It has been a year since my husband and I have been researching the most affordable and efficient electronic vehicle in the automobile market. In March 2023, we purchased a used Nissan Leaf SL 2013. The purpose of the purchase was to test the water how electronic vehicles will fit in our present day-to-day needs. The Nissan Leaf had exceeded our expectations of an electronic vehicle. It s a town car; limited miles for short range driving. A fully battery charge is 73 miles of which its optimum standard for the model. However, we wanted for some extra miles to run errands and extra distance to travel. Around, August 2023, we further explore other potential electronic vehicles in the current market. We had researched from manufacturer s pricing, promotion and most especially the attributes of EVs being offered in the market. It had been a tedious of debate from pricing and features. We considered our family as practical and simple minds when it comes in making decision to buy a vehicle. We always consider our budget as purchasing power on where we stand and live within our means. Until the year 2023 had passed, then, my husband and I decided to purchase our first brand new EV. On January 8, 2024, as we were browsing via online in nearby auto dealerships in Pittsburg, CA, we found available Chevy EUV Bolts 2023 for sale at Winter Chevrolet. We checked all the Bolt EUVs in their website. My husband and I were interested with the $7,500 promotional offer as Tax Credit and Military Program Incentive. On January 11, 2024, we went to Winter Chevrolet at Pittsburg and met our salesman, Carlos. The moment we got off from our vehicle at the parking lot, Carlos approached us with a very welcoming greeting of hand shake and a smile on his face. He immediately led us towards the Bolt EUVs location. In less than five minutes, Carlos had brought 3 keys for 3 Bolt EUVs to test drive. My husband drove a Bolt EUV Premier to test drive. Overall, he loved the Bolt EUV Premier most especially the HD Surround Camera. Literally, the camera provides a 360 clear view around. The HD Surround Camera is the selling point for us. We ve been longing to have an auto with all angle camera access. Then, we re ON BUSINESS. We had great and exceeding expectations with warmth accommodation, professionalism, courteous and very friendly at Winter Chevrolet in Pittsburg with staff and management. Ben, finance manager worked so closely with us in attaining a reasonable and affordable price and within our budget. He s very professional and knowledgeable. He walked us through the buying process. Plus, all the promotions and discounts that made us clearly that we ve made the best ever purchase of our very first brand new Electronic Vehicle BOLT EUV PREMIER 2023 with 247 miles at fully charged battery. We want to take this great opportunity to extend our deepest and sincerest appreciation for the undoubtedly teamwork of Carlos, Cruz and Ben. From sales, advisor, through finance, such an excellent Team of Winter Chevrolet in Pittsburg. I invite all consumers to visit and find your dream car at Winter Chevrolet in Pittsburg. KUDOS! Excellent Customer Service! We look forward to do more business!

I want to take this time to thank Winter Chevorlet dealership in Pittsburg. I would like to say Luke Brignoli is a great Service consultant & if you need help i would highly recomend that you ask for him. I would love to take the time to share my experience/ service that I received at this dealership. I am leasing a vehicle that is a 2021 Chevy Malibu. I purchased it used from Antioch Nissan. On Christmas Eve my car would not start. Me being a 35 year old women i freaked out not knowing what to do. I thought it was because of lack of oil or possibly did I add too much oil when I put it in myself...The next day my baby would be celebrating his 1st Christmas. But instead we spent the night In the car I was afraid to leave my vehicle unattended. I knew that I needed it towed to see why the car would not start. I contacted my warranty company and they told me to have it towed to the nearest Chevorlet Dealership in which I did immediately...I said all that to say when my car arrived into the dealership I received Excellent customer service from Brignoli. He directed me on the steps that needed to be done and worked very hard to make sure my car would be back on the road again. Once the diagnostic was done on my car come to find out it needed a Engine and a transmission. I wa very sad to get the news. My first thought was how would I get my car fixed I know I could not afford it?Luke talked with me very frequently encouraged me to stay strong knowing that the warranty might help fix my vehicle he worked closely withMy warranty company to get them involved and did his best to work with the technicians, rental car company and his manager's. With the car being at the dealership for over 3 months waiting on approvals, parts for my car I would like to say I received Excellent customer service from Luke. He totally defines a person who loves the work he does and enjoys getting the vehicles back on the road again. He is very knowledgable about Chevorlet's. Luke words can't explain how very much I appreciated your great customer service. And because he was my Service consultant I would come back to Winter Chevorlet anytime he made my experience extra Perfect. Thank you kindly again Luke

