OUTSTANDING SERVICE! I was told by a mechanic I needed a wheel alignment. There was a knocking sound while driving so I made an appointment with Les Schwab. The experience was fantastic! They explained how the wheel alignment was done. My appointment was for 9am and work began at 9am! The waiting area is spacious and comfortable. They completed the work sooner than expected! The cost was less than anticipated! When I drove away, the knocking sound was gone!!!Thank you, Les Schwab!!!

I don't need people refusing me service and calling my trusty rusty truck a " rust bucket" when it's actually a farm truck.Dennis said they would do four of my six tires and put the additional two in my bed for later (dually) and install them after a round trip to Utah (1,309 miles round trip), then they decided to do none. While most of the crew were nice and professional, the older gentleman is a little abrasive with his "promises" and names he gives your farm truck. Don't talk s___ about other people's possessions. I was taught that as a kid.When they called back to notify me they wouldn't do the work it might be because they couldn't upsell me. I told them I'll do the brakes after I get my tires.What decision did I make for you to change your offer?Good luck to them, I hope they have the ambition to improve.

Les Schwab was a great place to purchase tires. Their prices are reasonable and they carry quality tires. The staff was super friendly, helpful and professional. They have an ample size waiting area but their chairs could use an upgrade. Coffee, hot chocolate, tea, water and popcorn was available. Restroom was clean and well stocked. My only disappointment was the waiting time. I highly suggest making an appointment rather than taking a chance as a walk in. They are apparently quite popular, hence, quite busy and wait times for people without appointments can be lengthy.

My friend went shopping at save mart. A nice man told her her tire was flat and put on her Donut so the next morning we went to Les Schwab to get 2 new tires we were in and out in no time at all.

Les Schwab is know for good service and the Placerville, CA location won t disappoint you. I had some work done today on my 07 Escalade and my experience was great! Comparative to the Rancho Cordova and Ukiah locations

As always, great experience with these guys. Brandon took care of me and my tires, and being that we both own modified Subarus with aftermarket wheels, he treated my car as if it was his own, with great respect and care as to not damage anything. If I still live up here next time I need tires, this is definitely where I ll be coming back to.

The entire staff is always so polite, and it seems like no matter how packed full with customers they are, you always hear your name called before you ever expect it. The most excellent, speedy, affordable, quality service I have ever seen.

This has been a really great tire place. We've been coming here for at least a couple decades by now for anything to getting a full set of new tires, to small things like getting a tire leak checked out.They've always been real nice people, and handled everything for us. This is a place I feel like I can always rely on if I need help with my tires. It's the first place that comes to mind for tire related issues for me, and they haven't let me down.

I love this place. I had a flat, they were able to help me check my spare and remove my flat, my tires was under warranty elsewhere, they were able to remove and bag it , made sure all of my tires are aired so I can get my tire fix. Did I say $0 , I appreciate you all Placerville team .

You NEVER get a second chance to make a 1st impression. We wanted to take the kids up to the snow today, but was ill-prepared without chains for our truck. The CalTrans fellow, wish I had asked for his name to recognize his kindness & advice for getting off the freeway, and doubling back the parallel road to the nearest auto supply place, or gas station for a set of chains.I saw the Les Schwab place about 3/4 mile up from wherewe exited the freeway. AMPLE SPACIOUS parking for my crew cab truck. Upon entering a very well kept place, clean, comfortable temperature for such a sizable building with THOUSANDS of tires. I was greeted with a genuine Hi, how can I help you today? , by Stephanie. Inquired if her place sold tire chains. She said, Yes. , looked up my tire specs. Her work colleague, Dennis, reviewed several options , decided to go with the heavy duty Diamond Back LT set of chains.One cannot put a price on peace-of-mind, when it s snowing and slippery out there in 18 degree temp.Need some good chains. Dennis and Stephanie helped out this gal, like the VIP in their store. (There were other customers comfortable waiting on getting their vehicle maintenance care completed.)We made it to Adventure Park, and had a great time with the help of a few wonderful people, plus the chain installation fellow, who gave me a 101 tire chain installation course Such a great snow experience today with my family! Thank you, Stephanie, Dennis, CalTrans fellow, and tire installation guru!

