I had such an amazing experience with Russo s auto body shop! They were able to take my car in and get it fixed extremely fast. There is no showing that my car was even damaged after the repairs they made! The workers were very helpful and overall such nice people! I highly recommend this place!

They have great customer service, and very friendly. Kept me up to date about my car, and when it would be done. They even washed my car for me. I will definitely use them again.

Car star Russo s Auto body was great. They took care of my car in a timely manner. I got updates with what they were doing with the car. I especially appreciate that when I picked up my car, it was detailed and my car looked like it was brand new again. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

These guys are the BEST. Car looks like new, they kept me in the loop with constant updates via phone and text, and delivered the completed car quicker than expected. 10/10 would use again (but hope I don't need too!). Highly recommended.

These guys are great, and did a phenomenal job on my car. Zach and crew were friendly, professional, and kept me informed every step of the way. I had substantial damage to the front bumper and passenger side quarter panel, including damage to the radiator and cooing fan. Carstar Russo found everything and fixed it so I can't even tell that the car had been repaired. And they did it in only 4 days!! I came in on Tuesday morning, and it was ready to go that same Friday afternoon. To make sure all was OK they performed extensive testing and inspection several times. I'm impressed with Carstar Russo and I very highly recommend them. You won't find a better auto body shop anywhere!!

We had unusual damage to the Nissan driving on the 4 that rendered the car unrivaled. The staff got us a reasonable estimate, and were able to locate new parts for a car no longer in production.Here is the kicker. They got our car back to us in less than a week. If you didn't believe in miracles you can now.Come here with confidence.

This place does excellent work. Unfortunately enterprise Rent-A-Car does not no-fault to the body shop the place I rented my car at I wouldn t recommend anybody stay away from enterprise Rent-A-Car Antioch.

Vishal and Zack were great throughout the updates of my vehicle and handed my vehicle back to me in better shape than when it went in. I had an accident recently and was given their name and number by my insurance company. The first thing in the morning the day after the accident these guys called me and arranged for me to bring the car in. 24 hours later the dents were repaired and a primer coat put on. These guys were fast and sent me updates daily by text. The work they did was first rate and done faster than I expected. Jerry and Zach were amazing. After waiting months to get my car fixed because they other body wasn t responding, they took me in right away and got my car fixed as soon as possible (5 days). They provided excellent customer service and walked me through all the details of what needed to be done. I appreciate them also vacuuming the interior of my car.Service: Body & Trim

Jerry and Zack were a pleasure to work with. They were helpful and explained in detail what needed to to get fixed, how long and the process of working with the insurance company. This was my daughter s first and hopefully our last accident and so it was comforting to know we were in good hands. I took my car in to get my AC repaired and both Jerry and Zack were super helpful. The quality of their work is amazing and the job was done quickly and correctly. The price was expensive but definitely worth it. Excellent job, you guys! Definitely will be calling you in the future!

I took my car to Russo Auto Body after reading the glowing Google reviews. I can say that these guys are the best! They are friendly, honest, and professional. Their repair work is great, and their paint and finish is flawless. I've taken cars to some of the bigger shops but found that Russo does as good, if not a better job, at a great price. I have now taken 3 cars to Russo Auto Body and my experience has been consistently world-class!

Russo did a great job doing minor repairs and painting my 2007 Lexus. It still looks like new after 8 months. I went in recently to have side molding reattached and they took care of it immediately! The manufacturer's double sided tape was lifting so they reattached to hold better, no questions asked! They are always friendly and professional. I highly recommend them.

Highly recommend this place. I was rear ended and I didn't want to go to Geicos preferred shop because they did not have good reviews, and I could not be happier with my choice to take my car here. They were very quick, friendly, and professional. They did a great job of keeping me up to date with what was going on with my car. And best of all, my car looks brand new, thank you guys so much!!!
