I have a 2022 Harley Road Glide Special 131 big bore kit recently built and tuned by another shop but the tune bellow 3k RPMs was terrible, could barely idle. Called Mickey for a tune, super knowledgeable, he diagnosed the issue over the phone! Very professional and scheduled me in ASAP.Mickey tightened up some other odds and ends on the bike, fit and finish is great. Immediately upon start it idles flawlessly and pulls great off the line through the entire rev range. I m ecstatic, the bike sounds amazing and is giving me all the confidence to push it to Louisiana next week.Customer service was great. Definitely bringing the bike to Mickey for all future needs.

Called, spoke with Mickey and just dropped off my 2022 RGST for a tune. I ll update once I pick her up but Mickey was nothing but professional and friendly. So far a fantastic experience.It s the day after and just picked her up. I didn t go over my bike with fine tooth comb but she looked like she did when I dropped her off, other than the evidence that she had been tooled on. That s ok I didn t drop her off to be detailed.Mickey was as friendly and professional as he was the day before. The bike ran silky smooth on the way home and best of all that nasty chemical odor was mostly gone. So glad I did this and will recommend his shop to anyone looking for a tune.Thanks again Mickey

Horrible and very unprofessional experience.Got an aluminum intake, cam, and Dyno tune done on my Harley. Went back a few weeks later for a new gas tank and riser install. I was misquoted on the New Tank and riser install. I called Mickey on the phone to get on the same page and was yelled at and cussed at because I was misquoted. Mickey would not take any responsibility and was claiming i just wanted him to loose money. Mickey is very unprofessional, and when I brought up the two bolts, I found loose with no thread lock on the intake; Mickey said I was chewing him out because bolts were loose. I tried to talk with Mickey very calmly, but it's his way or now way. He had no concern that someone was doing insufficient work on the bike, let alone these bolts on the intake are very important. I had to leave my bike overnight because they did not order all the parts needed and wanted to charge me for the parts they had to buy, which I was already quoted for. Mickey gave me a quote and changed it on me in the end. He was extremely upset and threatened to put my bike back the way it was when it came in and leave my bike outside. He is very disrespectful and unprofessional. I got my bike back home and noticed the screw to hold my seat on was loose, and the seat was not even installed properly. I took the air filter and housing off and found that a third bolt was loose with no thread lock for the intake. The Arlen Ness name plate fell off while riding. I strongly advise you to go to another shop. Mickey tries to intimidate with his yelling and cursing. With the work I had done, there was no thread lock used on multiple screws, the seat not on correctly, the air filter gasket to the back plate that mounts to intake manifold was not on correctly. The gasket to the back air filter plate has a notch where it meets up to the intake. Horrible customer service and strong lack of detail. You will end up paying more if you go here because you will have to get your bike checked out again from the work that was done.

On two separate occasions my adult son and I have taken two different motorcycles to Mickey Cohen Motorsports for repairs and service on a Triumph Street Triple and a Honda Valkyrie. Both bikes needed a fair amount of careful attention. Mickey's advice, knowledge and workmanship was excellent; and his pricing is fair and reasonable. There were no surprises, disappointments or monkey business, and Mickey delivered quality workmanship on everything that he said he would do. "Top Self" all the way.Thank you Mickey and Team.

Absolutely amazing job from Mickey s team. Got a quick response + quote for a tune, brought my bike in and it was ready for pickup in no time. So easy. It feels like a whole nother machine throttle feels like butter compared to what I had before. Can t describe how happy I was riding it home. I will definitely be back for maintenance I m convinced it s worth the 1hr drive. Thank you Mickey & team for your incredible work!

Mickey Cohen is the best of the best a true professional. I will only take my motorcycles to this shop moving forward.Here is the story I had TWO motorcycle shops try to upgrade & tune my 2021 Lowrider S. I went to HARLEY DAVIDSON, it took them 4 WEEKS they destroyed my cam chest & couldn t tune my bike. I went to another private shop again he spent days trying to tune my motorcycle and COULD NOT DO IT. My bike rode horribly and I was very upset as I had spent thousands to ride a motorcycle that didn t respond to the throttle and then I found Mickey.Mickey assured me he knew what the issue was and he guaranteed he could fix it. He sounded very confident on the phone and even more so in person. This guy has been working on bikes for 37 years, he explained the issue and told me it ll only take a him about two hours. Sure enough after two hours, my bike was ready. The tune is amazing, my bike has immediate response time and SO MUCH MORE POWER. It s like a brand new bike. I am blown away by the professionalism and quality of this shop. Mickey is the best of the best y all .trust me when I say that this is the guy you want working on your bikes. Took my Harley 2019 Road Glide Special in to Mickey for a Cam kit upgrade, new air cleaner, new exhaust, new tuner, and a dynotune. First off, the total price was lower than I expected. He walked me through every step of my upgrade, was honest to the T about what I needed or didn't need, and the time it took to complete was quicker than his estimate. Once I fired the bike up I probably smiled for an hour straight. It sounds incredible and runs better than it ever has. Mickey is professional, honest, and informative. If I could rate his business higher I would! If you have a bike and need work done take it to Mickey. You will leave as a happy customer!Service: Engine repair

