Never going anywhere else for Tires. Was referred to the place by another great local spot, O'Brien's Auto for getting my tires looked at. Jesse gave me top notch customer service, and within thirty minutes he has removed a screw, patched and filled my tire. And at the end of it all? The man wouldn't let me pay. Just told me keep them in mind when I end up needing new tires.You can be sure that I will be going to the Tred Shed for any and all of my tire-related needs.

Tremendous place in a world of terrible garages. Been here many times and even now, when I don't live close anymore, I still get my oil changes here. I've had other stuff done like tire changes and electrical stuff for the last 13 years. They're fast and efficient. I've never had an issue. They're super honest. When you can find an honest mechanic, you use them forever.As someone who's dealt with plenty of sleazy garages and there are a lot of them, jump on the one who is good like these folks. Highly recommend.

I went in with a slow leak in a tire I didn't even buy from them. They took care of me quickly and without question. They were very helpful and honest: much appreciated!

Tires and alignment. Simple right? Well I guess not, if you can't figure out how to loosen a nut! But we can sell you all new parts with labor for $1300! Wow! I know she's old, not pretty and has a lot of miles! But it's a nut! PB blaster! Heat? Breaker bar? Will NEVER go back here. Lazy. Unprofessional. And just want to rip you off. Went to another place, 2 hours DONE. They even suggested shims for the rear. What? Do they even know what they are doing here? Also had a friend bring his GMC for a full suspension and within a couple weeks passenger side litterly broke. They did of course have to fix it under warranty.

I was having a bad morning and to find a bolt in my tire was not making it any better but after shopping around and finding these guys at the best price, I am so grateful for them. They took care of me quickly and I walked out of there having an extremely better day. I appreciate and trust their work and you should too.

Damn, you wont know how good this shop is until you go to another. I was about to go here to fix a tire leak but it was too far and I didnt have time, so I went to a closer shop. They said it was $40 per tire! Currently waiting right now, I regret it because I have a feeling they will screw me over unlike Tredshed.

Tred sheds the best shop around! Very trustworthy crew. The guys up front are very friendly and have great communication from start to finish. The guys in the back keep up their end with quality, quick, trustworthy work. I ve never had any issues here in the 8 years I ve been taking my truck to them. Always satisfied with Tred shed every visit, thank you guys!

Been coming here for years. One of the best garages in the East Bay. Very trustworthy and semi-fast (sometimes they're fast, sometimes not as fast as before). They do more than just tires. I get my oil change here when the time comes. I know it will get done right and within an hour at the right price. I have never had an issue here, they only do great work.

Nobody likes a flat tire...Gave them a call to find out if it was necessary for an appt. Mike was pleasant over the phone & told me walk-ins were welcome. Once I got my tire sealant in I drove over & was out in about 25-30mins with a few people ahead of me. My assumption was correct & I had a nail in my tire. I didn't get the repair guys name but he was great! Dave took care of the rest & I was out the door. Great experience via phone all the way to me getting my car back. First time customer & will be back when I have to! Thanks fellas!

I have been going to Tred Shed for years. Every time I go, I am pleasantly greeted by the staff. They listen intently to what my needs are and go out of their way to try and accommodate me. Their product and labor prices are fair as well. I would recommend anyone to Tred Shed.

Absolutely the best place to go to. Been coming here for years. Families owned and very friendly staff. You can get your tire fixed here if you get a flat, no charge (unless you need a new tire). I get my oil changed here regularly. Best to make an appointment ahead of time too.

Never going back, they advised me to get new tires but neglected to tell me they didn t have them in stock. Held my car up half a day. Without being honest. Also, over charged me for an oil change for my vehicle. Going to Nissan for oil change,a lot cheaper there. I had been going there for a while. But for some reason they are dishonest ppl. Never returning. Thanks for nothing!

We were referred here by a friend. We met the owner Kyle and his staff. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. They were able to fix an electrical problem quickly and at a fair price. I know that I just found my go to mechanic from now on.

Over the past 15+ years, my experience have been good. Until my experience yesterday. I was told I needed a new tire, just to find out it was the same tire from 4 months ago. (NO WARRANTY, NO DISCOUNT.. NO CONCERN FROM THEM AT ALL) NOT Only did I had to pay full PRICE again, but the price increase.... Then to top it off. When it was time to pick up the vehicle. THE WRONG TIRE WAS CHANGED. My confidence in them immediately faded.

