This is the second time I made an appointment for an oil change at 8am ONLY ON OTHER CAR WHEN I GOT HERE AT 7:45AM. and had to stand by while I watched people walk in and get the oil service. My car was in the bay for over an hour 9:15am with no one working on it. and now I have to air up my tires that i had asked your team to fill(see photos). shame on you, Big O, it because it's a corporate account.You win. I won't be back.

I've had 2 flat tires now, working just around the corner in the industrial area, your tire is bound to pickup a few nails / scrap metal. First trip to Big O, I walked in at 4, right before closing, they had me out by 4:30 at no charge. Again today, I dropped my car off at 9:30 and picked up before 2. Their help in what could be a stressful time, urgency, and professionalism is greatly appreciated! Customer for life!

I always come here for all my break and tire needs. Oil changes and other regular maintenance needs too. Great customer service. They don't try to sell you anything you don't need. Definitely come here.

Once I got home and looked over my bill I was disgusted. Feeling I should report them. I have always trusted BigO no matter where I lived. I got charged for 6 spark plugs $43 a piece ($258.00 for 6 spark plus). I am almost 60 yrs old, been a BigO Customer since I was 16. I was charged for ignition oils 6 x $90 when all 6 should have been $90. This is no way to treat a loyal customer or anyone for that matter. Please look over closely cost of parts and services before you pay.

UNBELIEVABLE! I do transporting of various products and was in Pittsburgh to pick up a unit. It was Sunday evening and I discovered one of the brake pads on my truck had completely come lose from the backing plate and trashed my caliber. As I am from out of state I had no idea who I might find to take care of this. I checked into a nearby hotel knowing I would have to figure it out in the morning. I found this Big O store on line and noticed they were close to the hotel. I called and explained my problem and the gentleman told me to come in right away and they would look it over. Upon pulling into their parking lot I was greeted at my truck and told to give them an hour or so and he would let me know what was going on. I was called quicker than I expected and given a couple options on what they could do. They gave me a quote to do what was necessary to allow me to get back to AZ safely as well as a quote to do additional things that I might want to do but we re not a safety concern. Most shops I ever dealt with try to push you into doing things that don t need/have to be done. Knowing I was from out of state they could have easily tried to convince me to pay for things that weren t necessary figuring I would be long gone and probably never figure out what they did. This place treats you right and operates with honesty and integrity! I wish they were closer to home.

Big O Tires told me I needed new rotors and brakes today after doing a brake inspection when I just replaced them myself 6 months ago. They said it's about time with my mileage being 200+. They'll try using scare tactics if you have high mileage or look like you may not know about cars. Things have changed here since Don left.

My car started making noises I took it to Les Schwab spent about $2,000 my car came back with a worse noise after that Les Schwab told me that they would keep fixing it and maybe get rid of that noise "MAYBE " But they wanted to charge again more so instead I said you know what they're just guessing they don't know what they are really doing so I took it to the Antioch dealership where I bought my car from and you would think they knew what they are doing. You would think they had all the tools and if they didn't have the parts they will order them for you which they did but again they charged me about $2,500 and the noise didn't go away after me telling them all the things that I went through with Les Schwab they assured me that things would be okay when I picked up my car they told me that they couldn't get rid of the noise and that they couldn't fix it for me because they didn't have the right tool I reached out to some auto shops in Brentwood and they turned me away because they said that if the dealership didn't help me they wouldn't be able to do anything for me anyway I found Big O and I told Eric what I went through this man took the time to go on a ride with me he let me show him the noise that was bothering me I told him you know what I just want that noise gone like I've been spending all this money please help me out he called me an hour later told me that my car was ready I was a little disappointed because I was like oh my God they weren't able to fix my car little did I know he fixed the car for me and they didn't even charge me!!!! Turns out my diagnosed was incorrect from the moment I took it to Les Schwab when I got another diagnosed at the dealership. Eric and Jose are the best they fixed my car they did something that Les Schwab and Antioch dealership couldn't do they do not know the weight that they took off my shoulder as a single mom I was devastated all my paychecks were going into my car Eric and Jose are true angels they take care of their customers I did pay for alignment which was a great deal usually I pay way more in Les Schwab and not to mention the dealership. It so hard to find honest people. I will continue to go there for any future service and highly recommend them. Thank you soo much Eric and Jose great honest people I wish this spot that best.

