I continuously use Winter Honda for 10 years servicing my Honda's , and did not have any any major issues. Mileage is at 250+K, but CRV is reliable for daily commute to SF Bay Area. Thank you Winter Honda to excellent trustworthy service and maintenance! They offer free shuttle for longer maintenance and repairs, free WiFi, coffee, tea , TV, music, phone charge station and waiting area for shorter service appointment. Highly recommend to anyone looking for mechanics, sales support and dealership you can trust!

Winter's service department is very good. They are always very responsive and I've never had a bad experience there. My turn signal was not working correctly and when I went to the parts department to get a new one, the person there came out, checked to see the problem and installed it. This is what excellent customer service looks like.

Very truthful because I am tried of mechanics lying on what is wrong with my car. I lived in San Francisco at the honda service. Lying and told them are you crazy and no thank you .I drove 1 hour and God was good. He explained that those was trying to lie to you. Thank for being honest what is wrong and explaining to me.

Winter Honda has been taking care of my Van's maintenance for about 3 years now. I guess you can say that they've been treating me right otherwise I wouldn't be coming back. Pradeep Dhillon has been my advisor and all I can say is, he is honest! he won't recommend anything that's not necessary, he would even find ways to give me some kind of discount. I know I can count on him every anytime. Props to all. Thank you.

People there are uper friendly the whole staff soon as u pull up they come out and welcome u from the people at each desk to the service techs I wouldn't take my car any where eles let's not for get the guys that take u home and pick u up also super cool thanks to the whole team definitely 100 stars over and beyond

First time here but Michael treated me like I d been coming here for years. Only got an oil change this time around but their great customer service is gonna make me come back for sure

I have tried all day to get in contact with the service department. Nobody ever answers the phone snd I left three messages with no call back. All I wanted was to get my Honda serviced. I ended up calling Dublin Honda who answered the phone promptly and quickly scheduled a time for service. I doubt Winter Honda will ever call me back. Such horrible customer service.

Burt and Laura are awesome! Best service department in the Bay Area! I had been waiting for about 8 months for Dublin Honda to complete a paint claim. I took my car in for service at Winter and explained my situation to Burt, and he had me squared away and the fix issue resolved in a couple weeks!

Purchased my vehicle during the pandemic and the service was great!! Sam, the internet sales master did and until this day has taken care of me and my people I bring in. Want Exceptional and above customer service; ask for Sam the internet sales master!!

Technician put air in my low tire and didn't bother to tell me I had a nail and screw in the tire! I got the tire repaired elsewhere the following day when it was low again! Thanks for wasting my time Winter Honda..another issue, they wouldn't honor my birthday $25 gift certificate Honda sent me...why not?

The service department representative, Laura, was great. My car ended up needing extensive work, but she kept me informed and the price down so it was reasonable. I recommend Winter's service department.

Vin has exceptional customer service and was extremely patient with my concerns with my Honda. This is the second time I had Vin as a service advisor and I been happy with both visits. Helpful and friendly staff, easy to schedule appointments, decent prices.Super helpful, friendly and kind service staff. They go above and beyond to keep you and your car running happy at an affordable price. Before covid I almost never needed an appointment and even now they are as accommodating as possible in emergency situations. They aren't the closest Honda dealership near me, but they are by far the best when it comes to helpfulness and friendliness. Pradeep and Vin are who I have most recently been helped by (both service superstars), but everyone in the service department are fantastic. As long as I drive a Honda (most likely forever) and as long as I live in contra costa (most likely forever) Winter Honda is my service center of choice.

ive had brakes, valve adjustments, and air conditioning done here. everytime i bring my car in some bolt, nut or fastener is missing. they left a fastener off the coolant line to my engine and it spewed coolant all over my transmission. they left a bolt out of my brake line that holds it to the suspension. they didnt tighten down my subframe all the way. they left out one of the cylinder cover bolts. so now im just missing that bolt and have to go spend money elsewhere to get another one. thanks winter. you overcharge me and cause my to spend even more money after your careless techs didnt even do a good job.

The only reason I come back to this place is because of the service person named Pardee. He is a Class Act and my favorite. Honda definitely needs to consider paying him more because he is the number one reason I continue to come back for service. He is honest and trustworthy, something that is rare to find in any business especially the automotive business.

$74 oil change.4hours waiting.This morning when I pull the car from the garage I noticed a oil spot .I lifted the car to check and found that they didn't clean after they finished.i hope that is the problem.the coolant was under the minimum level (so no checked) The cap on the windshield reservoir was open.So I have a Free oil change next time but I don't think it is worth it to go there!

This is the firsttime I waited for 2hours for oil change and tire rotation I've been here since they open. Last time I only waited for 45min or less