On 8/12/23, dropped off Chevy Tahoe at Winter Chevy for driver side auto window switch and cold start rattle. They reprogrammed the switch and found a rattle from bottom of motor block. Asked for approval to tear down motor. Mentioned fuel theft, insurance covered with $250 co-pay. Asked dealership to cover co-pay and provide rental car until ready. Visited on 9/11/23 for rental car, informed gas tank wouldn't arrive until 11/28/23. Suggested used gas tank and offered rental car for a few days. Requested rental car until ready, they said they'll let me know. They called on 9/14/23, can get used gas tank but can't provide rental car beyond that. Mentioned paying for car I don't have, requested rental car until ready. Service manager said car hadn't been diagnosed, assured it would be worked on. On 9/13/23, service manager said camshaft sensor and piston needed, in stock. Expected car done by 9/15/23, agreed to provide rental car until then. Left messages with service manager on 10/2/23 and 10/3/23, car wouldn't be ready until Tuesday. Insurance company contacted about police report and surveillance, no report or footage nor were we notified in time to file a police report. Car would be ready by 10/12/23. Car was ready on 10/14/23, noticed issues with dings, scrapes, grease spots, incorrect gas level. On 10/16/23, noticed rattle on cold start. Left voicemail for customer care manager, no response. Spoke to Kevin Peters, phone numbers listed on website were wrong. Car picked up on 10/20/23, detailed but rattle and window button issue persist. Low oil pressure and rough idle in drive or at a stop. All in all, Winter Chevy does not communicate, and this is a very common issue according to Hertz and Enterprise they were more than happy to share horror stories that happen daily with Winter Chevy. We do have a detailed log of all of our challenges with dates of all events that happen it was just too long.

I was lured to this place by online ad advertising a Cadillac SUV on sale. I got there around 2:30pm after work and spotted the vehicle. I was checking it out when the first salesman Mike came to assist me. He had someone go get the key but they had to look for it. We continued talking while someone "looked" for they key. After about 30 minutes I spotted another car that I really liked and lost interest in the Cadillac. Mike tossed me to another salesman named Sam. Sam insulted my intelligence by requesting me to put down my down payment without looking at any paperwork or contract, I should have requested another salesman at that point. Sam also had me sign some paper he scribbled on stating the payment I want that would include the extended warranty and gap insurance since it was a used vehicle, he never got back to me so I figured it was a done deal until at signing in the finance dept where Glenn (Chinese guy) I think that's his name said that wasn't included in my total cost so it boosted up my monthly payment. Sam also said that I was getting a particular amount for my trade-in but at signing it was less. Also I was not informed by either salesman that the car I was purchasing was a rental until it was time to sign. Now as for Glenn that I mentioned in finance, he wanted me to sign a blank contract and when I questioned it,he gave me some gibberish, and I'm ashamed to say that I signed it, it was around 7 or 8 pm and I was tired. Also It was time for them to go home so I feel like I was being rushed, a lot of the numbers he didn't go over, but that's my fault as well. So after they locked up I remember that I left some items in my old car and they told me to come the next day. I came and my old car wasn't there so I couldn't get my belongings. That's it for now

Mark Anderson, a Service Advisor had me take my truck in on Monday, November 20th. The next day I called about 4:30 to find out the status. He told me it would not be looked at until the following week. I texted the next Monday afternoon with no response, so I called in around 4:30, he said he'd have info for me the next day. The next day I called, and I texted several times with no response. When I finally got a hold of him, he told me that I need parts replaced and my bill would be about $2,600 with no reason as to why they needed to be replaced. I called and left the Service Manager messages several times with no response as in the following days, I could not get a hold of Mark.I called in that Thursday and was put on the phone with another Service Advisor, and I was finally told why the parts needed to be replaced. I texted and called Mark several times the next day with no response, so I drove from Oakley to Pittsburg to talk to him. Everything made sense and told him on my way home that I wanted to proceed with the work.I had a few questions the next week and since my texts were not responded too or calls returned, I drove out there again. I spoke to Mark, things seemed fine and was told that my truck would be ready mid-next week. Mid next week comes and since there is no point in calling or texting him, I drove out there again. I walked into his office and the first thing he said to me was, what do you want now ? I told him I wanted to know what was going on with my truck, you said it would be ready. He proceeded to tell me that the company they had to send a part out to was closed until next Wednesday. Those two parts would not fit and they would not be able to do an alignment. I texted him and told him that since the parts had been taken off, then put back on and no alignment could be done, was it even safe to drive? I also asked if he could take measurements of existing parts and get them ordered or send the part out to someone who can replicate the part that s on it now so that I can get my truck fixed and an alignment done. No response. At this point, I am literally ticked off that my truck has been there for what will eventually be over a month, and it won t be fixed. That every time I do get a text from Mark which is rare, it s in ALL CAPS, LIKE I AM ANNOYING HIM. Also, that "what do you want now" comment REALLY TICKED ME OFF!I WANT MY TRUCK FIXED AND I WANT MY TRUCK BACK. DUH

I arrived at Winter Chevrolet Pittsburg today for a routine oil change on my car. Upon entering the service department, I was greeted by Luke Brignoli, who introduced himself as my service consultant. He was friendly and attentive, taking note of my concerns about a burning smell emanating from the engine compartment.Without hesitation, Luke requested a technician to inspect my car and determine the source of the smell. The technician arrived promptly and thoroughly examined my car, finding that a small object had become wedged underneath the vehicle.Throughout the process, Luke kept me informed about the progress and patiently answered my questions. His professionalism and attention to detail were evident in the service he provided. I left Winter Chevrolet Pittsburg feeling satisfied and grateful for the exceptional service I received.

