Absolutely love coming here! Been having them work on my '14 Kia Soul, my wife's '12 Soul, and my mom's 2 different Hondas for years. Ok well would rather not have to come here, but you know what I mean haha The guys here are awesome, completely fair in everything, will explain it all to you. Been having issues w/ my '14 Soul & they have been so great with getting me in super quick & out within an hour to two max. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs work done.

Big thank you to the guys at JR's Automotive. I had an emergency engine issue and was glad they were able to fit me into their schedule and get me back on the road quickly. The mechanics were friendly and knowledgeable, professional, fast and thorough. I was walked through options and found their service pricing to be very reasonable. Super great people and affordable. My car battery kept going dead so we replaced the battery then we took it to JRs to see what was going on. Turns out there was a short in the radio so they unplugged it until I can get seen by dealership. It is awesome they found the problem and only charged hour labor. Been to other places where we would've gotten a list of other things wrong true or not but JR's Automotive has always been so honest, affordable, and great service. We don't trust our cars with anyone else. Thanks

I've been dealing with these guys for about 10 years now. They are honest, reliable, and the only mechanics I trust. The first time I had them work on a vehicle, I had taken it elsewhere to get an alignment. The alignment place told me I needed an entire new steering knuckle and let me drive my car home. I took it to Jr's for a second opinion and they jacked the car up and the upper strut mount had been sheared off. I could have hit a pothole and been toast. Jr, fixed it, got it aligned, and saved me a lot of money. Since then I've had them do everything from oil changes to engine replacements for me. These guys are awesome. Not sure what I would do without these guys. They have serviced all of mine and my family s cars and I ve never been duped, hassled, or suffered from much car trouble. They are honest and fair and never too pushy. Professionalism and reliably is all you ll get.. can t ask for much more!

Very rude customer service, felt as if they did not want me or my business. Upon picking my vehicle I found the windows were rolled down and keys were in the ignition, they were nice enough to notify me of a leaking concern but did not write it on the repair order and I have no record of what is leaking or happening. Lack of communication and lack of care for customers or vehicles.
