It was Saturday 4pm. I brought all 4 breaking pads for my car and they instantly started replacing 'em for $160 (labour). Breaking pads costs me $80 in AutoZone in total.It means, I payed $240 for changing breaking pads in total.

This is a well-organized shop! Don't let the small space fool you. My guy Sean got my new wheels on, simple yet perfectly done! Had a great time sharing knowledge with the staff. They know what they are about. They do mechanical works, and everything is timely done without rushing. One of the few honest auto shops i would recommend!

Sean is awesome!!Universal auto repair is an auto shop you can trust. The really take the time to explain with detail on work you need done. They have experienced mechanics that will help you fix any problem or modify your car to your needs. They also have really competitive prices. I took my 2012 Honda CR-V in to lift it and new wheels. I was more than pleased with the results.I will truly recommend this shop to anyone.

I had 2 tires 20 inch put on here on my Ram 2500, and the guy who was working on it had very good knowledge of what he was doing since it was big huge tires and often what happens if you don't know how to do them you will damage or scratch the rims, but mine was perfect and well balanced. I really appreciated what they did and I would recommend them to others.

I don't feel like my car was given the attention it needed I went back and Adam showed me a lot more extra needed information. Thank you very much. As of today I still haven't been made whole. The 2nd gear is missing. During acceleration the car jerks, I was told to bring the car back as if it doesn't work. I was also told someone would be coming to look at it and that I would called when they arrived and the call never came. In frustration and obvious poor repair. I initially brought the car in because the reverse wasn't working. The car wasn't jerking or missing when I brought it in.Service: Transmission

Had a friend try to replace a brake caliper for me, left me with air in my brake lines and no understanding of what to do. The folks at universal were able to fix me up quick. Prices were more than fair

I took my car in on Friday for a starting problem and it is now Tuesday and I still do not have my car back! They tell me to come pick it up yesterday(monday) to come and find out that they wanted "ME" to go down to the dealership and purchase a part because they didn't have time. That's why I brought it to you, I'm not a mechanic!! Terrible service and not professional at all! I don't even want to spend my money here because I feel discriminated being a black male which is just obsurd!! Do not go here!!!

This place is horrible. They purposely break things on your car for you to return for more business. Adam is always high off weed and never fixes the actual problem. He wont return your calls either. Will keep your vehicles for weeks at a time.

This place overcharges 40 percent than any other shop and they stole parts off my engine. Manager simply replies, " go to court"! Rip off artists
