This was our first time using this service garage and it all went seamlessly. Showed up on the morning, they gave me an estimate, provided transportation back to my house. Early afternoon I got a call, service was complete, asked if I would like a ride back. Eric and Travis at the front counter were both friendly and engaging. Shop appeared clean and well run. Will continue bringing my car here!

I was referred to Yorba Linda Auto by my daughter after my regular mechanic was too busy and doesn't make appointments. I'm glad I switched, and I found my new all, repair service for my vehicle! They were honest, reliable, and even drove me home, then picked me up when my car was ready. Nice guys to deal with as well.

I told them I thought I needed a complete brake job. They could have easily done a complete brake job and charged me hundreds of dollars. They told me my brakes were fine! Al I had to pay was the $94 inspection fee! It's great when you catch a car mechanic being honest!

Guys Night and Day! There s a huge demarcation between what I drop at Yorba Linda Auto Service to what I got back. You guys don t have to second guess an auto shop with these guys. They keep up to date with messages and pictures.

I was having a problem with smog on my diesel truck. After numerous calls all over town, Yorba Linda Auto was happy to schedule me in for diagnostic testing, which even the two local Ford dealerships wouldn't do! Travis, Dan, and their crew run an awesome shop, from the amazing digital communications with updates, to the phone calls, and even the awesome shuttle service, they delivered on all fronts. I have found my new home shop. Thanks guys!!

Yorba Linda Auto did a post purchase comprehensive inspection of my older car. They corrected minor issues, back brakes, checked fluids and lights and ensured the safety of my car. The price was reasonable and was done with courtesy and professionalism. They also will drive you home and pick you up. I m very satisfied with their service and will use them again.

Went to another place to ask the price for an oil change and they tried to tell me 80 dollars which I knew was ridiculous for my kind of car. My coworkers recommended Yorba Linda Auto Service. They gave me a fair price and checked everything else as well, even taking pictures and explaining clearly about other recommendations for my car that needed to be fixed and being honest in telling me which were priorities and which I could wait on. I was referred to Yorba Linda Auto by some good friends of mine that I trust. It s not the closest shop to where I live, but I value good quality service/recommendations enough to take that drive. We bought a used car (4yrs old) and wanted to get it completely checked out. They were so thorough in their inspection, down to things I didn t even think about. They included pictures, descriptions, risk levels, explained everything to me, and answered ALL of my questions. I felt so well taken care of and confident in the inspection process. I will definitely be back when we need work done for both of our cars now.

So professional. Competent and communicative. Was able to have a variety of problems fixed here all in one stop! Motor mount, brakes, oil pressure issue, radiator hose. Super friendly. Took photos of every issue too. Free ride to work too. GREAT family owned business. They made the whole process easy, smooth, and transparent.

This place is a very great environment. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Their prices are Very affordable. The work that they execute is phenomenal. They will find the problem and fix your vehicle in no time. Travis was extremely great to me. I have had terrible mechanics take advantage of me before, but Travis and his team made sure that I was in the right hands and I was. If you need anything serviced on your car I would highly recommend you ditching your current mechanic and coming over here because the service is immaculate. They do not over charge one cent and they make you feel comfortable at the same time. I 10/10 recommend Yorba linda auto service!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Battery

I have been a loyal customer for years. The staff is super friendly and professional. I made a couple of reservations and they had to be changed due to the technicians schedule and later mine. The communications were always clear, courteous and easy. The smog check was done done in less than 20 minutes and the price was fair. There is a discount if you are a AAA member. Highly recommended!

I had a great experience! They were Very professional and friendly. I dropped my car off in the morning and they gave me ride back to my work . Saved me from having to order an Uber . I was a little worried to get my car serviced since it s been awhile and I was overdue for everything. There was no shaming or guilt trips given either so I felt very comfortable. After my car was serviced they offered to pick me up from work and bring me back to their shop to get my car. I received an electronic report card (one less paper to lose) of how my car was running as well as suggestions/ recommendations for any repairs or services needed. Unlike other experiences I ve had elsewhere, there was absolutely no pressure to have more services done to my car than what I originally came in for. Which was a first for me . Not to mention the price was great and got much more than I paid for . I highly recommend Yorba Linda Auto service and will definitely be back . So if your looking for an honest , affordable mechanic that you can trust, then this is the place to bring your cars .