Went in over the weekend to get work done on my brakes and suspension. I was assisted very quickly by a gentleman named Cody. After speaking with him for about a few minutes i decided that I no longer wanted my car serviced here. Although nice, his breath smelled of alcohol and it took him an extra second to answer my questions. I did not feel comfortable leaving my car with someone in that condition... Made me question what condition the mechanics servicing me car would be in. I Will not be returning to this location and I will be reaching out to the corporate office.

Two new tires & alignment put my old vehicle in a safe running condition again.Thanks to that technician ( i forgot his name) & Leo who took the work order that day.They're very professionals in their trade & well organized.Always agree on having at least two new front ( or at least existing tires with good tthreads)tires before alignment begins for maximum alignment straightness.

Very nice staff the young man who helps me with new set of tires was great can remember his name but drives 84 Camero..good natured person I would give a hire rating for the service..only thing I would of liked would be a lower price...just a little I guess at the way things are I did very well ..great job got me on road quick on holiday.the man helping me had the ability to make me fill good after giving him my money...lol..but I left filling like I was treated very well....he would make a good manager

Great service! I spoke to Cody throughout my 2020 Toyota RAV4 work. Usually you may think of Big O tires of just tires and alignment but I got internal work done (hub & bear, axel) at a reasonable price compared to Toyota Dealership. The speed of the work done was amazing!!! 2 days! And it would have been one day if we didn t have to wait a day for the parts to come in. Cody kept me informed on every update regarding the progress and even stayed late on a Friday to allow me to pick up.

I had my vehicle alignment checked through this shop via another auto body shop and ended up paying out of pocket to have another alignment shop tell me my vehicle had further damage. Big O Tires doesn t regularly test for certain values that would have flagged that my vehicle wasn t repaired correctly and that further damage was missed. Having the damaged parts repaired, and aligned once again through our auto body shop and Big O Tires, I have once again had to pay for an alignment out of pocket because now those values they don t typically measure are correct, but other values aren t. Hearing from others that this Big O location is supposed to be really decent, and having the indirect experience that I ve had, I will not be recommending this company nor location.

I had an appointment and went in to get an oil change, they were finished quickly, but not really. They called me up to pay for it and give me my keys back but I noticed that my car was still on the lift behind the window. I was trying to tell the guy but he was more concerned with telling me that I needed to have my back breaks done immediately. I tell him that I can't get them done right now so he hands me my keys and tells me to have a good day. I ask him if they need my keys to get it off the lift. He then realizes that the technician accidentally put the keys in the wrong spot. Not a big deal, mistakes happen, I get that. The car overheats during my regular weekday commute, because the radiator cap wasn't on securely. I take the car to my regular mechanic the next weekend to have him check my breaks and there is nothing wrong with them. They lied to try and make more money off of me.

Cody was really helpful and kept us up to date on the work that was being done. Reasonably priced for services offered. I will definitely bring in my car here for tire and oil work moving forward. Just a tip for customers, call ahead of time and see if they're busy with oil changes (don't try to make an appointment, they don't do that). Especially, on a weekend. Save yourself the drive if they are too busy.

$450 for four tires, oil change, rotation, and service with labor. This place, it took 3 days to get in, it gets so busy! Not their fault, not many options around.The front desk was nice, and they took me in and gave advice on the best time to arrive. I wonder if the tires that were given are high quality, but they did work with me on price. Took 4 hours. But, like I said, it gets crowded. Be the first one here when they open.

Everyone was nice and friendly but I checked my oil filter after the work was complete and it was not changed and has now been on the car for a year. I also asked to rotate my tires and they did not. At this point, I'm not sure they even changed the oil and took my $100 (synthetic oil requested).