Can t say enough good things about Mickey and his team. I was referred to him by a buddy after being burned by another shop on a performance build. I had Mickey do some engine upgrades to my new 22 Road Glide. He actually talked me out of doing some of the things I wanted done because it wasn t worth the extra money. Who does this when he was going to make more money off me? Mickey does! He s honest and knows his stuff. Got my bike in quick, did all the work and got it back to me fast. For a guy that has so much equipment, this guy has no people skills whatsoever. And he doesn t educate anyone as to the services he provides. He butchered the Thundermax tuner on my bike and it still doesn t run right and charged me several thousand dollars and I didn t even get a Dino report. He sent me a screenshot of his Dino machine. I had no idea if it was my motorcycle. He was tuning or not.

Took my Bonneville to Mickey and their team did a great job from beginning to end! Did a full service and got new tires both of which were done quickly and at a reasonable price. I taken two bikes to get tuned by Mickey, and I m never disappointed. First one was a 2012 gsxr 1000 and the second was a 2021 Ktm 690 smcr. Bikes always come out with more power. But what sets them apart is the overall better ride ability and perfect tuning. I plan to take all future bikes to him and I am highly recommending him to my buddies. He can make anything you, make more power with the benefit of running better. Thanks again bro.

Not long after purchasing a used 2015 Indian Scout, I decided to swap out the entire exhaust system as part of a number of changes I was making to the feel of the bike. After installing it I knew I would need a new fuel computer as well. I took my bike to Mickey's place and asked what they could do. He suggested putting in a Power Commander, naturally. I agreed. The price of the Commander and the service of installing and tuning it was a bit high, but the work was thorough and professional. After installing that and tuning it for a couple days, he returned my bike. A while later, I had a problem where one cylinder would shut down if I reached a certain RPM in first gear. I took it back again and had Mickey look into it. He was open about sharing the error codes that were coming up and tossing around ideas as to the cause. In the end, simply adjusting the fuel map on the Commander fixed the problem. Since he was the last one to tune it, there was no charge for the additional adjustment or the services involved in checking it. Overall, Mick's shop has been dependable for me. He is great at keeping up communications and being clear about what is going on and what he intends to do next. He is great at working with the customer on potential solutions and explaining the pros and cons. The quality of the work done on my bike speaks for itself. I've had no problems since the final adjustment and my Scout is running like a dream. Looking forward to using Mick's shop again if I run into any major trouble.

Ill get right to the point. THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE TO GO if you want your SXS repaired/modified right. Mickey and his crew are the only ones in the area that actually care. They love what they do and it shows. DO NOT make the mistake i did and take it to Berts or Del Amo Motorsports!! They do not care about your ride! Micky Does. Bought my CAN AM new from Berts including upgrades for $70k and it never ran right! Issue upon issue for the last year. Dropped it off with Micky right before Thanksgiving 2020 and i can tell you it runs better than it ever has not a single issue. He even fixed all the nonsense issues that Berts and Del Amo had created.I only wish i had found MC Motorsports sooner. Would have saved me a lot of $$$ and headaches!*This is only the 2nd review i have done for anyone on google business reviews EVER! But the SXS runs that good i needed to let other people know theres a place to go and thats MC Motorsports

Thank you Mickey, for not only seeing me on such short notice prior to the Thanksgiving weekend but, for fixing and tuning my SxS.Mickeys expertises and knowledge made it possible for me to gain over 45 horsepower. Mickey is the man! After doing a bunch of research trying to find someone reputable to tune my 2016 Indian Chief Dark Horse, I was referred to Mickey and he did not disappoint. Speaking with him it became clear that he was very knowledgeable and proud of his work, so when I dropped off my bike I left feeling like it was in good hands. The result is my bike now runs like a champ! He even called a couple days later just to check on how the bike was running. He will be my guy going forward and I highly recommend him.

