I had a great experience at the dealer working the Sam and Phil, I went to the dealer to look live a Honda Civic that I had previously checked on their website, I provided my info and docs, also the docs for my commuter car trade process, the process was an easy and straight forward process.I will fully recommended it to anyone looking for a new vehicle, they'll do as much as possible so you can drive out with a new vehicle.Plus the fact that you support a local company.

I would review with zero stars but it is not an option. Service is awful. They seem angry. If you don t buy the car there they do not want to service your car. Do not waste your time and money. It was truly an awful experience. To be fair Service Manager Burt Gallagus called me and was very polite and professional but the damage had been done. I had scheduled an appointment at El Cerrito Honda were I always been treated very professionally regardless if I purchase the vehicles there or not. I replace my car every 2 years. El Cerrito Honda does not mark up their cars in such an egregious manner like Winter Honda does. This is why I did not buy the car a Winter Honda my local dealer in the first place.

The sales person SAM G scammed me now I'm paying the bank over 10k for absolutely no reason and my credit is enough to buy a house. The entire staff is scammers for whoever oversees him to see his deals and say nothing so ..clearly crooks

Very unprofessional. Got a one day offer , however I was unable to make it to the dealer on said day. I communicated with them the day after and made arrangements to come in. I show up to the dealer within 48 hrs of the offer to finalize purchase. Upon arrival, we agreed on the numbers, as previously communicated via email. When the sales associate goes to run the final numbers, he returns stating they cannot honor the price as they no longer needed to fill their quota and there is a high demand for the vehicle discussed. Poor way to do business.

This is the worst place ever on the planet. You can imagine these people are arrogant and supportive people. I don t recommend even standing close by this cause there are toxic people.

Great service, great sales persons and the communication was very friendly. Talked with many honda dealers over the past few weeks, but I wanted to give a special shout out to Rezaul with honda of Pittsburgh for his help and making this a great experience for us. Great information and patience in guiding us through the process buying a new car. Thanks again for everything!

We bought a car from winter Honda in October 2023. Within 7 days of purchase the radio malfunctioned. They refused to repair it. They want us to pay 1500.00 and then file a reimbursement request.Last week large vehicle left us stranded on the road. It was stuck in neutral and wouldn t drive. We had to call a tow truck and pay over 300.00. Winter Honda refuses to accept responsibility for the repair expenses. How is it legal for the consumer to purchase a vehicle and have to pay for repairs a week later? Very disappointed!!!! 6 trips back and forth to the dealer and still no resolution. Poor customer service!Melvin is the only person I can say tried his best to rectify this situation but the management wouldn t approve his requests.Do yourself a favor and look for another dealer!

Bunna was AMAZING and INFORMATIVE with my Honda pilot and Honda Civic on two different occasions!! I could not have had a better experience with a person and he also found and fixed an ongoing unknown issue with my vehicle free of charge!!!! Thanks Bunna

Had my Civic serviced here, took about 3 hours. All the people were super cool with my loud child. My car was taken care of. If I need another civic I would come here.

I've only been there twice and both experiences were bad.First time:Pradeep is a not nice, first of all.Second time:I went to get a new battery for my key and I stood there for a five minutes, the man was on the phone...but he didn't even acknowledge me.Worst service that I've had at a Honda dealership. Go elsewhere.

This is the worst Honda dealership I have ever been to, worst experience, worst customer service. they are the world fastest battery replacement service you coming here you get your car next week ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE. I went to change a battery and when I got there the guy told me to keep it there until Monday or Tuesday. The guy I went was giving me attitude and trying to rip off by charging diagnostic fee installation fee and trying to scare me heck out of it. All these issues were due to the battery being so low saying that was getting upset for not keeping it here and run diagnostics. I went to buy a battery to do ask if there was someone to help and a guy and then we eventually got to install the battery and then we left. Don t recommend to come here if you want people to give you an attitude and rip you off of your money and time. Do yourself a favor and don t come here if you want to save money and time.

I found out Winter Honda were getting an allocation of the car that I want (FL5, Type R). I called and Phil Nazareta (internet sales Manager) pick up and we got to taking...I immediately told him how much I can afford and what I have for trade. He somehow got his manager to agree. Sure the car was expensive, but the buying experience was completely transparent and no funny business! It's almost too easy! Give Winter Honda a try...they're a bit out, but bart is close and their salesmen, like Phil, are more than happy to pick you up from Pittsburg bart...ask for Phil if you do; he, along with his team, will take care of you.

Worst experience. The sales guy on my face points finger at me saying that I m not hearing him. Very bad customer service, they don t listen to you and are very rude. This is not the way they trap eat customers loyal to Honda for 10 years, disappointed

Do not buy anything from them. Sold me a damaged car. The dealership claims to have fixed my issues but clearly did not fix anything.I am now filing a complaint with automotive Bureau of California. This Dealership lies.I no longer can work because my vehicle cannot get me there safely. I am not making any money considering I'm a Rideshare driver partime.I will be following up with a lawsuit. Truly unacceptable behavior.I have had my car now since mid July during that time I have only got to drive my vehicle for less then 3 weeks out of 2 months of owing it.No Chevrolet garage will touch my car because I just purchased it and they don't want to be held liable... so now I cannot fix the issue!!!!The dealerships I have tried to get my car looked at tell me to "bring the vehicle to the purchasing dealer"......I could now be facing jail time and possible homelessness because of their oversight and determination to rip me off.I'm absolutely disgusted and curious how these people sleep at night truly disgusting.I don't even owe any money on the vehicle.This is just pure discrimination. Car dealerships aren't doing well. I guess this is my repayment for keeping the dealership afloat by me buying a car..... how unappropriate!!!!