So I stopped by on July 14th 23 just to take a look at some trucks because I was in the market to make a switch. On that day I met Brian Vargas, a salesman, who walked me through a few of the trucks really quick. I left and came back the next day to drive a few. I asked for him when I was approached because he was very easy going and laid back with absolutely no pressure whatsoever. Huge plus to me. He spent about 4 hours with me very patiently, and explained all the differences to me thoroughly. Another huge plus to me again with no pressure to buy. So the third day I ask for him again and again he was as patient as ever, answering any question me and my girlfriend had. I wasn t going to buy that day, however, I did!! Brian was a top notch salesman with absolutely no pressure. If you are thinking about purchasing any one of their vehicles I would highly suggest and highly recommend BRIAN VARGAS. He made everything extremely easy and got me into the most beautiful truck I ve ever driven in my life. A big thank you to you Brian and your team!! You made it a very pleasant experience even though it was about 104 outside. Again everyone, ask for Brian Vargas.

I want to say thank you to Linda Grohman & Ed in finance for making this transaction easy, laid back, and stress free for me. I went on the website and submitted my info for the truck I wanted and within 5 minutes I had received a call from Linda right away and was told I could drop by that same day at 6PM. My trade in was easy, there was no going back and forth and the price was very fair, the solo test drive experience was great, Ed explained everything in detail and did not pressure me at all, and Linda made sure everything was good in the end. I am happy with my new truck and the experience went much better than I had at other dealerships in the past. Thank you Linda & Ed!

Great customer service at Winter Chevrolet!! I went online and looked for a used car on TrueCar to look for a manual transmission vehicle and this dealership had the Civic I was looking for with an excellent price. Melinda Sanchez contacted me right away and I told her what I was looking for a nice trade in price on my vehicle and we agreed right away. I went to the dealership to test drive the Civic that I wanted and we talked about a price that I was happy with. I am 48 years old and I have had a bad experience twice in my time buying cars in the past so I was skeptical about this dealership. Melinda is great with communication because every time I text her and asked her more questions about the car she got back to me pretty quick with replies. If you buy a car from this place make sure you ask for Melinda.

Do not buy anything from them. Sold me a damaged car. The dealership claims to have fixed my issues but clearly did not fix anything.I am now filing a complaint with automotive Bureau of California. This Dealership lies.I no longer can work because my vehicle cannot get me there safely. I am not making any money considering I'm a Rideshare driver partime.I will be following up with a lawsuit. Truly unacceptable behavior.I have had my car now since mid July during that time I have only got to drive my vehicle for less then 3 weeks out of 2 months of owing it.No Chevrolet garage will touch my car because I just purchased it and they don't want to be held liable... so now I cannot fix the issue!!!!The dealerships I have tried to get my car looked at tell me to "bring the vehicle to the purchasing dealer"......I could now be facing jail time and possible homelessness because of their oversight and determination to rip me off.I'm absolutely disgusted and curious how these people sleep at night truly disgusting.I don't even owe any money on the vehicle. This is just pure discrimination. Car dealerships aren't doing well. I guess this is my repayment for keeping the dealership afloat by me buying a car..... how unappropriate!!!!

When it comes to my companies Chevy Volt I trust no one else. Winter Chevrolet has been fair and honest with repairs. Maybe they have been a little expensive, but that's just how the dealer is. I haven't had any problems with my repairs. The repairs and maintenance work have been spot-on and I will continue to use the service. Thanks for the great work.

Rip me off and lie to my face., A simple window fell out of the window regulator track, Was told I needed a whole new window regulator and set up, Is fourteen hundred dollars, Caesar in the service department. Look to me dead in my face and told me that I needed all these new parts. I asked him if they even bothered to take my door panel off to find out if I needed those parts or if the window just fell off the track, He assured me that they did, They did not the factory seal on my door was still in place when I did the work myself, Repeatedly reached out to management and never even got a call back, Little advice ask for pictures of all diagnostic and service part replacements and ask for the old part back too as well they can't be trusted at all. It's a shame I bought my car from there and always went back to them never again go somewhere else

Staff is nice and helpful, wish I could say the same about the company who makes the cars they sell and service, but I can t. My last two new Chevrolets have had so many recalls and defects I keep coming back to them often. Sad GM can t make a quality car that is reliable. Had to have mine towed here twice.