I brought in a flat tire to be repaired and not only was It repaired in about an hour, but they didn't charge anything to do it. Like everything else today I not only expected to pay for it but to pay double from what it used to cost. Also great friendly helpful employees at the front desk.

The service was good. Came in for tires, and I felt like my car was in the pits of a race track. They got those tires on fast! It was determined that the tie rods we bad... and they were. They quoted me a fair price and got the parts delivered. This took a little more time, but still in a timely manner. Everyone was very friendly. The only thing I would have liked more, would have been better mask wearing policy adherence.

I stopped in for a tire rotation and brake check on 11/22 and informed them of a sound my car was making. They found that the bearings in my wheel hub were bad so they replaced the hub assembly. Unfortunately, the hub they used had a bad ABS connection which opened up a can of worms (loss of 4WD, other systems affected). They tried to fix the issue but advised me to have the dealer diagnose the problems. After doing some research on my own and seeing the potential costs involved (and after being turned away from another LS location who basically made zero effort to help me) I called the Placerville location back and asked them to try a different hub before I wasted money elsewhere. Aaron ordered the new hub assembly yesterday and Paul installed it first thing this morning for me. I would have given 5 stars but I feel like this could have been resolved more quickly if they just tried swapping out the hub sooner rather than send me elsewhere to deal with it on my own. Thank you Aaron and Paul for getting me back on the road!

The tires I bought from Les Schwab were $800. I thought that was a lot for my little car. These tires have been an excellent investment. No worries about them popping when I accidentally hit a pothole. And the tread has lasted so much longer than cheaper tires I have purchased in the past. I did get a slow leak in one tire. I took my car in and they repaired the tire very quickly for free. Thank you Les Schwab.

Dennis was great gave me a good deal and very professional. have bought tires there before and I went to another store for the last tires. Only got 36000 miles out of the michelins and store wouldn't honor 70000 mile warranty, every time I went there for rotation or flat tire it was 4-5 hours ,no more big box stores glad I'm back. thanks again

My fianc� Samuel And I brought our SUV in for tire rotation and new tires. Prices were great, service was super fast. The manager Dennis is extremely personable, honest, kind and you can really tell that he Genuinely cares about his customers and community. We will be more than happy to bring our business back here! Sam seriously went above and beyond to help me. No one has ever taken better care of me at an auto shop. He helped me out past closing and really made sure I was safe and able to get back on the road. Thank you Sam and thank you Les Schwab!

I had issues with brakes that were originally done by different company. Called about Les Schwab for replacing front brakes. Quoted me a price and time of 1.5-2 hours to complete. Drove straight there, only to find out that it was going to take 2 hours for them to look at it. I described in full detail to multiple people my braking issues. I was not able to get a ride, so I hung out. 5 hours later, I was asked what do you want me to replace your brakes for, they look ok? . I asked if they even did a test drive, they did but didn t find anything wrong. So I took them to show the issues. I was told that I should make an appointment, because they were too busy to look at it. So, I will not be going back. It is clear to me that they just want to push tire sales, and have little concern for my safety on the road. Staff was nice, but I was not happy to go home after 6 hours in the exact condition I arrived. What a wasted day!

Had an appointment at 9:00 for 4 new snow tires. My car was taken into the bay at 9:02 and I was on my way to work with great tires at 9:38. The office staff was courteous and very helpful. They've got my business!

Quoted over 6 hours just to fix a nail in a tire. I would highly recommend going anywhere else but here. Not convenient or efficient at all.

Had picked up a nail while rolling through town, stopped in to have it fixed. They patched everything up and when I asked "what's the damage" she replied "we fix those for free". Excellent service, would recommend in the future.

They will treat you pretty good. Usually fast considering you can just go without an appointment!Covered a lot more services then tires with is helpful when I needed air bags and barring replaced
