Shane is amazing at his shop. Great guy and a great mechanic! Prices were far and turnaround on the car was extremely fast. Shop is clean and professional!

So we had called a couple times within 2 weeks and finally were able to lock down a day. O Briens is busy but they do quality work.He told us a Tuesday and we dropped the car off in the morning and had it back before closing that day.Work: new alternator in a 2015 pilot.Really nice employees and owner, would highly recommend. Shop is clean and safe practices are done, would highly recommend. He values quality here.

I live around the corner from the shop but I've never used them before. I figured it'd be convenient to have a shop so close to my house so I gave him a try. I got my truck back the same day I dropped it off for a fair price. I'm happy with the work.

Good people, excellent service, good prices. They put a remanufactured engine in my truck; they were the only one that offered me 3yrs. warranty. For the work they did and their service the price was fair, I'm happy with the results. At the time of estimating I noted Shane's knowledge and felt free to ask questions, so it gave me confidence.

I had such an incredible experience using O'Brien's Auto Repair. From dropping off my car, communication and understanding what was going to be done, expenses (which I would say were INCREDIBLY REASONABLE) to picking up my car in a time frame that was amazing..... I have found my places for future oil changes and any auto repairs as long as I'm in this area!!!! ABSOLUTELY SATISFIED CUSTOMER AND CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!!!! Just what I want in a mechanic. Shane was honest, quick and reasonable with his pricing. I thought I told him I needed rear wheel bearings on my 2010 Prius, but he tested the car just to verify. When I came to get the car, he had the old bearings on hand to show me how badly they were worn. I asked him to check the brake pads, because another repair shop told me they were almost due for replacement. Shane reported that the pads were still at 50-60%, so he advised waiting. Dropped the car off at 9, and it was done at 11:30. AND, the cost was half of what four other repair shops had quoted. O'Briens is my new go to place for car service.

Have taken my car here a few times for repair, a few times for oil changes and sent a few people there for the same... the service is amazing, the work is top notch and you can't find more honest mechanics out there. Their number one priority is you and your car. Glad we have them in Pittsburg!

These guys know what they are doing .. from my 98 chevy truck to my 2017 prius... high quality parts and workmanship... if you have an emergency they try to get you in and out as soon as they can... they are so good that you may have to wait a day for routine stuff... but worth any wait ever!

A++ very well rounded shop they work on everything. Brought my classic car there cause no one else would work on it. They said no problem and did show quality work. Very Impressed. I was referred to them by a friend.

Terrible customer service. Guy answered the phone and was very rude. I told him what was wrong and he said I don t know what to tell you, I m about to close....what kind of answer is that?!!! I called an hour before closing time (5pm). Smh! Never again

Go to O'Brien's Auto Repair, y'all. You can trust the positive reviews, especially this one. Shane was very personable, fair and thorough in repairing my 2008 Honda Civic. (She ain't pretty, but she is faithful and dependable. ) She jerked when shifting and would not run over 30 mph. Two weeks before, I had a mobile mechanic diagnose my car who said that I needed a tuneup, which he did. He also changed my oil and replaced my defective oil pan, things that I needed. However, he never addressed the real problem. My car ran for one day before the check engine light appeared and I needed a tow. Shane made an appointment for me this week, and O'Brien' Auto Repair has absolutely been a Godsend. Shane replaced a defective relay and road-tested my car several times to check for a throttle problem. When I received the price I was stunned, but extremely happy. I have found my FOREVER repair shop! I even took some of their business cards to distribute to my family and friends.
