Had to bring my car back twice. They didn t instal my horn after replace front end components. I went under there after to replace my radiator and to double check myself the quality of work. Only to find loose bolts and unusual drilling.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I Received very Professional and courteous service from the Great Folks at Service King. They called me to provide updates on my jeep and worked quickly with my insurance company (USAA) to get me back in my Jeep as soon as possible. They also coordinated with Enterprise located just down the road from them to get me in a rental car. And, perhaps most importantly, there was no sign of the dent an scratches I had when I dropped off my Jeep for repairs. The work was flawless and gave me back the pride I feel when I drive my Jeep. They have my highest endorsement and they made a lifelong customer out of me!

I m very pleased with the overall experience I had with Crash Champions in Placentia. From start to finish, everyone there was extremely helpful and courteous. I was warmly greeted by Elizabeth at the front desk. Then, David introduced himself and walked me through the entire process. He checked in and updated me on the progress of the repair. I was pleasantly surprised when I got a call from David who informed me that the repair was finished earlier than promised. When I arrived at the shop, my car looked exceptional! You wouldn t even know that there was ever damage to it. Thank you so much!

I recently got my car repaired here and they did an awesome job !! Also, everyone Icommunicated with was courteous and friendly. A special thanks to Kyle for going above & beyond ensuring I was informed of how the repairs were going and when my car would be ready for pick up. Also, the drop off and pick up went smoothly. Service Kings has done a excellent job repairing damages on my car. My car looks 110% better than before the damages existed. Kyle has been a great help! He kept in contact, every step of the way. Everyday of the repairing there was progress. Most shops have cars sitting around waiting for parts. Not here at Service Kings. Kyle made sure I was never left out of the loop. Had a accident and I filed a claim with my insurance, I honestly thought it was going to be a long process, but My insurance called me a day later after my claim to have Service king pick up my car and take it to their shop since my car wasn t drivable. The check in process did take a few days, but Service King called me to verify that my car was checked in and were beginning the process of fixing my car (My front bumper was heavily damaged along with my left headlight was completely gone). After the check in they called me to let me know they had ordered al the brand new parts and that they were installed already which I thought was quick, and that my car was in the painting process. That same day I get a call back saying my car was ready!!! Which was awesome I was stoked I had my car back finally!!! And they did an amazing job everything was perfect, could tell no flaws at all. Overall my car was gone for approximately a week and a Half. I definitely recommend Service King for sure!!!! Thanks again Guys

Service King was amazing and I absolutely loved working with them. They have made this process of repairing my car easy and painless. I enjoyed receiving the texts with updates as they occurred. Made me feel confident that my car was being taken care of. I couldn t imagine going anywhere else. I would HIGHLY recommend them.

Service King s really surpassed my expectations. My experience in the repair of my car was far better than with any other companies i have had the misfortune to deal with in the past. Juan was my case manager and his communication and attentiveness to my situation was top notch. After a headache of an accident and knowing that I then had to deal with insurance companies and repair shops it quickly dissipated after he made first contact and assured me he would handle the situation as if it was his own or better. I was kept in the loop as to the repairs made the parts needed and the timelines promised were Maintained and updated daily. Needless to say the end result was nothing less than promised. My vehicle came out as of it had just rolled out of the dealership like nothing had ever happened to it. I would definitely recommend Juan and his team who all put the hard work in to get me my car back quickly and looking like new. I can t really comment on the quality of their work because I only came in for an estimate. Their customer service is amazing! The receptionist is very nice, polite, professional yet still very personable and a pleasure dealing with. The inspector that came out was very knowledgeable! He answered all my questions and not just about my car but he went out of his way to answer questions and explain how the process goes, what to expect and what to do from here. I left feeling less stressed because I was more informed to the steps of dealing with the other cars insurance and complying with everything! I m new to the state and I was hit on the highway. I highly recommend this shop!

My car accident took place on May 29, 2020 and I had an appointment to take my car in on the following Monday. The service reps were very service oriented. They arranged with Enterprise for me to be picked up and taken to its location and when my car was ready, I simply left the rental at Service King.I was kept apprised as to the progress of the repair process and it was completed several days prior to the estimated completion date. I do not believe that the process could have gone any smoother than it did in my case.

My contact (Juan) was informative, friendly, professional & stayed in regular contact with me via update texts & calls. SK performed collision damage repairs, my car looks like new again. I took a rock in the hood and windshield of my new car. Service King in Placentia did an excellent job of fixing the dent and matching my red metallic paint on my vehicle and returned it to pristine condition. Great Customer Service and kept me updated on their progress.

