Tony is the epitome of great customer service and fairness. I visited this business for an estimate and was quite pleased with his thorough explanation of the work to be done for my collision damage. He was friendly and engaging, yet professional. After receiving his estimate, I immediately decided to use West Coast Autobody's services and not look any further for estimates. When my repairs are finished, I will give an updated review.

West Coast auto body is one of my favorite places. Not only do they do great work but customer service is key with them. Great value and Tony was super awesome. They fixed a hood alignment issue that another place said wasn't even possible. They did a great paint job and even fixed a bit of a dent in the back bumper just to be nice. This place rocks.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE BY TONY. WENT IN WITH MY NISSAN ALTIMA FOR A SLIGHT FENDER BENDER AND THEY DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT LIGHTS THEY HAVE FROM FACTORY!! I TOLD THEM THEY'RE XENON MYSELF JUST IN CASE. THEY ORDERED HALOGEN ONES AND CUT MY WIRING HARNESS TO ELECTRICAL TAPE IT. THIS CAUSED MY FUSE TO WITH IMPROPER WIRING. BROUGHT IT TO ANOTHER ELECTRICAL SHOP AND EXPLAINED MY STORY AND THEY THOUGHT IT WAS SOME SHADY CHEAP JOB.. IT LOOKS LIKE THEY TRIED TO RUSH THE JOB. WASN'T SOLDERED, OR EVEN HEAT SHRUNK!!

I've had work done twice with West Coast Auto Bodyshop and can honestly say that I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs light to heavy detailing or bodywork done on their personal or business vehicles. Their family-friendly approach to the individual needs eases the minds of their customers after they've experienced vehicle damage by providing nothing short of high-quality bodywork to each customer. Hassib and his team are nothing but professionals. I came in to get my rims on my 335i painted, and he did an absolutely fantastic job. The rims came out gloss black the exact way I wanted them to an she did it right when he said he was going to. I the price was better than the 5 other spots I talked to. I really couldn t have asked for more. I wouldn t go anywhere else for paint on my car or autobody work. I m excited that I got it done! Thanks West Coast!

I don't know what's up with all these bad reviews. I was referred to this shop and it was close to my job. They were so helpful I had no idea how to deal with my insurance. They actually spoke with my insurance company and saved me a lot of money and did the work and provided me proof of how much parts were and stuff. IDK about all these other people that left a bad review but my few experiences there were excellent and I highly recommend.

worst shop ever. dont take you car here. they gave me navk my car with used parts and they messed up my A/C , sensors and my trunk does not even open anymore. and IT'S a 2016 ford explorer. its my wifes car and they dont care if you have family and kids because they let my wife drive off with two used tires that were about to pop. they are scam artist. all their good reviews are drom family and friends. crooks. im so upset

Very bad customer and do not do a good job on body works and try and charge your insurance sky high to fix your car they try and do insurance fraud
