One of the best local business experiences I have encountered!!!! Awesome customer service!!!! I had a log splitter that was on its last legs and stopped working. I was given a fair assessment and they even tried helping me problem solve the issue over the phone at no cost. I requested a mobile visit after my attempts to fix it on my own failed. When they arrived I was impressed with the owner and his partner who professionally assessed my log splitter and gave me a clear and reasonable assessment. Although I opted in the end to sell my log splitter to get a new one, I know that if I ever have an issue with a small engine that Joes Pit Stop will be my first and only call. Cudos to this small business!!!
