They say you get what you pay for and that's what it was. I asked if was there a waiting area before I got there. The owner said yes. Well. The waiting area is the office in the cold. Not a true waiting area. The place is an open garage. With a small office space to the side with an old loveseat. Which was too low for my knees and was directly in front of the open door. No heater. No offer or intention to close the door because it's designed to stay open. As I sat there freezing, I watched their receptionist play cards with what appeared to be a young family member. They were nice and courteous. It is a family business and they had coffee and snacks that I did not partake in. The restroom was clean and plenty of supplies were stored overhead. The water was freezing. No hot water. My windshield replacement was done after about 2 hours. NOT to my liking. They did not match my trimmings seamlessly to my car. Not happy. (SEE PICS) He said, "Oh that will be ok, if I have any problems there's a warranty". I was cold and tired ready to leave. I figured it would be better after the tape came off which only revealed the shabby work. I gave them 3 stars because they are a family business, they were cordial and the bathroom was clean. Cold but clean. They were available for the time I needed and very affordable. So far it's been raining nonstop and no evidence of rain coming inside. Hopefully this will remain the case. But I know something is l

Quick, friendly, professional service. They came to my house and installed a passenger side front window at the most competitively low price I could find. 5 stars, window works great. They cleaned thoroughly.

Brian's Auto Glass are experts at what they do. Offer very fair glass prices... I searched and found no price better than theirs. Had my glass replaced in a timely manner and I was off to my day.The owner Lalo is very friendly & knowledgeable.I returned another time for assistant with a tiny crack in my windshield and he was kind to not charge for the service. Choose Brian's you won't go wrong. It's tucked away at Garcia Ave shops...search n find they are helpful n kind.

I never write reviews, but Eduardo and his assistant did a fantastic job on my 2001 Mitsubishi Montero sport .I needed my rear door glass replaced, after some dweeb broke into my car.They came to my home, got right to work, and completed the job in about 30 min. He also has a very fast response rate, which I was very grateful for as the other shops either didn't answer or brushed over my questions.Very professionalFastGood WorkHonest and FairLow PricesThank you guys!

This is a great place to come for your glass needs! I came to have some plexiglass cut for my fishtank, this place and GM glass, Eric were the kindest to do it. GM was closing soon and they're in Walnut Creek, so I called here and Lalo said come on down and he did it! Great experience here, the pictures will speak for themselves, check them out, its the fishtank lid on a 130 gallon fishtank, Lalo made it happen! Beautiful people here, so kind and professional!!!!!
