Great service and pricing. Had new wheels installed and took care of it care from start to finish. They were to check in with me on what I wanted to get the right look. Will definitely be coming back.

I called an hour before they closed to see if I could come in for a tire repair. The owner Anthony was very friendly and told me to come in. When I arrived he was very attentive and immediately found the problem and fixed it. I received very fast and efficient service for a very good price. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Got new tires installed on my 2017 Honda Accord this afternoon. Came in with my baby, he was a little fussy.. Anthony and his 3 workers took good care of me!! Finished mounting my tires in less then 20 minutes great customer service highly recommended this tire shop best in OC 5/5! Thanks again guys awesome fast work Will be bringing my other vehicles in the future.

I got a flat and looked for a tire shop near me. The first place I called said, Yeah, drop your car in at noon, we ll have it ready for you by 5p. I called Anthony at Best Value Tires and Wheels next. He said, Yes bring your car in, we ll have it fixed and ready to go, so you can still enjoy some of your lunch break.Once I got there I received the best customer service. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I loved the service so well that I asked Anthony about getting four new tires. I don t usually give reviews, but It was my pleasure to give this one!

Soft voiced guy working the telephone needs to be taught a lesson on customer service for just abruptly hanging up the phone on me when I tell him let me call him back. Just be polite and say something nice, don t just hang up the phone when u hear that. I get it, you think I m wasting you re time by just shopping around for tires. But you probably don t understand, you lose customers with that type of rudeness. I suggest people visit Anaheim Wheel & Tire instead. They treated me very well and were very kind.

This place is top notch in service with competitive pricing. They took care of me for my ATV tires and even installed Whips so we are safe at night. Contact Anthony, he will go out of his way to make sure you leave happy! I will definitely be back again!

Showed up here with a gash in my Bridgestone KO2 tire and they had me patched up in 20 minutes. Friendly service, fast response. Will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended

Zach was really helpful when I needed a tire for my cargo trailer. He went above and beyond to help me air up my other tires and get me on the road after a blowout on the freeway. Highly recommend these guys!

We had a flat tire and took our car over to Best Value. Amazing service, we were in and out in 30 minutes. Mike is extremely professional and helped us out tremendously. Highly recommend this shop!!!

I brought in some wheels and tires to be mounted and after the tires were mounted they went to go install them and realized that they didn't fit because the centerbore was too small. This meant I had to machine the center of the wheels slightly larger to fit them. I thought I was screwed but he managed to have them machined that same day. I was able to come back after they were fixed and they not only helped me out on the extra mounting and balancing but offered to drive my spare wheels home to save me the trip. They definitely earned my business in the future!

I found this place because it was nearby home, and I thought it would be nice to support a local business. They were very helpful with finding the right tires I was looking for, and it was fairly priced. The best part is the short wait times. It usually only take them 15-20 minutes to rotate your tires if it's not too busy. I highly recommend!

Waited for hours before being helped, claiming other vehicles had to be done. The guy was nice but it just felt like I was not a priority because I was not buying a new tire. Then I was quoted a lower price over the phone than it actually ended up being once I had to pay.

My tire was low took it ..here to fix because they gave me a great deal on some good tires. They helped me out quick and even though it was not a tire I bought from them they took care of it for free as a courtesy. Turns out I picked up a nail .They got me back to work fast and were so nice. Love this place.

Top guys, top service.Mike and his buddy took the time to explain the options I had prior to me making a purchase decision. No pressure into going with the more/most expensive option.Customer service on pt. No problems doing business again.

The place is clean, everyone's friendly, nice. They're quick and efficient. The prices are very reasonable. Thanks to Lance at Lance's Autoworks now we have a reliable and quality tire shop that's reasonably priced.

Purchased new tires for my 2010 GMC Yukon Denali which has 24 s on it. Tires were not cheap. Had some other work done on the wheels to refinish them. This business is a joke. Screwed up the work on the refinish and then the tire sensor on that one tire went bad. Brought it back to the owner who told me that the issue is within my computer system, however, the other 3 sensors work perfectly fine. Complete lack of care and business ethics. Will never return. Don t suggest anyone else too unless you want to be lied to about your issues.

40 bucks for the nail removal of my tire and rotation. Quick and professional. Gave me the quote over the phone and some places don't do that for you so they'll nickle and dime you.
