Talented and remarkable. These guys saved me potentially thousands by helping me out with a track arm bracket failing on the axle. As well as my upper front control arms needing to be replaced, they did so without hesitation. Also pointing out specifically what may fail in the future not related to suspension and shocks (a team that went above and beyond their scope of products they offer). In the end, this is the best equipment in the industry to create a very capable off-roading vehicle not only benefiting from commuter driving but also scaling anything offroad. Quality work, quality people, hell of a community, this is what I call hell of a service. bravo zulu.

I had a Lock N Load 4.5" Metalcloak lift installed a couple years ago, the lift is great, the service and installation great as well. Scott and Chris (a team) take great care in what they do. My friend liked what he saw and did the same on his TJ with the same experience.Rick Scribner

I am very pleased with the service and quality of work here! Chris and Scott were awesome and everything was done as discussed and even then some. The price was extremely fair and work was amazing. I had a Metalcloak 3.5 Gamechanger lift and Rare Parts ball joints installed and can t say enough about the level of professionalism and quality I saw when looking it over. I live 1.5 hours away and will make the drive for my Jeep needs from now on without hesitation. Highly recommend!Service: Steering & suspension repair

CloakWorks installed their signature long arm kit with 6pak shocks on my TJ. Scott stayed in touch with me thru the process and suggested moving and/or replacing parts that would affect a clean install. I agreed for them to complete all suggested work and my Jeep has never driven this well before. It rides smooth, tracks straight and looks good. Can't wait to get it off road, where this system will truly shine! Thanks guys:)

CloakWorks has done a fantastic job working on my Jeep. I had them install my purchase from MetalCloak, and I continue to take my Jeep to their shop for repairs and maintenance. Very knowledgeable staff, they know their stuff when it comes to Jeeps.

Overall pretty good. Over the last six months though I've discovered several issues that show lack of attention to detail. I paid good money to have Cloakworks install a Metalcloak Game Changer lift with my own shocks provided. After a couple months driving I have noticed a few issues. First being that the bolts for the lower shock mounts we're installed backwards, which resulted in my $1500 shocks being significantly gouged by the excess length of the bolt. Had they installed the bolt with the head of the bolt facing towards the shock, there wouldn't have been any interference or damage to my shocks. I discovered a similar situation with the bolts to the rear sway bar links. They installed them backwards and were hitting the brake shields on my rear tires. I reversed the bolts so the head was installed towards the brake shields and no issue. Third issue was with the rear shock mounts for my Falcon 3.3 shocks. I specifically requested that they not weld the shock mount to my axle, and only bolt it on so that I had the option to adjust the height of my shock mount in the future. They failed to listen and welded on my rear shock mounts. I can adjust the mounts if I grind the welds, but it will be a bit of work and that's not what I paid them for. Fourth issue was their lack of communication. Was difficult to reach them by phone, and email was hit or miss on the response. For as much money as I dropped in labor costs, I expected much better communication. I have yet to take a really hard look under my Jeep to see what else they screwed up. Based on what I found so far by pure chance, I'm guessing there is more yet undiscovered. They are good for the most part, but seem to have quality control issues. I'd spend your money elsewhere, or be prepared to look your rig over very closely before paying, or if possible just do your own work (not an option in my case).By the way... This review is no reflection on Metalcloak. Metalcloak seems to be great quality. 100% happy with Metalcloak parts and lift. Only disappointed with Cloakworks.