Service King has fixed my car after an unfortunate 3 accidents but fortunately for me I went with The service King and my car was returned to me like brand new. They even washed it! This would be our second Yelp review on this company. The only way they responded to my husband was by him yelping and here we are again. We're in April 2019 and my car was brought in January 2019. As soon as we got it back we reported an issue which they wouldn't repair on my mirror. We had it fixed and paid out of pocket instead of through the insurance. Now about 3 and a half months later the bumper that they changed is coming apart of the left and right side. We called 4 days ago and was told Frankie would call us back (person who worked on my car) and still no call back. To top it off there is a squeeze come from the back of my car which was never there before. Hopefully this help review will prompt them to call. Otherwise the better Business bureau is my next step.

Took my car in 3 days ago due to a collision, Juan estimated it would take roughly a week to two weeks due to the co vid circumstances (shortage in shipments) . Juan was very professional. Juan worked magic and was able to get my car done within 2 days. I am very happy with the outcome of my car and the service that I received at Service King Collision Placentia. 10/10

Repairs made by Service King after I was involved in a minor accident. Very happy with their service and professionalism. Delays in repairs due to issues with other parties insurance but Service King kept in constant contact with me throughout the process and did everything they could to get things expedited. Service King is a preferred collision repair center by All State. The staff was awesome , informative and they were always updating me on the status of my vehicle . The work completed tells the true story, this is a true professional repair collision center . Would highly recommend them !

Cherokee was rear ended and pushed into a car in front. Front and rear damage to the Jeep. Took it to Service King and it came back looking like a brand new car. The worst facility on the planet let me take it a little further in the universe do not go there under any circumstances they are very incompetent they use mobile mechanics on your vehicles management moved around very little experience in customer service we had to move our vehicle after being there for a long. Of time to a reputable shop that was State Farm approved mind you Service King also is State Farm approved but technically it is an independent facility I was told.

Everyone is very nice with the exception of Cory. I had to repeat myself over and over again. I ended up doing the leg work with my insurance company even though I was given one reference number for both the repairs and car rental. I later was assigned Frankie and he has been Wonderful. The Receptionist was also very nice and understanding from the moment I walked into the office.

I must say that Service King made me feel like royalty. From the mintue I came in Sam made me feel very comfortable to the point I knew my car was in good hands. I can't believe the heart he put in to my car. Thank you Sam for keeping your word you are the best.

Really unprofessional work status.At June, I drop my car under F. Insurance and they fixed (replaced) my car's passenger door under normal processing time (2.5 weeks)After 1 week later, window molding (bottom area) was lifted because inside holder was broken (they installed wrong way) and back side of door molding made gap because they didn't put enough glue/holder. So, I have to drop it again. Even, this time, I have to visit & call 2-3 times.1 Month later, I found out they miss rubber band ( to protect door open/close). So, I asked them to put it back and they said they got order / need to wait 2-3 days to get part. But, they didn't call me back.So, 1 week later, I call them again and hear about they don't have a record.....What is going on here ?????I am really disappointed about their service quality & professional work. I will definitely not recommend this place to anyone.

So my daughter's car went there (21st Insurance uses all of their locations) she was told on a Tuesday it could be done Friday but most likely Monday. Monday afternoon she calls and is told it would be done by the end of the day. Nope! It's being painted. Tuesday morning she calls again and now it hasn't even gone to get painted yet. She's then told it'll be done Tuesday afternoon. Nope again! Tuesday afternoon they tell her it'll be done between 2-3 Wednesday. I called Wednesday afternoon and Mario said since he was off a couple of days no one picked up his workload. That's ridiculous! It's 5:45pm on Wednesday and she still doesn't have it back. For all the inconvenience they polished the passenger side headlight to match the new one on the driver's side. They also washed it and offered a rental....to a 21 year old.I'm not happy!

Wonderful service, great communication. They also honor their warranties, as they easily replaced a foglight cover that fell off from one of their repairs for free, no questions asked. Be prepared, they only accept payments by cards. Highly recommended for drivers in the OC insured by AllState

Hugo is a superstar when it comes to customer service! I came for an estimate and he said it could be fixed in 20 minutes. It turned out beautifully. Instead of leaving work twice, once for the estimate and and again for the service appointment, I only missed an hour of work and was done with the whole thing in less than an hour.
