The store manager was horrible.He looks like he hates his job.He didn't want to help at all.I just needed a car battery.I left the parking lot crying.I hope other store accossiates get a shot at management.He doesn't deserve that title.

The staff is here is friendly and helpful. I've also seen them be very patient with unreasonable customers on more than one occasion, which isn't easy to do.

Was a simple stop for an engine additive so I didn't need any assistance. I have mostly found the employees helpful and courteous whenever there but sometimes the wait for service is longer than I appreciate. Hence the 4 stars instead of 5, but I have always found their parts of good quality, warranties are usually pretty generous and prices are competitive.

My wife's car had a dead battery, I called the store and asked if she drove there immediately would they be able to sell her one AND install it for her. They said yes. I jump started the car and she was at the store in less than 15 minutes. She went in to purchase the battery and they said there is no one to help her install it. What? I literally just called 15 minutes ago and they said they could! If you don't have the staff to help, that's fine, I get it, however, don't lie to me and say you do, when you don't, that's the frustrating part. She had turned the car off, thinking they would be able to help (since they said they would), so now she had to get it jump started again and go elsewhere. On top of all that, they were not apologetic about it, in fact, they were quite rude! Take your business elsewhere.

Kinda the same as the other joints of the same business model. This is kinda the problem with all of these companies. Same business model = exact same products across the board. I Hate Amazon, much rather go into one of these many automotive "quickie marts" to get the product I want in hand now. But they all sell the same items for a 2-5 penny difference in price. Meguiars (trash), Turtle Wax (but none carry the good high end TW products), Mothers, Armoral, and more Meguiars (garbage)So ebay and only ebay it is. BOYCOT AMAZON

Noah! You are a great employee. We came in today and had some concerns about our car, not only did you have excellent customer service you had knowledge about how to fix it. We were stressed about a check engine light and you were patient and helped my husband to understand the problem. You Rock!! Thank you again for your help! Your kindness didn't go un noticed.

Staff here rude . Somehow couldnt find my order on their computer that the staff at cameron park staff found in 15 seconds . Seemed put out by me even ASKING them to look it up when my part I ordered failed 2 months later. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! go to a different location if at all possible . No phone manners and always slow when I HAVE gone into store . Only good thing about them is they are open late.

Very appreciative for the crew (especially Cheyenne!) working at the AutoZone in Placerville who helped me when I was having engine misfiring issues on a road trip. Performing the fix finder check was incredibly helpful and I was walked through a couple options and staff even looked up other options through other retailers to set me up with the best option for my situation. The friendly, resourceful, and knowledgeable staff helped get me back on the road stress free.

I ordered the parts for my friend's car 8 times, and they never ordered them. STILL WAITING! On top of that, several years ago, while I was in there, some incompetent tool told me it doesn't matter if I mixed different weight oils inside my engine. This place is like the Walmart of auto parts, or worse, the Domino's of pizza. I highly recommend that you shop at Napa or Riebes instead. If I could zero stars I would.

Great store Great counter people Almost always have what I'm looking for and otherwise they have great resources for a quick delivery. The manager Julie is really a fine leader. She runs a happy productive ship.

Great place, HUGE compared to the others I've seen in NorCal. Very friendly and extremely helpful people that work there. Cleanest auto parts store I've ever seen. The layout makes sense and isn't confusing at all. The only downside, not their fault at all, kind of difficult to get to because of the parking lot layout. Definitely go here if you need anything!

The staff is always super helpful, esp and older gentleman who works there. I wish I could remember his name, I love going there and I'll wait until he's bc he's just so nice and always has a smile

Great help. I don t remember the name of the gentleman that helped me, but he was a fantastic help. They bit only helped me find replacement wiper blades for my car, but also helped me take the old ones off and put the new ones off. 11/10 customer service!

I buy all my parts here at the store wholesale counter Inga and Cheyenne due to being a business, AND all the staff there are awesome.

Went to my local AutoZone to purchase some windshield wipers a very nice young gentleman helped me find the wipers and installed them in the rain what a great kid.

Decent Car Parts Store in Placerville. Prices are about as good as you can find for minor part replacement. Wearing masks and pretty clean. My only complaint was that the gal, who was store manager was a little rude, especially to the guy working under her.

Customer service is top notch. Never had a problem at this store. People here know Toyota's too.All my parts are lifetime and I never have an issue getting replacement parts.

Wow! Cheyenne referred me to a competitor! I always shop here first, and I thought it was good of her to do that. They didn't have the part, so good on them for the referral! I needed a bendix kit, which are rare these days.

This is the worst auto parts store that I have ever been to. The men talk down to you, when their the ones that know absolutely nothing. The women employees are very nice and helpful. The men won't even go out to your car to see if your brake lights are working when asked. I will not be spending my money at this store again.

I totaled my BMW after buying a new battery for 214 bucks. Full refund just less than a week after purchase. Life saver for sure. The staff was very helpful during my visit.

Usually this is my go to store. I needed a door handle and was told it would be in that night. I called and was told not in and had already gotten last delivery of the day. Next day I call late afternoon was on hold for almost an hour got in car was 2 minutes from store when I was told no handle and didn't see where it was ordered.

Worst customer service ever called and said I needed a key fob right before closing and he said he had to close he can't stay open. So I floored it there make it a min before they close and the employee I talked to literally runs to the door and locks it before I could open it. Mind you they now closed at 8.59 1 min early. I thought Auto zone was customer based? I guess not anymore. Who no exaggeration RUNS to lock out a paying customer.fun fact those 2 guys were out in their cars by 9.08 before I was even done writing this in their cars laughing at me going home. Now I don't know about u but it takes me a lot longer to close up shop or even just close the till than 8 min... auto zone you might want to hire better or you will be losing all your customers not just one.

The AutoZone saved me today I got my parts the gentleman behind the counter help me put them on and I didn't end up having to get my truck towed to a mechanic I'll never go to any other Auto Supply besides the AutoZone now he helped me so much a very good gentleman Christian is his name on Missouri Flat Road Placerville California

The staff are always helpful and polite. The prices are much higher than you can find on the internet but if you need a part immediately they are a solid choice. Their return and warrantee programs are nice as well.
