The people here are very nice and affordable. The owner took me to work in the morning when I dropped my truck off and I came back to a brand new car. The engine was steam cleaned, the interior was detailed and the outside was buffed for an extremely excellent price. I needed a little extra cleaning on a particular part and they were very nice about me bringing it back. They tightened some hoses for me as well. Very very pleased and will be coming back again

UPDATE: 5 years ago I reviewed this business when it was Alan's Superior Details. 5 years of harsh Idaho winters, including towing through a snow storm with the accompanying road salt spray, had taken a toll. I was ready to tow the Airstream down to SoCal to have Santos update the clearcoat. Instead he arranged to clean polish and apply a new coating while visiting family only 4 hours from home. He took time away from his family to take care of our trailer, which now looks brand new. We can't thank Santos and his team enough. Great customer service and a great experience.ORIGINAL REVIEW: Lot of reviews here about people's cars and how pleased they are with the work done by Santos and his team and Alan's Superior Details. We have also had our cars worked on at Alan's and been very pleased with the results. So I didn't hesitate to take our new Airstream trailer to him for a detail and protective coating.We couldn't be happier with the results. The trailer simply shines, sometimes blindingly. Santos' team treated the entire exterior, including the roof. The trailer looks awesome. Best part, with the protective coating Santos used I won't have to think about waxing the trailer for at least 5 years.RVs are a lot of work to maintain. Not keeping up on washing and waxing can lead to fading, stains, corrosion and more. If you have an RV I can't recommend your taking it to Alan's enough. Give them a call.

The location is slightly hidden but very nice, the receptionist is a cute gal that made me want to stay and talk with her as she told me about the detail options. The waiting lounge has new couches, televisions furniture with plenty of reading materials. When I got my car there was no water marks the inside smells considerably better and was well vacuumed, even the inside windows had been cleaned. I got the $29 standard detail on my 2005 Accord, it's perfect for any college student on a budget; gives you a nice bag for the buck. Highly recommend Alan's Superior Details.

I called & got the third degree from whoever answers their Google number. Just answered with "Hello. Who is this!?"They aggressively kept asking who I was because apparently my number popped up as spam? I apologized & said I must have called the wrong number. He said no this was the auto number.I said I wanted to come in for a car wash. I had purchased a coupon for 3 washes. He said it had to be more than 24 hours notice. I said "That's ok I would like a wash". & he just kept saying I had to call back & make an appointment. I ended up just saying "ok" & we ended the call.I was so put off by the aggressive nature of the person I spoke to I don't want to call back. I will just take the lost money I spent on buying the car washes.Just answer your phone like a business!

I took my 2011 Toyota Tacoma to Alan s Superior Detais. It was a mess. Carpets and seats dirty. So much oxidation on the paint. Cloudy headlight covers. In just a few hours they transformed my truck! It literally looked brand new! Headlight covers clear as can be. Smelled great too. Everyone there treated me so nice! They also sent me a coupon for a free wash for my birthday. I will definitely have them take care of my vehicles from now on. Santos was amazing! He tailored the cost to my budget. Thank you so much

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. I had to sell my Saturn Vue ASAP and realized it needed a severe interior detail. I have 3 young children and they have completely DESTROYED my car. I thought there would be no salvaging the seats from all the stains they have created. However, Alan's Superior Detail made it look like it came right out of the factory. I am SO impressed with their work, that I will recommend them to anyone. Not only did they do miracle work, they took me in a hour before closing and had to stay late to finish my car. Their customer service is amazing on top of it. If you want your money's worth on a car detail, this is your spot!

Amazing service! Super friendly, helpful & even better prices. I m a Lyft driver and a passenger vomited all over my backseat. I called around on a Saturday and every other shop wouldn t take any appointments because it rained earlier. Santos was kind enough to stay late and take care of my car with ease. I would highly recommend this place. They got me back on the road and to money ASAP. Thanks Santos! You re the real MVP

I've taken my cars there since they opened and let me tell you Santos know his business very well. The service is great I know that my cars will be taken care of. Every time they have done excellent job in cleaning and detailing my cars. If you haven't been there go and check it out and also know that Santos will take very good care of you.

Got a platinum car detail ($440) because I had heavy/excessive water spots from sprinklers.Pros:- They got rid of all my water spotsCons:- My clear coat/paint is now damaged from the solution they used to clean my water spots- Forgot to clean my trunk, offered discount for further services, never followed up with me and ignored my texts- Spots of interior were missed- Paint post detail looked and felt nothing out of the ordinary that I can go spend $150 at most car washes for a clay/wax- $400+ is not worth at all, I would've gave 3 stars if it was $250-$300 considering the state of my heavy water marks- To repeat, my clear coat / paint is damaged from the solution they used to remove my watermarks, I was not informed that it would be damaged.Services: Full body wash, Seat shampooing, Auto detailing, Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing

I have been here multiple times already and they do an amazing job. The people have great customer service and they make you feel at home. Santos , and Herman have helped me to maintain my cars in very good shape I definitely do recommend their location. I will definitely will be coming in more frequently.

Id heard Santos mention ozoning ones car in for disinfection and cleaning purposes several times and have always considered it since my car is so full of dog fur it s like a fuzzy tornado when I drive with the windows down.With the current epidemic I figured now is as good a time as ever especially since he was doing it for free to support the community. Santos and his crew always do a great job and go above and beyond. I just brought it in for the Ozone and they vacuumed the inside and even gave the outside a wipe down.I really appreciate doing business withSantos because he has a moral compass and isn t trying to screw anybody over, which can be rare in the auto industry. Additionally his waiting rooms and areas are nice to just chill and kick it in and he s accommodating for my dog it makes me feel at home while I wait. I can do work on my phone or just watch shows on the TV provides with Netflix and Amazon.10 out of 10 would highly recommend Santos and his crew over at Alan s superior detail

These guys are the worst when it comes to service, I gave my car to clean up heads up display and the owner and me agreed that there was a double display issue on the windshield. After it was done as he claimed that it was, I could still see the double display on the windshield so I called him to explain him that and he said to me that it was not the issue that we discussed about.WORST EXPERIENCE EVER,Santos was the guys name

Just got my 2015 Infiniti Q50s done here - they did the glass detail and it was perfection - great work - super great staff - santos was amazing and I'll def only be bringing my cats here

Made my car like new. They got stains out of my seats that I thought were impossible. Highly recommended for Lyft or Uber Drivers who have deal with customers messes.

Did a great job on my vehicle paid attention to every spot very comfortable waiting area and very nice staff that made me feel at home alan is such an amazing person they did my car for a great price and its breaking necks out here when people look at it lol i will recommend this place to everyone

Difficult to find, I also called and made an appointment a week in advance due to availability, however they had no idea I had an appointment once I got there. They may do a great job but they lack organization.