The service advisor Luke Brignoli at Winter Chevrolet took good care of my Camaro and was upfront & straightforward with me throughout the process of my car getting serviced. I had a low coolant light on that multiple other shops couldn't figure out what was causing It and Pittsburg Chevrolet was able to diagnose it and get it fixed at the best price they were able to give me.

Poor customer service, they didn t believe us that our car wouldn t start after video taping the problem, and taking it in 4 times for the same problem. I don t think they even looked for the problem and relied on us to diagnose it, replacing a starter that didn t need replacing and not checking the cable connections. They don t return calls or keep you up to date on what is happening with your car. Unsafe feeling there as well after witnessing a sales person scream at a worker and they just closed the door so we couldn t hear. I felt sorry for the woman who was being yelled at and won t go back.

I took my 2022 Chevy Tahoe in for service. They were supposed to do a oil change tire rotation and inspect one tire that had a leakage. I went to pick up my truck. The tire that had the leakage was still in the same location they never rotated the tire and the tire still had low air pressure. I went up to my service advisor and told him what had happened and he said they did the tire rotation. I asked him how is it that they did the tire rotation when the same tire still showing low air pressure and he said that they would take care of it. They took it to the back and the guy that brought it up to me said to me here is your truck I just put air in it. So they had the guy that parked vehicles go air up my tire without rotating it. I drove it home and the following morning I had a flat tire there was a nail in the middle of my tire. They never check my tires.. I ask myself that they even do it?!?! Horrible service I will not go back to this place. I d rather take a drive down to Concord.

Worst dealership I have ever encountered. I made a reservation for a vehicle and drove over 2 hours while having contact the entire time with the sales rep. I arrived and the car was in front ready to go for me. I was handed the keys and told to look it over before our test drive. Sales rep leaves while we get ready for a test drive and comes back to tell me "I'm sorry the car has been sold already!" This was all within the first 10 minutes of us being at the dealership. Sales manager didn't even have the face to come apologize or give an explanation. I gave them a full day to reach out and nothing, not a single apology or explanation from management. The sales rep even said "they" do this to people a lot and their systems were down so she didn't understand how this could have even happened. Horrible management and horrible customer service. If it wasn't for the kind sales woman I would have made this a much bigger deal for the 4 1/2 hour round trip of time wasted.

If your looking for a used car thinking big dealership is better forget about it. This dealership sold me chevy volt 2 months later check engine light came on. After taking it in for service turns out the software needs to be updated. I Google this and turns out it's a known issue. Long story short I had to pay out of pocket for something they could've updated upon selling being its part of the inspection.. dont buy here!!!

I can't tell you how many visits to a car dealership I have had in my life and this was by far the best experience I have ever had. There was absolutely no pressure to buy and I felt comfortable the whole time. Brian V., our salesman, was fantastic. It was raining the day we bought the car so he set us up to have the car detailed on another day. He followed up and made sure it was done and even helped with installing the new mats we bought. I wholeheartedly recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a new car.

This review is for the service department. Disappointed with the level of customer service I received. Especially this being my first trip ever to a dealership. Very disappointed. When I went to pick up my car, the guy said let me get your keys and a receipt and I'll take you to the cashier. Paid over $850.00 to get a tune up on my car and not one single thing was explained to me in regards to what was done on my car. And come to find out only by reading the reciept when I got home, is that I had a screw in the outside sidewall tire that is not repairable which I understand. But at least you could have let me know before I got in the car to drive it. And why would you not offer to replace my tire? Service advisors name was Alex.

We came back to Winter for warranty work. We were well received and taken care of quickly. We were even lucky enough to get a loaner car since the car was going to take longer than we thought. They did offer us a shuttle too, which we were going to take until we got the loaner. I would recommend this dealership for your service needs, as they do take care of you and communicate about the status of your vehicle.

Attention to everyone that is thinking about getting their car serviced by this dealership please save your money do your research and go somewhere else. The employees that work here are rude and have no sense of customer service. We had a coolant leak which they said was my water pump, I authorized repair. Picked up my car and just 100 under miles it started to overheat. Sent back to them and they told me I needed a new motor. I'm wondering if that was my problem all along and they just wanted my money. Don't deal with Mark Anderson is rude and has no right dealing with customers.Thank youEmilio

I dropped in on Saturday to get a quote for an appointment set for Monday and I was able to have the servicing done without an appointment. I explained to Daniel that I had missed one scheduled mileage maintenance and my next scheduled maintenance was approaching so what ever needed to be done please take of it today.I was surprised that I was able to get a walk major servicing done.