Worst experience while browsing for a car; everybody seems uninterested and rude. A lot of negative unsolicited advice on how I should to go about my financial to try to convince me to buy something I did not stopped by for. Just go elsewhere if you can.

Just purchased a car from this dealership and received such amazing customer service that it changed my car buying experience. The entire team gave me a lifetime smile. Sheryll was the sales agent, Sal was the finance guru and my new friend, and Sandy was just one of the kindest humans I have met in a long time. I am in sales (not cars) and I am so impressed and Winters should be extremely proud. Thank you team Winters!

Tried to buy a car at Winter. Got a nice test drive, features were explained in detail. Then was informed what I wanted wasn t available anywhere in NorCal, but had a better model for $3,000 over MSRP. Called El Cerrito Honda, they had 3 of what I wanted and at $1,500 less than what I was quoted at Winter even if they could get what I wanted. The next day Winter called and found what I wanted, still $1,500 more than El Cerrito, and I didn t have to negotiate the price.

My daughter is barely 21, has no credit and wanted to buy her first car. Sounds impossible. They suggested we try and qualify her for a lease. They worked with us, so patiently & my daughter drive away in a brand new CRV. Super friendly. Super efficient.

Went with my friend for a new battery and the customer service was terrible. She told the guy Pradeep she needed a new battery and that there was corrosion all over. The service advisor Pradeep said they usually just clean that up and that since she hasn t had to get another jump recently she was wrong . She made an appointment to then have to wait 4 hours. She ended up having to ask them when are you going to test my battery and see if it needs to be replaced. It was covered by a warranty but when she got there the lady at the window told her she owed money. Eventually the lady found out she didn t owe and told her to go wait outside for her car. She must of had to wait about 10 minutes. It wasn t even busy. She gets in her car and starts her long drive home to then find out her touch screen doesn t work now. AVOID SERVICE HERE!

I asked for the sticker in the window several times over the past month i havent received it. Please consumers do yourself a huge favor do not purchase a vehicle here!!! Take your business some where else. The sales person no longer works there. She tried to warn me about Marco general manager and finance guy Glenn. The new cars are overpriced and inventory is low. PLEASE BE CAREFUL!!!!!

The whole dealership is bunch of crooks trying to rip of customer on any chance they get. 1) They broke my windshield while other repairs are being done and denied it ever happened. 2) they give you quote over phone with certain price and when u go their to pickup vehicle it s a totally different price. Never taking my vehicle now.

Typical car salesmen. Mike! Lied that I had to turn in my leased vehicle to them only. Tried telling me that payments on a 2023 leased Civic would be close to 600/month, with a credit score of high 7's, almost double what I pay now for a 2020 Civic. (the difference in 2020 and 2023 is less than 3K) Also told me payments would be close to 500/month if I purchase, $315 at the credit union! Is it that I'm a woman? You think I'm stupid and won't do research. They do not have your best interests at heart! Do better Mike (and your 'numbers' guy) and Winter HondaKevin, still makes no sense. I was lied to! Mike with his paper he keeps scribbling numbers on thinking I will fall for it. Not today!

Great service from Ron and the Winter team every visit! I was previously having my 06 civic serviced at a local shop until the owner told me he couldn t work on my car anymore because he wasn t making any real money from the services I needed. I m a full time student and Ron has been wonderful during these inflated times. He s always welcoming and simplifies auto terms in ways I can understand without trying to finesse me into purchasing additional services that aren t necessary. As a young women this means A LOT ! Thanks Ron, for you consistency and neutral approach!

Came in on Friday July 1, 2022 just before big 4th of July holiday weekend. Came in as a walk in at 8am for simple oil change. I Was helped out by Vin Parr!He was super busy and getting work done! Great service by him and attentive all around, he was hustling and bustling the whole time while I patiently waited in line for my turn. I witnessed his Enthusiasm and character. Super knowledgeable as well. He was giving it his 100% helping customers as they checked in and out. I witnessed him explain to a customer how she had a gasket issue and thoughtfully explained the issue to the customer. After, she asked if she could call her husband and have him explain everything he just told her, he gracefully took the call and explained the issue to her (the customer) husband. He did an excellent job. If you ever at Winter Honda in Pittsburg, Ca, please seek out Vin you won't be disappointed with his service, character, and humbleness. Thanks for helping me out with my speaker issues too! The BEST!

today, i unexpectedly had my car battery die on my honda civic and was afraid that honda wouldn t have any service appointments available. after calling and speaking with Ron, he was welcoming and was able to squeeze me in for a battery replacement. he and the gentlemen working in the service department worked quick, even though they were full of appointments. the two gentlemen working at the parts counter were also helpful and patient with answering my questions and ordering a car part for me :)
