Sam Hagen at Central Pine asked me for a deposit for LED tail lights for my Lexus but never gave me what I paid for. He also ignored my emails and calls for five months. When I managed to get ahold of him, he gave me false status updates about the availability of stock and incoming deliveries from Japan that supposedly contained my tail lights. I ended up having to file a dispute with PayPal to get my money back.

setup an appointment i was flexible and had Sam set the time. I confirm the time the day before going, i get there and the shop is closed, waited around for 30mins and no one showed up. What a waste, drove 1 hour each way for nothing!Customer service? ha!Communication skills? zeroi would not waste my time at this shop.

Really good place, fast work and good work on your car. I recommend taking your car here, they do a excellent job! Sam Hagan made sure my parts only took less then a week and when they came in they installed it really fast best customer service and good performance shop I have ever been two.

My close friend/old employee has been waiting on control arms for so long that I ve been married and divorced in this stretch of time (no joke). Owning a performance shop myself I understand that custom & one-off things from Japan can take some serious time, and that s not the problem. The problem is communication. Is this even an operating business? No one answers the phone, no updates are given, extremely unprofessional all around, and appears to be a trend. Get yourself in check, Central Pine.

Ordered a part and was told 3-4 weeks delivery. After 21 weeks they've stopped responding and I now have to file a claim through my bank. Avoid if you can, horrible experience.

Great cars and parts, yet bad customer service. Waited over 6 months for a part and told to wait an additional 3 months or pay extra to get it in another month. I constantly had to check on the shop for updates on the order. I would only purchase if the product is in stock or prepare to wait up to a year for parts

Purchased some sway bars for my GS 300 from Sam Hagan from Central Pine USA told me it was going to take a few weeks to be made in Japan. Been waiting year and a half. Each time I talk to Sam he tell me the order is on its way or the order has been held up due to weather. Don t buy anything from this person or his shop.

I set up an appointment for today at 12 I drove 6 hrs fron the bay area and no one is here sign says open but doors are locked and no one answers my messages or phone callz.
