Dropped my dads car off for an estimate. Friendly service. Left the car for repair. Will update after repair. But so far so good.

They gave me a price. My insurance adjuster agreed, and wrote me a check, less my deductible. I brought my car in on the scheduled appointment date. They handed me items from the car that they thought I might want to retain. They shuttled me back home. They kept me informed as to the status of the repair. When they started the repair, they found more damage. My insurance company agreed. They called to advise the car was repaired one day earlier than expected. I asked for a discount, since I was paying by my bank's cashier check, and they would not have to pay a credit card fee. They agreed. They sent a shuttle to pick me up. The car looked cleaned, inside and out. I was very pleased.

Brought our Car in to fix damage to bumper, sensors and fog light.Left with a Bumper that looks like new :)We added an interior fix that need doing out of pocket (which we are now ecstatic about having had the option)Between AAA and Mike's everything was fixed and looking like new with the least amount of inconvenience possible. I wrecked my car and thought I've give them a chance with my baby. I brought my car in not knowing the top tier service offered here. I was called about updates they also let me have options, which made me feel apart of the process. When I picked up my car, nothing but not because they not only fixed my car the made her look like the day I bought it. Amazing work and would recommend to everyone. Thanks

They took 8 days for an estimated, and 2 days after the pick up appointment. The door was replaced for a new one. Good painting job.

Someone crunched the driver's side door on my 2011 F-150 and ran. AAA recommended Mike's and bonus, they are across the street from where I work. The repair was done quickly(1 week) and the finished product looked like the damage never happened. Customer service was great, Susan was on Awesome and on point keeping me informed and answering all of my questions. Hopefully I won't need their services in the future, but if I do I'm giving Mike's a call. Would and will recommend them to anyone who asks. Mike s Auto body is hands down the best place to get work done. They are efficient. Helpful. Communicative. And have really great customer service. They walked me through the process of what was going to happen to my car and how long it would take and if anything changed. Susan at the Pittsburg Mike s Auto Body is fantastic. The person who came out and did the original estimate seem like she had a bad day. I totally got there was a discrepancy about part of the damage but wasn't happy with the attitude . Overall besides that the experience was great. They do great body work and everybody else I have dealt with has great customer service.

I am so happy and so grateful for my guy here I happened to get dillian for my repair technicianbl. After the horrible experience that I had gone through at All Star Ford I WAS SO WORRIED AND ACTUALLY PRETTY SCARED about what to expect from this place!! But dillian did put my mind to ease very quickly and his wining personality was very nice to work with I have had just a nightmare dealing with Ford and just this suv in general from basically day one that I purchased it But dillian seriously has saved my life and helped me out so much in confirming all my thoughts on what Ford did to my car behind my back and he really took the time with me and pointed out all the dents and scratches on my vehicle that are going to be covered and then went over with me what I need to do to go after my goals to fix my current predicament! I fully recommend that everyone go here

My experience with Mike's Auto Body in Pittsburg was nothing but pleasurable. I was constantly kept up to date on when parts were coming in and any delays that came about. Melissa and the rest of the staff were pleasure to work with as well. They always knew who I was when I called, greeting me by name. Melissa is very knowledgeable in her position and cars in general. I would recommend Mike's Auto Body to anyone who needs work done on the vehicle(s). My car looked like new when it was returned to me. I couldn't be happier!!!

The epitome of professionalism & very accommodating.Our car was finished relatively quick, roughly 3 weeks during the pandemic.Customer service was impeccable and they'll shuttle you home.Our car looked showroom ready. I was very pleased & my wife was as well.I'd highly recommend these guys.

Had the best experience here. The customer service is awesome. Melissa and the team did a great job on my car. Hope to not need a body shop again in the near future but, I would recommend this shop to anyone seeking work done. Even suggested this shop to the persons whose car I hit. I got my car back before his and had a better turnout.

At one time I would refer everyone to Mike's but this last experience has me questioning the service. I had the do repairs to my car which included painting the driver side from front to back. Started this process in August 2021 and to date it has not been completed. They painted the side and we found swirl marks all over. Then after going in 3 times to get it repaired they decided they couldn't get the marks off and are finally sending a detailer to remove the marks. Timeframe to get this done way to long 8/21 - 2/22 still not done and very frustrated.

I was more than impressed with the level of communication and care I received. My truck needed a new number due to an accident. It is a work truck so Mike s could easily have just done the work and given me the truck back, but no. They informed me of every step, then washed my car, detailed the tires, and detailed the interior. Was really impressed and blown by the extra care and customer service. Hope to never need to go back, but if I ever need body work done.... this is the place to go.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Beware taking your car to this business. They repaired damage to my car just fine, however, they claim a homeless person broke into their yard which lead to my car getting ransacked and a few items stolen. Tire wheel lock key and a pair of designer Chanel sun glasses where stolen as a result of Mike's Auto body leaving my car doors unlocked while in their yard. They took photos of the interior of my car so the can confirm that my sunglasses where in the driver door compartment, but because I don't have a receipt for the sunglasses that I've had a few years, they refuse to repay me for items stolen due to their negligence and failure in securing my car while under their possession. Manager Kent confirmed that my car was 1 of 2 vehicles that were ransacked on the same day. I will NEVER take my car here again.Service: Body & Trim

Too many problems after repairs. Been back once already and newest issue cost me $700 to get home from a camping trip. Dropped off my my car at Mikes to have the rear bumper painted. This is my car that I drive 4-5 time a year when the weather is good. I am extremely picky about this car and know it like the back of my hand. I washed it before I dropped it off and everything was good. Picked it up a week later and the car was dusty, washed it when I came home and found a lot of brown rusty spots and craters on the roof graphics and some on hood and trunk as well. Don t know what happen. Had it back several times to Mikes but they refused to take responsibility.Paint on the bumper turned out good but replacing the graphics cost me twice the cost of painting the bumper.I would not recommend anyone to use this place!
