Absolute Auto Glass is the BEST!!!! They take such great care of us and all of our glass needs! From chip repair to new glass and amazing tent, they really are incredible! We have had so much work done from them and it is always perfect, they go above and beyond to accommodate and are reliable and kind! I highly recommend them!!!!

The receptionist was very friendly, she knew the answers to all my questions. When I asked to get two of my vehicles windshields replaced and the camera system recalibrated. They got me in quick and got both vehicles done within a few hours. I highly recommend these folks. Absolute Glass is a great place to get your windshield replaced or repaired. They replaced min on my 2012 Toyota Tundra and they they did it perfectly. I would recommend them highly.

My wife needed a new windshield in our suburban, price was reasonable and install was fast. less than 5 days later another car kicked up a rock and put a small chip in the windshield, the new chip happened to be small enough where they did a complimentary fix. Absolute Auto Glass really cares about their customers.Tuesday morning I unfortunately locked my phone, keys, and 1 year old in the car. With no other options, we had to break the window open quickly. The owner of Absolute Auto Glass heard what happened, called me, and fixed our window the very next morning. A repair like this would usually be such a large cost, but they helped us out tremendously financially and I am so thankful for their kindness and true care. They made the stress of the situation so much easier for me. Thank you so much for taking care of us!

Just got my windshield replaced at Absolute Auto Glass and I am so happy with their service! Got me in and out in a timely manner, and it was an overall wonderful experience from making an appointment to paying the bill. These guys are the best. Friendly, courteous. Their fees are competitive and less than that big national chain. I ve used their services on several of my vehicles and have had no problems. Great customer service, very friendly and professional. They were able to come to were my truck was same day and even had the exact windshield I wanted. Also called about getting a vinyl put on and they were very backed up but without hesitation they referred me to another company. That shows they care about their customers

Absolute Autoglass is El Dorado County's finest glass repair shop! I called Shon for a last-minute chip repair, and he got me in right away. His staff is always super friendly and very accommodating. Anyone that knows me knows that I'm very particular about my car. I only want THE ABSOLUTE BEST and that why I always come here. I want to give a super HUGE thank you to the Absolute Autoglass team! Shon from Absolute Auto Glass went above and beyond. I had my car towed to his shop with 2 broken windows , 2 blown tires and needing 2 new rims, just expecting the glass to be fixed. He had everything taken care of and had me back on the road in less than 2 days. He kept me informed every step of the way. The customer service is the best I have ever seen in any local business. He has done work on all my family and friends vehicles and nothing but exceptional work and customer service everytime! I would highly recommend him to everyone I know! I've had to replace two windshields (different cars) in the past three months. Went to these guys both times and they were excellent. Even offered me coupons on the service that I would not otherwise have known about. Fast, friendly and reliable. Living in the mountains and driving in the snow go hand in hand. Unfortunately so are chipped windshields and cracks that result from them due to sand on the roads from ice and snow removal. I'm very stubborn and hate getting a new windshield because it's just going to get cracked again. Well one warm, sunny Spring day my 5 windshield chips joined together to create three crazy cracks that came together right in front of my face blinding me with sun reflections no matter which direction I was driving. After about three weeks I couldn't take it anymore, and my best friend recommended Absolute auto glass, a local, family owned and operated glass shop with a crazy convenient location, smack dab in the middle of Placerville, right off Highway 50. I had a wonderful experience and fast forward they have now replaced 5 windshields of mine. Not in the same vehicle, thank goodness, but several different. They replaced my windshield in my daily driver, a work truck, my 92 Toyota, my lifted Excursion, and even my husband's 66 mustang.I now will take everything I own here forever. So happy to have a local, reliable glass shop to bring all my messed up glass problems.

Great customer service. Got me in on short notice and since my rear window didn't come with privacy tint they tinted it themselves at no extra charge definitely recommend.

I have only gone to Absolute Auto Glass for years. They have always treated us great! I had recently gone in to check to see if my windshield was leaking and they trouble shot everything and found that it was the back brake light assembly that was letting water in. They have always been so great and I HIGHLY recommend going to them for Windshield anything :)Service: Auto windshield leak repair

Wow. What can I say . First off all the staff are great . Set up a appointment to have front window replaced and have windows tinted. Got in the next day. All was done very professionally and done right . I will always use them. .Totally recommend them. . I would give 10 stars . Great service!Owner was very laid back and helpful about helping me decide on a tint for my car. They had my car done in 3 hours which I was really happy with. Just a bit more expensive than others when I called around but lifetime warranty and great results are worth it. I ll recommend them to everyone I know.

ABSOLUTE best service! Everyone is so friendly and understanding. They got everything done on time, everything looks great. They even offered me a water. They are right off highway 50, I couldn t believe how beautiful and clean the shop and office are , and how nice the whole staff was . They deserve more than five stars honestly. Absolutely the best all around! I had 3 windshields that needed replaced and a crazy schedule to work around. Shon and his crew worked around me and made it seamless to get them done. I have gone here for many years and will continue to do so! Always a great experience from the time I get there til the time I leave. Awesome service. We were traveling in our class A motor home when we noticed our windshield separating from the gasket. So thankful we found this place. I gave them a call and Shawn got us in first thing the next morning. He was up front and honest. He fixed up what needed to be done. It needed to sit to cure, Shawn knew we where traveling and offered us to boondock on his lot while we waiting for the window to set. Very thankful for his hospitality. Highly recommended.