Just got my tire patched today, we called the place to ask if needed an appt and said they don t; Dave was very friendly with our questions over the phone too. When we got there they accommodated us really well and started working on the car; we got the car after 30-45 minutes (since there was a lot of people in) and was about to pay when the staff suddenly said there was no charge and that it was on them. I m still pretty amazed at how they didn t charge me as I am writing this review!! Will come back for sure when needed! Thank you!!

This has been the best car mechanic and repair center I have ever been. Very professional and friendly staff. Also very honest too. I took my car for tire rotation and repair. The tire needed a patch and it cost me $0 for the patch and rotation which normally costs money if you do in other places. I will definitely take my car there again and will definitely recommend it to everyone.

Took my car in on a Tuesday at 730AM for a wheel alignment. Got my car back at 1230pm. Long wait time but the guys are very knowledgeable.

I have to say, to the point of my phone call and getting a quote to out the door, the customer service was excellent and Mike was very patient with my questions. Mike gave me a quote and I was there in 10 minutes to have my news tires installed. Called at 1:30 p.m and they close at 3 p.m on Saturday's. They knocked out the job in less than 40 minutes while waiting at their waiting room. Mike and Dave provided great customer service. The prices are great compared to competitors in the area. Will definitely be back for all my tire needs.

This is the best auto repair shop in the world. They have excellent customer service. They are all incredibly friendly, honest and realistic. You are treated like a human being and not merely another sale. Once you've taken your vehicle to this shop, you'll never take it anywhere else again. If you have any issues whatsoever, ask for Kyle or Austin.

I went to Tred Shed today in hopes of getting an oil change and tire rotation. I walked in and was greeted and then I asked the man behind the counter if they are taking walk-ins. He looked at me and said, For? From that point I could tell the guy was bothered or he was just flat out rude. Anyways, I said an oil change. I really wanted a tire rotation too but I didn t mention that because the guy seemed bothered by my presence. He ended up telling me if I got an oil change today, they would keep my car all day. Really? For a 15 minute oil change? I ended up going to Mobil 1 in Antioch and I was in and out in 15 minutes. I guess tred shed didn t want my money.

As 04/06/22. They change the paces on some tire three times... I had to check prices with their competitors in town and found much better prices. I had made an appointment with them for those tires and had to canceled, they didn't take the cancelation to well... They have served my vehicles in the pass... Will give them another chance in the future...

Had no problem with the price I paid, however I paid for a modified alignment and it didn t look like they knew what that meant. The camber on my front tires is completely off and the suspension I have, has camber plates and the guys at Tred Shed definitely didn t even try to straighten them out as shown in the results I got back.Also the guy who was explaining the results seemed to be in a rush and avoiding to be asked any questions. Honestly my first and last time coming here for anything. I suggest if you have a modified car to take your business elsewhere, because it doesn t look like they know at all what they re doing when it comes to that. Although they ll very much charge you extra fees for it being modified. Very displeased and unsatisfied with these peoples work.

Wow! Wow! And triple wow! Patched my leaking tire and (drum roll please) THEY DIDN T CHARGE ME (what?!). That s right, they didn t charge me. I insisted on paying but they wouldn t take my money. Excellent, friendly customer service. 100 stars! Highly recommend.

These people are awesome! We drove over a bolt or nail on the freeway, and they were the closest place that looked good. Turns out they were about to close early for the holiday, ten minutes after we got there, but they still took care of us, repairing the tire and getting us back on the road in no time. What could have been a miserable experience turned into the best possible experience it could have been. Thank you guys so much!

We take multiple cars here for service. One shop told my mom they needed to repair all 4 tires and not just the flat one on her civic. She could only afford to change the 1 at the time. She then decided she ll change the other 3 at tred shed and the guy told her he d love to do it, but her tires are still in good shape. She loved the honesty and will be going back and thanked me for the recommendation.

I brought in a punctured tire for repair and was out in less than half an hour. They could have pushed me back for more profitable work, but still provided stellar service!
