TWENTY YEARS the siding still looks freshly painted, and needs NO touching up! You get what you pay for.

They have numerous wallpaper sample books and are probably the only store in town selling wallpaper. Love my wallpaper pattern.