This place has taken a real nosedive. For my entire adult life I've always bought tires at this Big O and took my car there for related services, but my last few trips have been plagued with all kinds of problems, from trivial to major.For starters, even before the quality of work went downhill, they were always pretty slow. I drive a ton, so I bring my car in frequently for rotations. On most days I was the first person in line when they opened (I always try to beat the rush at businesses), but on average it would take them 3+ hours just to rotate my tires, often more if I also needed an oil change. No biggie though, I have time to spare and I'm willing to wait for work to be done right. Unfortunately, long wait times are now the least of my concerns.A few months ago, I needed a new set of tires. I have no idea what happened because I was never given an explanation, but Big O had my car that day for more than 7 hours. They also called the wrong number, my parents' home, when they were done. I was 18 when I first brought a car in, so my account still has the old home number associated with it despite me giving them my cell multiple times over the years. My mom had to call me to tell me my car was done.Upon pickup, I noticed huge stains on my rims. It's common for them to leave my car really dirty after working on it, so I didn't think much of it. I figured I would just wash it afterwards like always. I decided to go for a drive, but when I got on the freeway I noticed intense vibrations and shaking once the car got to 60 MPH, and the steering wheel would wobble like crazy. I determined the tires were balanced incorrectly, so I took it back the next day. They fixed the balancing, and then I set about cleaning the rims.Unfortunately, whatever chemical solution they used was not coming off. I took my car to two different car washes and bought a few speciality rim products, but nothing worked. After two weeks of trying, I brought my car back in and they were able to clean the rims. They missed a few small spots during the cleaning, but I didn't feel like pushing the issue since I was rapidly losing faith and just wanted to move on.A few days ago on 9-4-20, I brought my car in for a rotation, oil change, and a brake inspection since I noticed some rumbling during braking at higher speeds (probably just a rotor that needs to be resurfaced or replaced). I walked home and was prepared for another long wait, so I was shocked when they called just over an hour later. The person I spoke to said my oil change was done, but didn't mention anything else. I asked about the brakes and he simply said, "Oh, they're fine," without giving any details. This has been another ongoing issue. The first few years I went to Big O they would tell me how much of the brake pads are left as a percentage and other helpful info, but now they just say they're fine and leave it at that, even when I try to ask questions.Just like last time, when I took my car on the freeway it became shaky and the steering wheel wobbled. It wasn't as pronounced as last time, but clearly the balancing was wrong yet again. Fed up, I made an appointment with another garage to get the tires balanced.However, the very next day I was driving when my front driver tire suddenly lost all air. I hadn't hit or run over anything. It just simply deflated on Railroad Ave less than 2 minutes after I started driving. The tire didn't appear low when I got in the car. I was in an area where I couldn't just pull over (the underpass heading downtown), so I managed to get the Valero station down the road. The tire is now screwed after just two months of use and my rim is slightly damaged. My guess is they didn't inflate it properly, but I can't tell yet. I've had to wait all weekend to go back since they're no longer open on Sundays and today is a holiday, but I'm considering just calling it a loss and never going back. I'm pretty diligent about car maintenance, and I'd rather pay another business to get it right the first time than continue to go back and forth with Big O.

I called to make an 11:30 appointment for an oil change and "the boss" stated that he couldn't take it because he has to go to lunch at 12 so you loose a customer over 30 minutes.. I work past my lunch frequently dealing with my customers.. smh..

If you are looking for a Quality Certified Automotive Service Center, look no further, I took my daughters car in for an oil change. the Service Person was very Attentive, he listened to my concerns and suggested that I change the filter as well for better fuel efficiency. They checked out everything for me, as my daughter drives back and forth over the freeway for school and work. they understood why I wanted to make sure that the car was in good condition for my daughter. Thanks BigO

Very friendly and professional. They were able to check my tires for a potential leak and all four of the tires were fine. One tire may have been a little low on air. It was great to know that Big o Tires has my back.

Went in for a new tire and alignment; No one waiting. Great! 7 customers and over 2 hours later, I ask where's my car? They quick retrieve my car and say it's going to get the alignment and in under 10 minutes my car is finished??? I'm an old white woman! Could it be that's the qualifier??

The guys are cool. it's chill to get some tires kick it for minute. The only thing that's got me upset was that the tech didn't put the hubcap on right so I lost it on the 4 heard it fall. So I had to spend another 40 $ for hubcaps on too of what I paid. I have

I had never been there before and I am so happy that I did! My daughter's tail light went out of her car so while she was at work I took her car in to get it fixed. Brad was so sweet and friendly. They fixed the light and made sure they were all working properly - no charge! They made me feel like a neighbor, a friend, not a customer. I would HIGHLY recommend Big O Tires in Pittsburg.

These guys are really nice! I went there with a damaged tire and they changed it out quickly. I thought the prices were very fair. They even helped me to put together a spare tire. I will be back next time I need a tire!
