We Used the service for AAA to come grab our car to be taken to tesla charging station and all was good until the tow driver Steve arrived. After speaking with him about our car he told us that he will not be helping us since we don't have a ride. What was confusing he just got done telling my 70 year old grandfather how he gives people rides. But for some reason in his words "it's his choice whether or not he gives a customer a ride" . I felt discriminated against to be honest. No Uber or Lyft service is available at our current location. Overall he just got in his towing truck after speaking with AAA and Stranded Us. Still waiting for someone new to help. Thank gosh another coworker came to help us out!

Great staff and good quality workmanship. Very efficient too repairs were completed in 4 working days. They even coordinate rental cars with enterprise car rental. I didn't need to lift a finger.. thanks G&O

I have nothing but positive things to say about G&O. I called in the morning and they took me in that same day for a maintenance item they don t usually do. Robert the manager was really friendly, accommodating, and explained the process every step of the way. He made sure that I was comfortable with and understood exactly what him and his team did to my car. I highly recommended!!

Dishonest Chris told me they could not repair my 92 jeep cherokee due to parts not available, stating specifically Pn55294926. Chris replied saying state farm requires capa parts only. I had cashed the vehicle out from the insurance which was sufficient to cover the $3200 quote.Chris stated she could not help me. I Asked several times why that was "the part is not available" was Chris's repeated answer.I had the vehicle towed back to my house at my expense.I emailed Chris trying to understand why she wouldn't have used an aftermarket part which is available at several places on the net for as low as $94. Chris's story changed to "aftermarket parts font fit well"Chris used her own form of discrimination.

I came here cause I needed to get work done in a time frame. I got an estimate and different routes to go about it because we were gonna fix the car out of pocket. The gentlemen that helped us was sincere with us and understood our circumstance. My whole back windshield was broken and they were willing to take it if and clean it all up free of cost. | know if i would have gone to any other place they would want to replace everything brand new but he was giving alternatives that would save us money. I needed to replace my whole lift gate. We looked around different pick n pulls to see a cheaper option but when we couldn't he was willing to tell us the place where he found the exact match to my car. We picked up the lift gate and replaced it ourselves.The willing to give a customer an option that will save them money is something I look up to a lot. I hope I won't be coming back here anytime soon just cause i hope nothing happens to our cars but I will recommend this place to others when needed.

The folks at G&O were lifesavers, particularly Chris and Robert. We were in a fender bender coming down the mountain rendering our vehicle inoperable, and G&O went out of their way to take care of us:1. They stayed with me for more than an hour after closing time and helped to arrange accommodations and a rental car.2. Robert took me and our luggage across town to my family after we got separated in the towing process, and ensured we were on our way safely before he headed back home.3. Chris worked with our insurance for several hours that evening and the next day to arrange for the vehicle to be towed to our home city in the Bay Area (which is much more convenient for us), and ensured that the tow to B&O and then to our city would be covered by insurance.Chris and Robert really went out of their way to help our family when we were in a bind, I highly recommend B&O based on their amazing customer care!Note that G&O Towing is separate from the body shop. We were towed by G&O Towing and had a pleasant experience with them as well, but we were informed that the businesses are separate now.

I rear ended someone on highway 50 and FORTUNATELY G and O body shop was the closest to accident. I say fortunately because these guys know their craft! My lights broke out, the hood, front pumper all smashed in the accident. I was devastated, because I love my 17 Corolla and was not sure how it would look after the repair. Well, thanks to you guys this car looks the same if not better! I am very satisfied with the quality of work you guys did.I hope I am not jinxing myself (just drove home) but I don t think I am. I was in contact with Robert, and I have to say he comes across as very honest! He reassured me that my car is just as good as it was before, and I can expect to use it for a long time. I trust him and these words meant a lot to me. Nobody wants to be in this situation, but these guys can close the repair with a happy ending! Again, can t emphasize enough the honesty! Thank you! Also, I would like to give kudos to the ladies who work there. Every single time I called someone picked up the phone. Thank you, guys!

I have been sending people to G&O for years. First time user and they did not disappoint! Robert and Chris are awesome! My accident happened on an early Thursday morning, and when I called G&O to let them know that my damaged vehicle was on the way, Robert offered to set me up in a rental car! What service!They immediately went to work on the vehicle and worked with my insurance company (Farmers) directly so I didn't even have to lift a finger. Chris and Robert were in constant communication with my wife and I providing us updates on the claims process and how the vehicle repair was going.We picked up the car just yesterday and the area where it was damaged looks brand new! Also, since there was body damage, they would need to repaint the affected areas and you can't even distinguish between the original paint and the newly painted area. Top notch work! Great local shop and will continue to send my clients to them!

This is my 3rd time working with G and O. Those darn deer!!!! Each time has been an excellent experience. The front office gals are very helpful and Valerie was so very kind and quickly able to help me and answer any questions. She helped arrange a rental car and really went the extra mile. It's 2021 and somewhere we have forgotten what customer service is, BUT NOT at G and O. I had my Car towed, and it's an awd. Turns out I was simply out of gas. Picked it up from the shop, and it was Now making a horrible high pitched sound. Took it back to the shop and was told my rear This differential had been destroyed... Which does not just happen. Person at the shop told me an improper tow Might be the culprit.. Told G and O, what happened...and they refuse to take responsibility for the damage. VERY DISSAPOINTED in them. It was obvious they were responsible. I will be contacting an attorney on Monday. JUST OWN UP G and O !...

My only experience with G&O is their towing service offered through AAA, which has always been prompt. But I wanted to write about a recent AAA transaction in which I purchased a battery from the G&O driver to replace the dead battery in my car. About a week after the service I received a letter in the mail from G&O with money to compensate me for inadvertently being overcharged. I had no idea, and the company could easily have gotten away with not saying anything. It is great to know there are honest businesses out in the community. Thank you, G&O!

This shop has been incredible from the very first call. After experiencing a truck accident, G&O logged our information and handled all aspects of our tow and claim. They removed all of the stress, handled all of the paperwork, and went above and beyond to have our truck back and on the road in no time flat. We can't thank them enough. Kudo's to Robert over there! The guy is amazing.

I called all upset about the way stimist auto body shop treated me. Chris gave me assurance that they would work on my vehicle and deal with the insurance company. Thats exactly what they did! they did all the leg work and the end result was less than one week of time. Quick reliable and easy. They understand, unlike some people, their customers come first. not the insurance company. I will be referring them for their awesome customer service and great work!And a extra special Thank You to Chris!

They did a great job on my repair, they kept me informed and I am very happy! Got to leave the rental car at the shop, bonus! Great shops are hard to find and this was one of THE BEST auto shop experiences that I have ever had!! Will highly recommend!

I contacted G&O Auto Body after a limb damaged my truck roof and windshield. They were very courteous and completed the work in very short order. In fact, they went above/beyond by offering to drive my truck (which was still drivable) to their shop from my home 15 miles away, saving me the effort of finding transportation back home. A 5!

The towing driver Domingo was awesome.....he was there very quickly and he loaded the explorer within just a few minutes and was very precise to ensure that the vehicle was tied down properly. I feel that Domingo is an asset to your company....I was very pleased with the whole towing experience.
