If you want quality work done on your vehicle this is the shop to go to. I had completely ran over a mid street divider with my Honda civic and severely damaged the whole bottom of my car. I was scared to go to any body shop due the extensive damage that I knew my car had.This shop has a great reputation with my insurance for the best service in the area and the work definitely proves it.Poncho is very professional in every aspect of his work. He always answered my calls and gave me frequent updates on the work being done on my car.Extremely satisfied with how my car turned out. This guy really takes pride in his work and it shows. Poncho is the most detailed, responsive, and professional I have ever worked with to get my car repaired. My SUV was declared total by the insurance company of the person who hit me. Poncho came the same day I called him to inspect my vehicle. He went over the quote in detail and kept me informed every step of the way. His work is exemplary! I have had multiple cars repaired in the past and have always been able to tell when the car has had work done. My SUV looks brand new again! His work is excellent. I really appreciate his honest work ethic, timeliness, and his commitment to quality work. I will never use anyone again! He works with all insurance companies and is trustworthy. Poncho s Auto Body Shop is great! Not only is his prices reasonable, he s professional, honest and does good quality work. While he was working on the left side of my car he found some very poor work (glued fender hanging on to a broken screwed on bracket) He called me immediately and told me. I new it came from a large neighboring shop my insurance sent me to. I should have done my work because if I knew about Poncho s Auto Body Shop back then I would have brought my car to Poncho instead of Mike s. Poncho s Auto Body Shop is the place you should bring your car to if it needs body work! BEST PLACE IN Contra Costa County!

Poncho's Auto Body Shop did a great job bringing my C-HR back to life. Poncho was able to tow my vehicle to his shop the same day I went in for a consultation He communicated with me every step of the way and advocated for me to the insurance to make sure I received the best parts and services. My car was hit and run while I was out grocery shopping. The back bumper was pretty ripped up :( so I found this auto body shop. They do all types of insurance claims and he was so fast! I dropped my car off and he even cleaned it when I picked it up. Thank you Ponchos Autobody Shop!! My new bumper looks fantastic!
