Great body and paint shop ,, owner Michael is a really good man will make sure you are taken care of in every way !His brother Chris is a great body and Paint man he did most of the work on my vehicle.I definitely would recommend this shop to everyone.Here is my vehicle they did below .

Love them because they always treat me like family. This is my 1st time writing review but been there so many time. Mike is the best person as friend and as body shop guy. I took mine Lexus Is300 to change headlights (Got Halo, led projectors lights) even tho they were busy. He was still able to get me out in few hours (Not to mention they have to take all wire assembly out from my old headlight because they were HID). He and another guy did fabulous job and my car look better then before. Look at the pictures. Highly Recommend them!!!! Best people ever.

Tepa auto body has been one of the best experiences of my life. The manager Michael gonzalez has much knowledge on customer empathy . Is very helpful and most of all very honest. His advice saved me over $1000.00 dollars to find a company that honest & not trying to get over on you today is wonderful ,company's like his made America great. Helpful , honest , & has best pricing . If your in need of some body work be sure to see him before you decide to go with someone else

I like this place! The lady Estimator did a bang up job on the numbers. She had sharpened her pencil and gave me a good quote! I'm gonna have them do some body work and paint my old work truck! And right next door is an upholstery shop to redo the seats! The owner said $500 to $650 for everything on the inside to make it look like new! Can't wait for them to schedule my truck for a complete makeover!

Great place...this is the only shop that would do custom work on my carbon fiber hood....amd they did a great job...way better than what I would have done

I went to TEPA body shop in Pittsburg Ca. Assuming my front doors of my 1968 Skylark needed to be realigned. Michael one of the owners explain to me that if I get my weatherstripping installed. I would not need any bodywork done also I would not have to pay a fee. Five Stars for a true honest businessman.

Where to start with this place ? Family owned and operated . The head mofo in charge is Michael and he is a pleasant fella. Every time I came in he was busy working on a car and each time it was something totally different . The man has got a big skill set to say the least .The shop was on top of everything from the second they took possession of my truck . In the process of fixing things i was able to make a couple of upgrades with no problem.From start to finish across the board this place was accommodating courteous and professional .

Tepa has done 2 services for me: rebuilt my blown head gasket and fixed my right front wheel bearing. They did it lower than estimates from other quality vendors. Both services were in 2017 and are holding up nicely. Good people--quality work. I recommend them highly.

I was told Michael and the guys did top notch work and for an affordable price so I brought my car all the way from Oakland. Tepa Auto Body went above and beyond my expectations. They had my car ready when they said they would and it actually looked much better than it did when I bought it. I wouldn t take my car to be repaired anywhere other than Tepa Auto Body! Thanks guys!

Exceptional service from the easy to use yelp quote, to dropping off and getting a ride to Bart.Michael walked me through the whole process and reassured me of a successful job, after I hada poor encounter with a body shop in pleasant hill with a young man who never took off his sunglasses outside and continually used terms like well if we have to do this it could cost more, and if it tears we might have to xx . None of that at Tepa. Direct, confident and expert service.When I picked up today I was blown away at how perfect the car looked. I had to ask Michael is this the same car I dropped off we both laughed. I d give 6 stars if I could.Thank you Tepa Team. The body work is phenomenal and paint job undetectable, and belies a dedication to the craft that has seemingly been lost at other businesses. Thank you technician titans!

I have three-stage paint on my car (pearly white) and they matched it perfectly. There were 2 flaws I noticed in the paint and they fixed it on the spot. Very professional, quality work!

Tepa Auto Body are a bunch of True Professionals. They do stellar work. My car was in a accident. The made me feel comfortable doing business with them. The set a timeline and met it. I have recommended friends and family to them for future. It sucks I can only give them 5 Stars the desire 1000 STARS. Awesome Company!!!!

I first came to Tepa a couple years ago after I had been reared ended and a different shop in the area had respectfully refused to work on my car because it was apparently too complicated of a job. Initially and naturally I was quite worried figured I would either have to get a new car or it would cost a fortune and a lot of stress to get it repaired. After speaking with a cousin of mine who referred me to Tepa, I took the car in.Michael the business is a great guy, very professional and knowledgeable but best of all very humble. From the beginning he told me not to worry that he had it covered and he wasn't lying. He immediately answered any questions and concerns I had, dealt with the insurance companies, relieving most of my stress and worries and with in a week and a half my car was back in tip top shape. Since then, I have brought my car back for other dents and bruises that it has gone through over the years and as always its great service and great work, I could not be happier! So I highly recommend you go to Tepa.

