I called to set up an appointment to bring my car into the location for brake replacement and to check on a tailgate recall. I was told I could bring it in right away. Once at the dealership, I was told I wouldn t be able to get a rental car because the job would not take more then 1 day to complete. I was told by the service technician Lidia that I would receive a phone call if the job would not be completed that day. At 4pm, I still did not hear from the dealership and called and left a voicemail. I received a call back at approximately 4:30 and was told my car wouldn t be done and there was still 3 cars in front of mine. Again there was no offer of a rental but I was told I would receive a call in the morning letting me know when my car would be done. The next day I did not receive a call and called the location at noon. I was told once again there were still 3 cars in front of mine and they were busy. Lidia told me she would call the dispatcher and call me right back to give me an estimated time of completion. After 2 hours I still did not get a call and called back and left a voicemail. I got a callback and was told there were still 3 cars in front of mine. I asked them to remove my vehicle and I would pick it up and take my business elsewhere. I was told by Lidia that was my right and she would pull my car. I arrived at the location and requested my vehicle. There was no apology or further explanation when I arrived at the business. I ultimately took my vehicle elsewhere and the job was completed in a few hours for 25 percent less then I was quoted at Ford.Service: Auto brake replacement

The vehicle seems to be operating better so far, however, when I picked it up the service writer told me it only took 2.5 hours to replace the spark plugs, but he wouldn t change the invoice that billed me for 3.5 hours. That feels fraudulent to me. Also, I asked them to do a road test to make sure the vehicle was fixed. I was told they would drive it 60 miles. They drove it more than 140 miles, and left it almost half a tank of gas lighter. I went to this dealership because I didn t feel like I was going to get taken advantage of, but I was wrong. They also charge a $200 diagnosis fee on top of the repair fee - maybe I ve had my head in the sand, but I think this is the first time the diagnosis fee hasn t been wrapped into the repair fee.Service: Auto maintenance

Me and my Mom have been doing business with Fairway Ford for over a decade. We've bought vans from them and always have them serviced and repaired there. They are courteous, prompt, and reliable. Not thrilled with the service here. Brought my car in, a/c wasn't working and smelled of a Freon leak. They said I needed a new compressor $1600, ok fine I paid, two months later same issues now I need a new evaporator core $2000. Either they did the wrong job first time or missed. Clean communication regarding our vehicles needs and service. They were really busy so there was a week turn around but they told us up front how long it would take so we were not surprised. Once they were able to get to our truck they called me right away and fixed it within a day. I have purchased two vehicles from here and have had those and a couple of others serviced here from 2012 to 2020. I will no longer do business with this establishment due to their pricing being hire than nearby ford dealers. Not only will they not offer any discounts (which is ok, it should be the discretion of the business) but to mark up your part prices above MSRP (you can go to fordparts.com for verification) is not good business. I will go to Villa Ford for my new vehicle and servicing needs.Service: Auto maintenance

We took our Class A motorhome in for service generator service and to have our slide out looked at because it was making strange noises. At first we did not notice after we picked up our motorhome parked away that two remote controls were stolen out of the RV. And before any of you comment no I didn t even bother to call them it had been a month or two after it had been serviced and what do you think they re going to tell me it wasn t them but I can assure you the remote controls did not walk away.The motorhome was not used it went to Fairway Ford with 4 remotes and came back with 2 remotes. Next we find that a wrench was left on the slide out so on the top of the slide out when it s all closed in it poked a hole through the rubber lining. And there it was a wrench sticking out of the rubber lining.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Charged $525.00 for labor to replace fuel control valve, 15-20 min of time, and EVAP purge control valve, another 20 min maybe. All per YouTube info. So an hour of labor costs this much!! I have only been here for minor maintenace and recall repairs. They are efficient and I've not had any issues with my truck. They've never pressured me to do additional work beyond what I've requwsted Their hours are limited to weekdays.
