The installation part itself was fine. When I ordered the tires online according to what they specified for the vehicle, the wrong size was sent. I had to get a manager involved in order to get the right size and have them eat the cost of the other tires because they ordered the wrong ones. They told me I should always check the tires on the vehicle before I order new ones. This was not possible for me because I ordered the tires when I was out of town. The whole ordering the tires and the payment part was very convoluted. However at the end of the day the tires were installed correctly and I did get a good set of them. I would likely go back. Shout out to Beau the manager of the store for making it right.

Battery replacement on warranty went as well as I could of hoped. Purchased a battery in August and took it in because it died and they tested it and determined it needed replaced so I provided my ID they looked up the serial and boom brand new battery. Thanks for awesome service. Oh yeah and not a cent spent to replace the old one very nice . A+ on that one Wal Mart .

Sicely and Alfredo helped me get a resolution when I had a bad lug nut. I fixed it and they were able to accommodate me the same day. I would recommend them.

I've had my car's oil changed there 4 times so far. The last time I went there, I changed my car's tires there and the employees are all friendly and attentive, I was very pleased.

I never write reviews but I really had to take the time to rate these guys. I've been servicing tires and oil changes for 6 years now with Walmart across the country. This Walmart center is though by far the BEST! These guys are super helpful and ethical.. They work extremely well as a team and are super friendly. RARE! These guys went out of their way to help me on things I didn't even ask for free of charge on numerous occasions my last visit. I wish there was a way I could tip them! *Also note that the service center is scheduled by appointment so call in advance. I walked in and got kind of lucky timing.

I had a wonderful experience and there was a very nice woman that works in automotives Ash very knowledgeable straightforward and she seems to be very serious but because I constantly getting followed by security and I'm bubbly personality was able to make her laugh both times and both times she was able to get me the product that I was looking for

Pleasant people. Like most places they are understaffed. The person changing my oil told me they couldn t figure out how to reset the service light. I looked it up on YouTube before I left and rest it myself. All of that said-I will be a repeat customer.

I went into the Wal-Mart auto center to have my oil change they said for a few extra dollars we could do your oil change, rotate your tires, top off all your fluids for I thought yeah that s a good deal well come to find out they did not rotate my tires they did not too off my fluids, they didn t even put air in the tires I guess they didn t know that because I have a newer car if you push button on the inside of the car it tells you exactly how many psi is in the tires and mines was the same as it was before I went in. I talk to the manager and all he could say is I guess they were moving to fast. They didn t hesitate to hurry up and charge my card. All I can say is never again and if you do be sure to check to make sure everything with a friend that s going to be done is done

O starsAbsolutely awful service. No sense of urgency whatsoever. Watched a technician clean a window 8 times and it took them over an hour and a half to change the tires on one car.Opened 20 minutes late and employees spend more time with their hands in their pockets staring at the walls than working. Walmart sloths.

This is the worst Walmart auto center in the whole United States. Everett was the only hard working one on staff, I was informed my car would be done in an hour at 11:35 am and I m currently still waiting... ITS 1:16 PM! My car sat in the bay for an ungodly amount of time before being worked on, the staff seemed slow. Just overall a terrible work environment for productivity.

What can you say about a place with the worst customer service but the price keeps you going back. There is nothing more I can say about Walmart that has not been said. I will give a 5 star to the young African American lady who was working in the AutoCare department . She has the patience of Job and she still kept smiling!

Object in my tire that caused it to go flat I showed up at the Pittsburg auto shop. Without hesitation the whole staff was helpful and the prices where good too. I went inside hit up McDonald's shopped around for about a half hour and they were done! No complaints from me...

Total waste of time, I ordered a tire from walmart and The assistant manager Everett called me in because it had "came in". I get to walmart auto center and arrive at the front counter to get checked in. I waited very long just to even get attended too, When Everett says,"Your tire hasn't came in yet." As a customer we don't have time for games especially when we have to come in and waste our gas. Totally unprofessional and would not recommend to come here.

Long wait for a simple flat tire fix. Custumer tht came before me left 1 hr ago and yet im still wating for a FLAT TIRE repair. Been here 2 hrs so far, the guy working on my car just keeps walking around. Really bad service. Wont come here again.

Good value. They stand by their work. Just bring your vehicle back and speak with the supervisor if you have any issues with their service.

Staff is always really nice. They are unfortunately always understaffed. A oil change can take up to 3hrs if they can fit you in. Come early, and prepare for a long wait.

Terrible people working here. Lazy. Attitudes. No sense of urgency for assisting people. They seem to intetnionally move slower than a normal human. Terrible customer service!! Even when you show obvious patience! Dont go here unless you have to!!

WENT TO GET FISHING GEAR.. THEY WERE QUICK TO SELL ME ROD N REEL FOR PRICE IT WAS UNDER ALTHOUGH IT WAS $10.00 MORE AND JUST IN WRONG ROW. THEY THEN CORRECTED PRICING BUT I WAS PLEASANTLY IN N OUT WITH GEAR AND LICENSE PROMPTLY. YEARLY PRICE SHOULD HAVE BEEN FOR A YEAR, INSTEAD I GOT 8 MOS. FOR YEARLY PRICE. IT'LL WORK OUT

Slid me in after lunch for an emergency tire replacement,picked up a bolt on antioch streets and was leaking air slowly,auto department took care of this retired mechanic quickly.Thank You Everett,I'll shop again buddy!AAAAA+++++

The employees are very lazy!The service took forever to be done!They need to hire latinos!!2.5 hours to change 2 tires!! SeriouslyManager is lazy too!Disgusting service I give it -1 star.

Talked to a lady on the phone @3:40 wanted 4 new tires on the wheel(off the vehicle) I was told come now! Got there at 4:20 and was told they had the tires but could only put 2 on

This Walmart sure doesn't advertise this place, but it's a hidden gem. They put on your wipers for free with purchase and will change your transmission fluid with what you bring them (Honda CVT).

Long line, long wait, oil changes take more than a few hours, meineke cost less with better synthetic blend oil and they were faster

I always take my car for an oil change...some times it takes about 2hrs depending how many customer they have but still good.