They did a BEAUTIFUL job in painting and doing the body work...however they sent my car out for front end alignment that was said to fail twice by Big O, but when asked about balaning the tires he said my tires were bad, which I bought 4 months prior, the car at 35mi. jumps /bounce like dribbling a basketball...I tried calling always not a available. So I drove tbere and talked to him about the balancing, he said the same bull, then when I said that bouncing will through the aliment off, he said . .NO IT Was not balanced...so I will take it to get an alignment, take receipt to him or submit to the insurance carrier...BUT THE CAR PAINT, OUTER REPAIRS ARE BEAUTIFUL...(THE HE) MIKE

In 2017 I decided I wanted to paint my car after a few incidents where it was damaged in parking lots. I took quite a bit of time to do my research, and early last year I decided to go with Tepa Auto Body after seeing their reviews. Unfortunately, my experience hasn't been what I expected at all, and I regret not going elsewhere.When I brought my car in, I was told by Michael, the owner, that the job would take two weeks. Michael went over the process of the project, and gave me a quote. Everything sounded great. I figured this would be simple since I merely wanted my car re-painted the OEM color, nothing fancy. I dropped the car off a week later and got a rental. Michael promised to send pictures of the car as the project progressed.The first sign of trouble came when nearly two weeks had passed and I received no email with pictures or an update of any sort. I figured the shop was busy and decided it didn't matter as long as the car was done on time. Unfortunately, the two-week mark arrived a couple days later and I still didn't receive an email or phone call. I was forced to extend my rental another week.After three weeks, I get the call. I arrive at the shop, and upon first glance I see two huge scuff marks on the back bumper, clear as day. I had already dropped off my rental and I had to be at work in an hour, so I decided to just take the car and talk to Michael later since he wasn't in the office yet. I paid my bill with the secretary and left.I took a closer look later, and much to my dismay the car had a number of glaring issues in addition to the bumper. First, Tepa painted all the way down to the undercarriage instead of just the body, creating an ugly and incorrect look that should've been apparent upon inspection. Parts that were black before were now painted silver. Next, I noticed that many parts of the body just above the undercarriage had significant amounts of overspray. You could easily see and feel the accumulation of paint. Lastly, my driver door seemed to get caught on something when closing, preventing it from completely closing unless I really put some muscle in it. It still happens to this day.I emailed Michael about the problems. He had me bring the car in and the cosmetic issues (bumper, undercarriage, and overspray) were fixed that same afternoon.Everything was fine for about two months until I took my car to get detailed. When they were done, a huge swath of paint was missing from the driver side fender. I emailed Michael to tell him about what happened with the car wash. I also pointed out I had recently noticed that in many places, especially on the passenger side, that the car's paint didn't shine flat and looked rippled. This is known as "orange peel" and is something I am now all too familiar with, unfortunately. Besides the missing paint and orange peel, I also noticed a few spots of paint chipping on the driver door and another on the hood. He told me to bring the car in again.A week later the fender looked good as new, but none of the other issues were addressed. Michael wasn't in the shop that day, so I took my car back, feeling defeated and just wanting to move on. I figured I could live with the other stuff. Unfortunately, this wouldn't be the last of my problems.As mentioned above, the second time I brought my car back I mentioned the paint chipping. He said it was caused by being hit by a driver or road debris, but I've never seen car paint peel like this. Regardless, he said they would be fixed but they weren't. Since fall began, I've noticed even more of these chips appearing all over the car, mainly the hood and passenger fender (guess that makes sense seeing what happened to the other fender). It hasn't even been one year yet.I was thinking of contacting Tepa again, but at this point I'm fed up and don't have any faith in them. I get the feeling because I came in with a plain '02 Toyota instead of something like a Mercedes they decided to put the "second string" painter(s) on my car as practice. I really wanted to like this place, but I can't recommend them.

Great customer service! Someone hit my parked car and Tepa Auto Body not only gave me my car back looking brand new in a time efficient manor, but also dealt with my insurance company for me. Very accommodating service. I have been taking my cars here for years and have had nothing but great service. I would highly recommend them for body repairs or mechanical repairs. Thanks Tepa Auto Body you brought my car back to life!

I really needed a brake job, and it had taken so long to get time off for the repair that I was really worried, because my truck sounded horrific at all times on the road at that point. After getting a couple of estimates prior, I called Tepa auto body and got in contact with a very kind sounding man who gave me an estimate for much less then I had been hearing, and that was not with re-surfacing, it was much less then other guys with BRAND NEW ROTORS put on! So I took a chance, and had a VERY pleasant and rather quick experience, followed by beautiful silence on the ride home... I'm definitely coming back here. Thanks guys.

Thank you to Michael and the team! Did a very good job and helped tremendously with installing my rear flares and fixing the imperfections on my rear bumper, hood, and front bumper! Glad I came here and highly recommend

If i could give me more then 5 STARS i would!!My car got messed up, and they made it Look like nothing even happened to it!I m telling everyone i know to go to them to get there car fix painted and etc..I m taking my other car get painted Real Soon!!Thank you guys again for helping me and fixing my paint job!!

Great honest service! Quick with the repairs and no hidden or unexpected costs. Quoted me a fair estimate on repairs and even came out under what he originally quoted me. Will recommend them to everyone I know
