SIMPLY OUTSTANDING!!FINALLY! Someplace I can take my truck and get honest feedback, honest repair service, and excellent communication with the shop mechanics, lead, or Katie at the front end.The Ford dealerships around here are EXPENSIVE, WORTHLESS, and it takes four months to even get in. TOTALLY unresponmsive to customer needs.Fords Only is about two weeks out. They took my 2021 F-250 when promised, fixed everything at a fair price, and had it back to me when promised.Cannot ask for any better than that!!HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

This place was a pleasant surprise. I was looking for someone knowledgeable to handle the maintenance on my 2002 F-250 with the 6.8l V10. Spoke to Katie on the phone, who was very pleasant and got me booked. Showed up first thing in the morning and Russ got my truck into the service bay at 8am since I was waiting there. The tech gave me back my old spark plugs and coils and they even installed an additional part for me at no charge! Russ took the vehicle for a test drive himself and came back in to talk to me about his experience owning a V10. Everyone here was professional and kind and took the time to answer my questions and concerns. Additionally, truck is running great after replacing all 10 spark plugs and coils! I'll be back for future services needs! I highly recommend them if you own a Ford.

I had a problem with my Explorer while visiting Lake Tahoe that had to be repaired before driving back to Utah. No one in the area would even consider getting me in but Russ at Ford's Only Truck Shop in Placerville went ABOVE AND BEYOND. Not only did he get me in immediately, but he and the staff were awesome!! I can't recommend them highly enough. 10 stars would be more appropriate.Service: Auto windshield repair

all customers beware , their employee have no knowledge at all, one of the guy from that company came to check my truck posted for sale, he tried explain to the buyer that egrs should be deleted on 6.0 powerstroke in California, no knowledge at all ,he even did not know that doing this is illegal in California

Took my mustang in for a very simple computer verification and they were able to get me taken care of and on my way to smog. Great honest people who seem to run a great operation. Glad such an awesome alternative exists so people like us don't have to go to the dealership.

These guys know their stuff. Very straightforward on pricing and what needs to be done. I would definitely recommend them for any work on your ford.

If you own a Ford and live in the foothills this is the place to go. Russ will not be the cheapest shop but the work will be done correctly and on time, for the price quoted. Katie runs the front office and is very knowledgeable. Not just fluff answering the phone. The rest of the staff have gone out of here way to be helpful.

Best mechanic and service I've ever experienced. Russ is very knowledgeable especially with the diesel trucks. I have read a couple of negative comments and want to say I was a masonry contractor for 35 plus years and it's impossible to please everyone. My truck has been to Ford's only several times and I'd never go anywhere else. Russ is a man of his word and always treated me great

II called on short notice to have my alternator repaired. The shop was booked but they said they would work me in the next day if I dropped off that night. Called me about 2pm that day and repair was complete. This shop really knows Ford trucks for sure. Great service. Fords Only is hands down the best mechanics shop I ve taken a vehicle to. Russ is great! They were very reasonable and made sure I knew what was going on throughout the process each time I ve taken a vehicle there. I would recommend them to any Ford owner.

Fords only got my 2021 F350 in there shop for an oil change in a timely manor and also replaced the fuel filter. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly.

My Fusion sounded like the front end was coming apart whenever I went over even small bumps and I spent a lot of money elsewhere with no improvement.At Fords Only, Russ worked carefully through the problem step by step, explaining what he was doing as he went along. I m sure it was difficult and frustrating for him but the noise is gone now and considering all the work he put in, gone at a very reasonable price.Over the years I ve been to many different mechanics in Placerville and mostly happy with all of them, but Fords Only is just way better.

Excellent shop! They went out of their way to accommodate my needs and were very knowledgeable. They finished on time and their rates are very fair. I have three Ford vehicles and this will be the only shop that gets my hard earned dollars. Thanks, see you again.

Great ServiceWe take all our Fords here.We wouldn't trust any one else now that we know about Fords Only. Extremely knowledgeable mechanic. Prices are within reason. Definitely try this business. Highly recommend

Russ, the owner of Ford's only will scam you every chance he gets. Very unprofessional and will give you every excuse under the rug. I would not recommend his shop to anyone. Don't know how he is even still business.

If you have a Ford car or truck this is the place in El Dorado and Sacramento County to bring your vehicle. They put a new fuel pump in our truck and it could have been a variety of things wrong. They fixed it beautifully after diagnosing the actual problem. We are lucky to have Ford's Only close to home!

Very Friendly and Courteous Staff. I needed a key for my Mustang and they ordered it and made it very quickly. Highly recommend and would go back in a heart beat!!! A+

Before my father-in-law's passing he told me he would only take his "Ford"to Ford's only. For repairs and addvice........Russ and his crew are extremely educated on Ford's and go the extra mile to make sure your truck runs like a saw!!!!!!

Extremely helpful knowledgeable professional people my truck broke down 800 miles from home they had the parts and the expertise to help steer me in the right direction to get me and my truck back down the road I wish there was a place like this where I m from thank you guys again I appreciate all your help
