Took my old craftsman, Lawnmower, which is 20 years plus old. The pulley went out. Also had a tune-up done. Got it back in 2 days. Ricky even put the correct blade on at no extra charge. Overall, he is pretty reasonable. Was a little worried because of the awful reviews previous people wrote. 4 stars

We dropped off our chainsaw for a tune up and he said it would be ready in a couple of days. After almost a week and no phone call, we checked in with him and he said it needed a new carburetor. We were told it would be a week and a half to two weeks to get the part. After 3 weeks and no phone call, we went to the shop on a Thursday and the gates were closed. We tried to call, left messages and got no response. We went back to the shop on Friday to figure out what was going on. After reading reviews I figured I should just pick it up while we had the chance. I do not recommend this business. There was zero communication.

My husband dropped off our lawn mower a month ago for a tune up. we haven't been able to get it back. He doesnt answer the phone or return calls. usually only open one or two days a week. My grass knee high due to this shop's bad business practice. I do not recommend you use this business unless you never want to see your equipment again.

Took my small tiller here based upon the good ratings I had read. I brought it in Friday arou d noon and was told he would call me Saturday for an estimate. Saturday comes and goes with no call. Monday afternoon I call and am told how busy they are and they'll look at it Tuesday. I went and picked it up. While he refunded my money, he seemed upset that he had to, slapping the money down on the bench. I'll go back to my regular guy. At least he follows through

I took my lawnmower to this place and asked him to give me an estimate and waited and waited and waited and I got no return call. After calling him several time and him finally answering the phone 3 days later he told me it would cost 250$ I told him I didn t have the money and I would bring it back later he got really anger with me. When I went to go pick it up my lawnmower was all tore up and he would not even help me put it in the back of my car I highly recommend do not bring your equipment here.

We've use Ricky's for all equipment repairs for our local landscape business for many years. Ricky always makes order out of chaos when it comes to our broken machinery, and he's quick about it too. What we really appreciate, though, is his fair pricing and good communication.

My bobcat and trailer got "stolen" (or sold, more likely) while at this shop. No insurance coverage, no reimbursement, just avoided my phone calls and visits hoping I would give up. BEWARE!

I have been away from Pittsburg since 2007 and when I was growing up this was Rock City and I used to play war with my friends right behind it I grew up on Woodland just down the street