If your looking for a full service professional company to handle anything you need from oil changes to a full rebuild look no further this is your place. Brought in 3 bikes Got them done by the next day, 2 weeks after took the bikes riding out in Glamis sand dunes, they run great, super smooth and can really feel that throttle response, If I get a new bike ill for sure take it back here.

Mickey is the man . Recently did a cam conversion to my 19 lowrider but after a few rides it was really obvious I needed a proper tune . After some searching I found Mickey Cohen Motorsports and was very happy I did . The Dyno tuning he provided woke my bike up , I had a big smile riding this thing back home . Definitely call and talk to Mickey about what you need! I'm was new to the scene of motorcycle and did some shopping around. Luckily I was able to find Mickey. Gave him a call and dropped the bike off right away. He ordered me what I needed and the service was amazing. He was very responsive with my questions. The picking up the bike was like opening a present. My experience was great. ON PAR PRICING.

Knowledge. Experience. Customer Service. Personality and "I Care" Attitude. These are what I found at Mickey Cohen Motorsports recently when I took my Triump Thunderbird 1600 in for its 24k service. Not only was this the "big one" on service but also a test if he would be the one to finally get this bike properly tuned after many attempts by others. I landed a Royal Flush bringing my bike here and because of him and his team I have a promising future with my Thunderbird. Mickey, you d'man. Thank you so very much!!! Looking forward to bringing you my Guzzi next. But for now me and my trusting companion are back on the road ready for more adventures and memories!

From dyno tuning to regular maintenance, Mickey's has been my go to motorcycle shop for years. Recently brought my R6 in for an oil change, inspection and to gain some insight on a few parts. Has to be by far the best dyno guy in the state hands down. My mechanic did some upgrades on my 2017 Street Glide and the tune he put in it was trash. I hadn't riden it for sometime as I have others to chose from and decided to sale it to my brother. Of course I needed to fix the tune and called Mickey late on a Monday evening and left a voice mail. The following morning he called me back and said he had 10 bikes to do but could fit me in the following day. My bike has never ran better frankly I think it runs better then it did stock. I now have a new mechanic! (Update 10/20/22) Had Mickey put some real power in it, well dawn near doubling my horse power and definitely doubling the toque! Hands down great service! Amazing results!!!

I have been dealing with Mickey Cohen for the past year which started with my purchase of a 2012 Harley Davidson Heritage Softail Classic. Mickey and Kyle did a complete service on the motorcycle after I purchased it. Mickey along with his chief repairman, Kyle, seem very knowledgeable of Harley Davidson's and were great to work with and getting my service done.When I picked up the Harley - we had a good conversation about the possibility of upgrading the exhaust system and air cleaner to maximize the performance and also produce a little better sound-more like a Harley should sound!So, here we are 11 months later and after a couple of discussions with Mickey, I decided to stop talking about it and upgrade the exhaust to a Bassani two into one system based on his recommendation and his relationship with Bassani, a new 2016 Harley air cleaner and the power commander five fuel management system.Mickey and Kyle installed the new equipment and Mickey mapped the Harley on his dyno and finished it all in one day as promised.Upon arriving to pick up my Harley I was totally impressed with the new look and anxious to ride and hear the new sound which turned out to be just what I had hoped for. Not too obnoxious - just a good mellow Harley sound. Also very notable was the throttle response and performance of that Harley 103 cubic inch motor.I highly recommend Mickey Cohen's shop for repair of any motorcycle and plan to continue to utilize his services for as long as I am riding.A big THANKS to Mickey and Kyle for superior service and support and being great guys to work with as well.Gary A in Yorba Linda, CA

NEVER USE THIS SHOP! Mickey Cohen charged upwards of $2k to tune my bike, drain, and clean out gas tank, etc. Picked up bike, ride 5 miles, won't stay running. Mickey says bring it down, we'll check it out. Left it with him 3 weeks.never touched it..Upon picking it up to TAKE to another shop, mickey says let's start it. He starts it with 5 seconds warm up, revs it to red line 3 times, turns it off, and says you need another fuel pump.5 miles on this pump. He never drained gas tank, , or cleaned it out, so more debris sent thru injection, etc. NECER USE THIS SHOP AGAIN.Service: Engine repair

Called and asked about a Flash and Tune and Mickey was super passionate about my bike and all the experience he had with tuning that specific bike. I was convinced right away he was the right guy for the job.He finished the work in the time promised and the performance was on point. He talked me through the whole process and gave me some great recommendations and tips on my project and I couldn't be happier.
