10/10 BMW REPAIR SHOP - 100% RECOMMENDShoutout STEVE & MATT!!!!Genuinely the customer service and physical work they do is outstanding. I have a problematic bmw with huge issues and they got it DONE in a FEW DAYS when it would ve taken WEEKS at another shop!! My bmw feels like a whole new car This is the ONLY shop I m taking my car to!

Found my new BMW mechanics!!! When I arrived at the shop, I spoke with Matt and told him what was going on with the car and he went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. Steve gave me very fair pricing for the work that needed to be done and Matt handled all the repairs done to my wife's BMW. Matt went over the car from front to back and made sure I won't have any problems for a long time. No BS no upselling no gimmicks no price gouging just great service and great people at Bush Motor Works.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Vehicle Inspection

I have been taking my cars to Steve @ BMW SERVICE WORKS for the last past twelve years. I ve been going to BMW for almost 20 years. This shop is by far the best value in the Bay Area when it comes to having your BMW serviced and repaired. Steve is a master technician and an expert at diagnostic repairs. He has saved me hundreds of dollars over the years with his honest and direct approach. I have owned dozens of BMWs and Bush Motor Works has serviced all of them. I am definitely a happy customer. My wife and I have been coming to Bush Motor Works now for over 6 Years. We are a BMW family, having a 645ci Convertible, X-5 and X-1. Whenever the engine light comes on, we head down to Bush Motor Works for a evaluation of the vehicle. My 645ci had been sitting for a while, I knew I needed front struts but wasn't ready to spend all that $$$, but it was time. I took my 645ci in for evaluation. Not only did it need struts, it needed Control arms, and a water pump. Matt was very comprehensive in explaining to me what he found, and made adequate recommendations to resolve not only these issues, but replacement of hoses, weather stripping around my windshield, and re-installation of my rear view mirror that bracket had stripped out. Come to find out Matt and I have a lot in common, as relationships in business is #1. As a business owner myself, I can appreciate his attention to detail, and immediately resolving any issues and/or misunderstanding that may arise during the course of a repair. Shout out to Steve for Bringing on such an awesome Mechanic/Manager. Matt is an awesome addition to the Bush Motor Works Family. Happy to see that this business has a great star rating, because they deserve it. My main man Steve took care of my i5. To be honest, I wasn't sure that this was the place to get my baby serviced, but to my pleasant surprise they are more than competent and extremely friendly. The most important trait to me is that the business treats the customer right, and these guys have apparently gotten the message. Thanks for the hard work, and for being on time. Best, Tahir

These guys are amazing! They saved us when we were quoted a ridiculous amount to fix a water pump in our BMW (apparently a standard issue.) They fixed our vehicle promptly, took great care of it, and took great care of us. Wonderful professionals who know what they're doing and know how to treat their customers. We used to only service our BMW at the dealerships, but now we have our new go-to repair company. We trust them much more than the local dealership now! Thanks Bush Motor Works!!!

If I lived in this area, I'd come here for every repair. I was in Pittsburg for work and happened to run into trouble with my 7 series. The pricing was unbelievable for a BMW and the repairs were done on time with no shady vibes. The main guy, Steve, spoke to me straight forward and made me feel comfortable about the repairs, and most certainly delivered ON TIME! Thanks, again!

I have been coming to Bush Motor Works since 2000! My most recent visit was for my brakes. They were prompt courteous and honest about the work completed. Car repair shops are an important part of our every day life, and I purposely bought my daughters' first cars, BMWs because I knew I had a repair shop that I could trust and not overcharge me! He is a BMW trained technician and I will always bring my car(s) to Steve and his staff, no one else!

Have been going to Steve since he opened up back in 99. Can t say enough for his expertise and professionalism. Staff are good at what they do. Very reasonable prices on parts and labor. Bush Motors is amazing. Steve went above and beyond for me. My car lost all power and I didn't know where to go. I remembered I had taken my car for a battery change. I called a tow truck and then I called Bush motors to see if I could have my car dropped off to there shop. It was after hours and he answered the phone. I must have called 5 times and every time he answered the phone. He even went as far as calling his neighbor business to assist me after hours. He had an answer first thing in the morning and it turned out to be a recall so he went above and beyond to drive my car to the dealership. That is true customer service. I will only take my car to Bush Motors here forward. Thank you so much. If you have a BMW there the place to go.

Andrea here, I'm more than pleased with the service here. I can't remember the owner's name...Steven or Stanley, but he walked me through the repairs I needed (mostly superficial) and had a lot of patience with me with my 1 billion questions. I highly recommend.

I've been going to this shop for over 15 years and they have always done solid work at an excellent price. They are the only shop I trust with my BMW. Dealership quality without the steep corporate markup. I highly recommend them.

I can't say enough about this team. Steve really took care of my 3 series and walked me through a complicated fix. Made sure that I didn't pay any erroneous charges. Very straight forward and honest. Thanks a lot, Steve!

Not only affordable but reliable. This probably sounds like a commercial but we are actual customers of two different occasions both non related but the results were more than satisfactory. Our work order from a smog check station to Bush is to fix the EVAP for smog to be passed. They fix our thermostat for $550.26 first then they fix the EVAP for $118.02 total is $668.26. We plan to take them to court then they volunteer to refund us all the money. We were a repeat customer. Killing a duck to get the the golden egg. You judge this place yourself, for us we are not coming back.Service: General repairs & maintenance
